great hotel. the rooms were clean and had good air-con with 3 different settings, large beds and a balcony. just a 2 minute walk from the beach and i felt extremely safe here as a solo traveller. the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, with an information desk to help you sort day trips, taxis, etc.

we were here in Jan 2017 with a group of 8 friends. it is actual a 2 minute walk from Patong Beach, modern, very economic hotel is also a 5-7-minute walk from the restaurants you can find nearby,all you can get Indian or other bars and nightclubs of the Bangla road. we are with friends together and find this hotel ,The rooms come with free Wi-Fi, private balconies we get the room with view, flat-screen TVs, and tea and coffee making facilities. Other amenities includes an airy 24-hour bar, that we dont use hahaha... an tapas-inspired restaurant, and a outdoor pool and a hot tub. Massage treatments and bike rentals are available.we avail the in house massage and its a good but better feels from inside.

The upside of settling in the hotel. The hotel has a good whereabouts, it's not far from the beach, from the best part of the beach indeed, and you can easily go to the centre of Patong. We came to the hotel at ca. 09:00. Although the hotel should have checked us in not earlier than 14:00 they made it possible at 10.00. The hotel has an excellent wireless covering. There is a comfy and cosy area with a swimming pool inside. The downside. It's not an excellent place for the long staying. There are very tiny rooms, I always wanted to go outside to get some air. You can hear everything what happens outside. The rooms need to be put back into good condition, should be repaired. The fridge in the room makes strange noises. The staff doesn't work well, they don't care whether you have enough shampoo, shower gel etc. or not. Our pillows smelt not good! It was really extremely surprising, shocking and astonishing that nobody in the hotel welcomed you, they didn't try to speak with you in a pleasant way, didn't smile. They claim it's a three-or-four-star hotel. Come on, you can't have any star treating your guests in so rude way! Just after few phrases they started smiling on you, as if guests arrive there just in order to animate and cheer them up, lol :) We had an accommodation with breakfast, I can't describe it as sth delish, it has nothing to do with a three-or-four-star hotel at all.

Positives: The location is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room is nice. The early check in and late check out was available. Negatives: You can hear the other room smashing their door and talking loudly. Good breakfast food, but with limited options.

Had a really enjoyable stay, rooms are small but clean and has everything you need. Ray on reception was so very helpful. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Location is perfect, turn left for the beach or right for shopping. The hotel has a lot of tourists from Russia and Eastern Europe. I stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely property located at Patong beach. Good rooms with friendly staff. Awesome location and nice breakfast. It’s a perfect hotel to relax yourself. Perfect value for money.

Rooms are not too spacious. Same as we found in all ibis. Rooms with balcony are available . No veg food except bread and butter so don’t take package including breakfast if u r veg. Insects are on buffet table. No cleanliness Better to go and directly book room after coming at hotel in ibis or any Phuket hotel

The food is great as well as the service! Yored was our server at the IBIS restaurant and he was attentive and proactive as all the staff is. The location is great with plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. The beach is within walking distance!!! Great Job IBIS!!!!!

Rooms and service is pretty good, the only flaw I noticed was the room access card doesn't work after using it for three times (didn't work for me). We need to exchange that in reception, had to exchange 5 times for 3 days. Apart from that the breakfast buffet and pool were good. They do provide a lot of items in breakfast buffet. So I recommend to book your room with breakfast which would be much cheaper than you order there.

Staffs are friendly. This hotel is my first option when I'm traveling abroad.

This is a very old tired outdated Hotel that's well in need of a complete gutting and refurbishment. The rooms in the bathrooms are very small and there's no where to put your luggage. They have very old small TVs on the wall that should have been replaced a decade ago. The staff on professional and welcoming but there is nothing good about this hotel in its current condition. Let's hope they spend some serious money totally gutting and refurbishing the place replacing all of the Furnishings TVs and everything else because it is simply not worth a visit in its current state

Ambience and services was very good. Please be in mind its just a 3 star hotel don’t except more from here. But the rooms were very neat & the toilet also ver neat but very small in size. Complementary breakfast was very nice. For information: All should keep a security deposit of 1500 THB for getting the key after paying the room rents. That amount will be refunded while we return.

