Nice place to get flavors of Istanbul and Turkish food in Phuket, Thailand. The food test OK but not super great but the environment and atmosphere was festive and was really welcoming. There were queue, but we managed to get a table. The restaurant is very famous and it’s better to book earlier.

Being turkish, it's hard to find a restaurant that offers authentic Turkish cuisine. Sultan Grill is by far the best restaurant in Phuket. I LOVED EVERYTHING. I have been there 3 times, and I have never been disappointed. From the starter to the desert, the food was mouth-watering. The manager and the servers they took care of us very well. I would definitely come here again and would strongly recommend it 👌🏽

There is a line of about 15 mins before we were seated. We can see the manager is doing a good job managing the crowd. The menu is a combination of Turkish and Indian food. We sticked to the Turkish part of the menu and ordered some kebab meals and a soup. There is complimentary warm bread with some sauce which is delicious and is highly appreciated. We didn’t get complimentary dessert others had mentioned in their review. The lamb kebab is more flavorful than the slightly dry and tough chicken. Perhaps we ordered the wrong food, we expect the food to be better given the high rating of the restaurant In the end, we just struggle to finish our main dish.

The service that the manager (Mr Singh) and the staff provide here is second to none. And don't get me started on the food....WOW! My husband and I landed in Phuket today and this is the first place we came to for dinner after seeing other reviews on Google. I have to say, we were not disappointed. If anything we were astounded. The weather may have been pouring cats and dogs, like torrential rainfall but the food and service here definitely brightened our mood and evening. A definite must when you are in Phuket....travel far for the food here, it is amazing!! My husband and I definitely enjoyed our evening out for his birthday, it's not surprising that people rate Sultans Grill highly. Trust me, try it, you'll definitely love it. We will definitely be coming back for another meal before we leave Phuket. A hidden gem! I have never eaten so much in one sitting and still wanted more!!!

One of my best Chose of Halal Turkish Grills in Phuket. If you want to tey mouthwatering meat and delicious plates with great variety of menu. This spot offer wid selection of food. Grills are super good🤤. I also tried chicken shesh tawooq grilled and it was fabulous. The rice that comes with grills did not meet my expectations. They are generous to offer free sweet and red tea just like the Turkish hospitality. Superp🆘 Price wise expensive than others and it’s definitely worth it. Important note : If you would like to enjoy your food in very quiet and nice atmosphere I highly recommend to go for lunch, because in the night is lower music nect door from the pub.

This is a must visit for Turkish/ Indian cuisine lovers! Highly recommended restaurant for anyone visiting Phuket. Delicious food, excellent services, and they even serve tea and dessert as a complimentary addition to the excellent food we had. You will not regret it, go and enjoy :)

This is the best restaurant that I have been to so far. I have had went here for late breakfast, ordered spinach omelette and coffee. The rest of the images are complimentary and just top notch. Been here couple of times so far. Would highly recommend if you are in Patong area in Phuket, a must visit especially if your are really very hungry. This deserves more than 5 stars.🤩 And yes, it’s reasonably priced given the quantity they serve.

Delicious array of Turkish and Indian dishes, both vegetarian a non-vegetarian. Our appetizers included the mixed dip combo (hummus, yogurt, etc) and also some samosa chaat. Truly a great mix. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Good prices, too. I happily recommend the Sultan's Grill.

The food was delicious and the service was very great 100% percent recommend for you to come with your family or just by your self the guy named Taner was super friendly and really helpful I had the chicken pirzola it was very juicy and tender it was very well marinated 100% recommended and the Cheif “omer” was great this place is really something and very thing is fresh and the best quality food out there you can’t ask for anything more after coming here for a nice dinner with the great Turkish theme

Great place, lovely authentic Turkish food. The service was great. The chef came around and made sure everyone's food was OK. Free dessert (cake) , tea, chocolate almond, mint, hand wipe and person coming round with hand sanitizer. Popular place in the evening. Lovely food, would recommend!

