I've
been
to
many
Accor
Hotels
in
Phuket
and
as
a
Diamond
member
I
always
have
some
expectations:
-
Welcome
letter,
fruits
and
bed
decorations
-
Room
upgrade
-
Early/late
checkout
-
Drink
vouchers
IBIS
Patong
is
the
only
Accor
Hotels
in
Phuket
which
delivers
all
of
that
without
any
hesitation.
When
I
asked
for
late
check-out
I
was
told
that
they
already
got
it
on
my
keycard
until
6pm,
and
if
I
needed
later
than
that
they
can
extend
it.
I
have
been
struggling
with
late
check
out
in
many
Novotels
in
Phuket,
so
I
really
appreciate
this.
IBIS
Patong
will
be
my
go-to
hotel
whenever
I
need
to
stay
in
Patong,
since
they
have
the
best
service
for
All
Accor
members.
I
got
a
room
upgrade
to
a
family
suite
which
had
a
nice
balcony
among
the
treetops
and
a
Playstation
4
connected
to
the
second
TV,
amazing!
The
room
is
very
basic,
but
it
is
very
clean
and
comfortable.
The
aircon
was
better
during
my
first
stay
in
room
220,
this
time
I
stayed
in
room
320
and
the
aircon
got
humid
if
I
put
above
23
degrees
and
it
started
dropping
from
ceiling,
so
I
had
to
keep
aircon
at
22
degrees
or
below.
The
engineering
tried
to
fix
it
but
the
problem
was
not
resolved.
The
swimming
pool
is
very
clean
and
big,
surrounded
by
a
garden
full
of
birds.
I
also
had
a
massage
next
to
the
pool
which
was
really
relaxing
while
listening
to
the
birds.
The
breakfast
is
good,
almost
like
Novotel
standard,
and
there
is
outdoor
seating
in
the
garden.
Although
I
wish
that
the
other
guests
were
also
wearing
masks
and
that
plastic
gloves
was
provided
for
the
buffet.
I
booked
the
room
with
an
Accor
Plus
Red
hot
rooms
rate,
around
600
bath/night.
So
it
is
definitely
the
best
value
in
Patong
for
me.
I'm
looking
forward
to
my
next
stay!
The
staff
is
very
friendly
and
helpful.
Oh,
and
location
is
also
great,
not
far
from
the
beach
and
not
too
far
from
Bangla
road.