A must place to visit with family and as a lonely traveller. If to say about the Hotel a very good choice as walkable distance to beach. The massage team in near to swimming pool area has a magic toch in their hands. Trust me all negative remarks about massage will be taken away by their massage. You will feel a motherly touch.

Clean rooms though too small, friendly staff & willing to help, near the beach. Walking distance to everything, mall,bangloa road,restuarant Breakfast need to impove. We had dinner first night it was great & affordable.love it,to top it up ATM in the hotel for money exchange just use credit card. So convenient.

I've been to many Accor Hotels in Phuket and as a Diamond member I always have some expectations: - Welcome letter, fruits and bed decorations - Room upgrade - Early/late checkout - Drink vouchers IBIS Patong is the only Accor Hotels in Phuket which delivers all of that without any hesitation. When I asked for late check-out I was told that they already got it on my keycard until 6pm, and if I needed later than that they can extend it. I have been struggling with late check out in many Novotels in Phuket, so I really appreciate this. IBIS Patong will be my go-to hotel whenever I need to stay in Patong, since they have the best service for All Accor members. I got a room upgrade to a family suite which had a nice balcony among the treetops and a Playstation 4 connected to the second TV, amazing! The room is very basic, but it is very clean and comfortable. The aircon was better during my first stay in room 220, this time I stayed in room 320 and the aircon got humid if I put above 23 degrees and it started dropping from ceiling, so I had to keep aircon at 22 degrees or below. The engineering tried to fix it but the problem was not resolved. The swimming pool is very clean and big, surrounded by a garden full of birds. I also had a massage next to the pool which was really relaxing while listening to the birds. The breakfast is good, almost like Novotel standard, and there is outdoor seating in the garden. Although I wish that the other guests were also wearing masks and that plastic gloves was provided for the buffet. I booked the room with an Accor Plus Red hot rooms rate, around 600 bath/night. So it is definitely the best value in Patong for me. I'm looking forward to my next stay! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Oh, and location is also great, not far from the beach and not too far from Bangla road.

Rooms are small not like in the pictures, but they are comfortable, clean and when close is quite. Hotel staff are very friendly. Breakfast may need to improve a bit but It have all you need. Location is a plus, near to bars, 7 eleven, shops, massage, attractions and the mains routes, can walk all around, 5 min walking distance from the sea. This was on low season on Sep-Oct. Price is one of the best in the area. Recommended!

Affordable place near Patong Beach! Walking distance from Bangla Night Market and Patong Beach! We opted for breakfast option! Breakfast spread was good too! No Bell boys! No room service in odd hours! At given price, I guess this is best deal!

Good hotel, recently renovated. Nice breakfast, lunch and dinner options as well. Very cold beer at the bar. Great swimming pools for families. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but clean and neat. Rooms have balconies for smoking. About 5 minutes walk to the beach.

So far this place is a real mixed bag. Had to tell the staff the area near the lift needed cleaning after the area was not cleaned for at least 2 days. The spill which I hope it was looked light greeny yellow, but not saying it was. Had to show reception a photo to get it actioned. Had a cockroach on the floor when we arrived, took 3 days for it to be removed. Pool is good, staff overall ok, breakfast is fantastic value and I would recommend, our room clean yesterday must have been a different cleaner as it was done very well. Rooms comfortable and the bed feels great, not soft at all. For us the place has a good family room at a fair price. The best part, when you advise there is a problem, they sprint to get it fixed.

Small and quite hotel. It is 5 min from the ⛱️. But there is a Muslim cemetery 🪦 by the way. Rooms are clean. ⭐ There is not big swimming pool. But it is not big and there is no shower nearby. Tasty breakfasts. Staff is very gentle. Mook does her work well!

We checked in and found that the toilet had a leak. We called the receptionist and a technical staff "Ram" came to check immediately. He knew it would take long to fix it so he asked to change the room for us. He walked us to the new room and check everything for us. Very nice and polite guy!! After that, the hotel sent us fruits for compensation! Besides, the hotel is nice. Parking is very easy as well. 😊
