Great place to visit for those who love ocean views as well as a little trek. The trek is about 10min from start to the southern most point. It isn’t too difficult a trek (had a 5-month pregnant lady completed it in sandals and saw a few elderly ladies complete it too). It’s possible to do it with slippers, but it’s probably better to wear better footwear. Toilets here are relatively clean. No admission fee required.

What can I say? It was an impressive sun set. The sun shine color reflect with ocean surface look amazing. I feel truly romantic even though I was there alone lol, but you never be alone. This place was quiet pack and hardly find parking spot. It is an easy option to enjoy the sunset, you don't need to climb mountain to see it. Not many people do. It takes about 10 minutes to hike down - the ground is slippery and very uneven, tricky. But you can do this even if just sit at the table all day long :) getting up is same 10 minutes but boring (no breathtaking views, just tall grass and bushes). It is stunning and deserted at the moment. If you wish to go like me in the morning, bring your own water and snacks, everything is closed even at 8am.

Tips: There is one section of the wall that opens with a few stairs. Carry a flashlight if you have one. This is where the nature walking trail to the peninsula (a.k.a. tip) starts. It can get very slippery with moisture and loose soil so be careful. It's an easy walking trail if not in a rush. Kids under 7 might struggle. It's worth it to get to the spot and watch the sunset with local fisherman on the rocks. I enjoyed it.

No Smoking, No Alcohol! This place is actually really nice for a perfect sunset view in Phuket. A lot of tourists and Thais gather here every evening and it’s quite big. It’s super clean there but watch out for your belongings. The lighthouse is especially nice to look at in the evening. It’s definitely a must see when you are on Phuket!