If I could give service 9/5 I would have, A++++ service with lots of extra. Free flow bread and dips. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Lovely staff, convenient location and reasonably priced. I recommend trying at least once.

Fantastic place! I ate here two times: first the lamb kebab and second time the Adana. Food was fantastic. Succulent, lots of taste, rice was juicy, and their sauces excellent. Service is very good. The owner is really kind and the first time when there were no seats here, he offered us seats at the next restaurant (also his) but we could order from this menu! Also the staff in general is great. Plus, they serve nice compliments of juicy bread with a tray of sauces etc. Also, second time they came with complimentary tea and a cake for desert. Best place I’ve eaten in in Patong!

Great atmosphere in the heart of Phuket. Service is great, food came out quick even-though they were very busy. Food is delicious, we had the mixed platter and a couple of pides- yum! Dessert and tea were perfect to finish off our meals.

Absolutely amazing food and service. The chef personally came by our table to check on us. Chicken skewer was delicious and many vegetarian options too. Great restaurant to try out if you’ve been here a while and want a break from Thai food.

Taner the manager came to check on my food and service and everything was really great! Food came quickly and was delicious. Rice pudding Dessert and hot tea was complementary. Awesome food and awesome customer service 👍🏽

I was getting quite sick (literally) of Thai food. This was the only thing I could seem to stomach after a while. Delicious food cooked very well and reasonably priced. The only downer is that Irish bar next door which is EXTREMELY loud. The staff are friendly. The head chef comes out very regularly to make sure everyone is enjoying their food and being well served. I went to another similar place however it was in the Muslim district of town and I was not dressed appropriately! This is really close to the beach so you won’t feel uncomfortable no matter what you wear. I really love this place !!

Excellent resturant for Turkish and Indian cuisine. - The location was clean and the ambiance was good. - I highly recommend the mixed tendori platter. It is more than enough for two persons. - The meat was juicy and tender. - Average price per person is around 1400 THB. Overall it is a good place to try in Phuket.

This place is awesome. The best menu and the meals in Phuket. If there is opportunity to give 100 stars, i would give all. Especially Taner and Ömer chef are amazing, they are very caring for all costumers.

This place is awesome! staff is really friendly and the environment also very calm. The food was 10/10, delicious and fulfilling. The manager came to our table multiple times, just to check on us and ensure everything is good. Recommended 👍👍

The staff is helpful, service-minded, and kind. The restaurant is quite popular, thereby also crowded at some hours. They do have staff to manage and direct customers for the best and quickest service, waiting for a table usually dosen't take that long. The staff and owneres often come by greeting you and asking how you are or if everything is good. The food is tastefully balanced with spices and flavours. Both the Turkish and India dishes are very well made and taste full. The portions are good, the price is balanced with the service, the food and your experience while eating. With that being said, I would say that the price is at good range for your visit. Before you order, they will always bring you soft bread with small meze portions without charge. After eating, it is not unusual that they bring you a cup of tea with ris- or chocolate pudding on the house, without charge. The staff or owners will also take their time greeting you or asking if theres anything they can do for your service. When finishing your meal, the staff or owners will come by with a bottle of hand wash and a small box with chocolates for you to have. This is a good example of how a restaurant manages to bring good service and food and packing it for you to enjoy your experiences while visiting the restaurant.

Best Indian restaurant around Patong - We’ve been to many Indian restaurants in Patong while we stayed here for a week. Most have above average prices and below average food. Sultan’s on the other hand, has authentic taste. We were offered complementary papad and Turkish tea after dinner. The staff is friendly and manager was attentive. We’d ordered chicken tikka, butter chicken, biryani and naan. Everything tasted good, biryani was a bit dry but wasn’t too bad still. Recommend this to anyone who’s craving home food while away.

The restaurant is good as the first experience. My order was from the Indian section, beef biryani and lentil Makani. The taste is somewhat acceptable. They also have Turkish dishes and grills. The staff are friendly and always smiling. Prices are quite appropriate. The place is generally clean and suitable for everyone.

We came here on NYE for dinner with a party of 8 and we booked in advance. We were glad that they had room and booked in advance. The food was really good. Their baba ghanoush was delicious. I had ordered their dal which good, palak paneer which was ok (not my favorite), and some pea rice (good). My family ordered meats, bread, and different appetizers which we all enjoyed. Only reason for not 5 star is because, the servers seemed always rush and messed up possibly one small things on our order.

A great ambience with amazing delicious food. The quantity is large and sumptuous! Don't miss the chaat and samosas. The hosts make you feel at home and its a delight for the taste buds. Strongly recommended for vegetarians and non vegetarians too!!😍😍

I am a food lover, Turkish cuisine is mu favourite one. I was very happy to see the Turkish Retuarant in Phuket serving the most delicious, tasty & finger licking food with pure turkish taste. It’s a busy place for sure but one of the worst experiences I had in a long time. This is my first time writing anything negative in the internet and that is only because of how miserable this whole experience was for me. Being seated right beside the long line of ppl waiting for table is something that is uncomfortable and the whole experience was miserable to me. The young gentleman who was ushering in customers whispered the group in front of us which had group of 4 women that he would get them a place inside the restaurant. He didn’t bother asking us if we were okay sitting in the spot he told us to sit even though it was a table with 4 chairs and a group of 4 had just finished eating. There is not one waiter assigned to you but you can ask any waiter to bring you food. Eventually the young gentleman was accompanied by an older gentleman who was amazing at his job, very attentive to all customers and quick unlike the young gentleman who was selective about who he was nice to. The three star for service is only for the older gentleman him and the very busy waiters. I did get free dessert from the older gentleman/usher but it didn’t feel right so I paid 100 Bhat on top of my 900 bhat bill. To get attention for the payment I kept on trying to get the young gentleman’s attention who was just standing there but it was the older gentleman standing right beside his that was occupied who noticed me. That should say it all.

The restaurant is part of the Araya hotel. Therefore, do not judge the quality of your food based on the hotel ratings. The Turkish food was excellent and the service was great. They offer free tea refills and have vegetarian options. The prices are little on the high end but worth it.

This is a great restaurant in Patong with both Indian and Turkish food. The service is excellent. We didn't get the entre before the main meal but that was ok. The food prices are very reasonable and you can pay with credit card. It's nice to leave a tip if you can as they do not automatically add a service charge. We did not need to book but we did visit during low season. The drinks were ok, the food tastes great. Do give it a try.

Had an absolutely lovely Turkish lunch. Fresh, quality ingredients, I can see why Sultan’s gets all the great reviews. We’ll be back soon, can’t wait to try the Indian side of the menu!

Authentic Turkish & Indian in Patong Phuket. Had Turkish i.e. izgara kuzu et kofte or grilled lamb kofte inc. 4-5 kofte pieces, capsicum, onion, tomato, bulgur & lettuce on a pide base, with a big mevsim or season's salad* and ayran (would prefer a piyaz or white bean salad but n/a).

This place is amazing! Atmosphere is super chill and the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and the food was incredible, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The owner came to our table to check on us and Iyan our server was super friendly. For their prices and how delicious the Turkish food was it’s 100% worth it.

Don't think twice, just find your seat and enjoy one of the best Turkish food outside Turkey. As a Turkish national, it's quite hard to find the same flavour of Turkish food when you travel abroad but Sultan's Grill presents the finest examples of Turkish food, maybe much better than many restaurants in Turkey. One very important point is that many of the customers are repeat customers which is a proof of the quality service and food. Manager Taner and Omer chef are doing an incredibly remarkable job, hands on everything and perfect communication with customers. So proud to experience such a successful representative of the Turkish cuisine on the other side of the world. Thanks again for the lovely two nights.

We visited the place during the rush hour and had to wait about 20 mins to get a seat outside the sitting area. The atmosphere was awesome as there was a band performing next to the place. The food was also spot on, it was tasty and the portion size was also generous.
