Pictures are fake! Stay away from this place. No spa, no restaurant, no lobby, no reception, no pool. Only kids pools are available. Nobody speaks English. They have a bar with a very loud music opening late night and till morning. It's not possible to sleep till 4am even in the 2nd building which is pretty far from this bar.

STAY AWAY. Photos on websites such as booking or hotels are just renders, NOT REAL PHOTOS. No proper reception, no restaurants, 1 working pool, ongoing construction site and can't even sleep due to the noise from the bar 'party' in the middle of the night. RUN.

Amazing place to relax with your family. Though some places inside the campus are still under construction but that shouldn't get in your way of enjoyment. Things went well as expected from the check-in to the check-out. Staffs were polite and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to foreigners.

Room with two double beds was plenty of space for two people. Our poolside patio was a nice treat with the complimentary instant coffees every morning. Staff were friendly and attentive. Desk staff helped us in English. Everything was clean and tidy. A fantastic place to stay away from the hussle and bustle of the old town or beachside. Good restaurants and a convenience store nearby. There can be lots of Chinese tour buses in the morning.

Pretty nice apartment hotel in Kathu. The owners living there and every year they make their hotel more boutique and beautiful. Having an eye for details. Great Thai kitchen and good farang food. Own car park. Swimming pool was not used to much, mostly only by us, but cleaned at least twice a day. A lot of flowers and plants, fish and turtles in little ponds in the patio, like a tranquil park near the hectic road to Patong. The spa is small but top, you have to order in advance, then a top therapist is coming to treat you. Just outside are little food shops for the students with great food for little money (best spaghettis from a Thai lady coming back from Italy)...

Rooms are spacious and clean. Generally also quiet but any moved furniture like chairs make a huge sound. Cotton pads on their legs might help Hotel is generally nice but a bit under construction (No noise during my stay but simply not fully operational yet) A small gym on site which is 24;hours accessible as far as I can see. Gym equipment is limited but very good. Pool is also available but only few sun loungers around. Location is a bit away from everything but nothing wrong with that. Overall I liked the place and would not hesitate to stay here again...

This is a fantastic place for a massage or spa treatment. The staff are amazing the service is second to none. The treatment rooms are comfortable and clean. Couldn't ask for more.

Very bad hotel no recommend. Outside looks normal but inside room very poor. Food bad. Breakfast bad. On reception nobody. No one no answer on call from room. Matrac bad for sleep.

I was hesitant to book this Hotel as i could not find much reviews but booked with calculate risk and stayed with Family in November 2022 and very happy with our stay. Hotel is located in the Town and good locality so not for people looking near Beaches. Hotel staff were polite with daily cleaning. Property is going thru renovation and may take few months but once completed it would be a 4* property but there was no disturbance as such. Plenty of Restaurants & Family Mart stores near by. Currently they dont have a full fledged restaurant but operate a Bistro where Breakfast is served. Large rooms and cant ask for more.

Very good rooms, cleaned all the time. Staff are very polite and friendly. Spacious rooms. Walkable distance from Prince of Sonkla University. There are convenient stores nearby. Kept all required toiletries.

Rooms are nice, but everything is under renovation and closed. The lobby, restaurant, spa, etc.

Very nice rooms. We ended up extending for another night in a different room which was just as nice. Clean, bright and comfortable with balcony area to relax. Decent breakfast at the cafe with nice coffee. Pool is beautiful. Hot water shower worked perfectly. However main lobby and the new building are still under construction, you may get a shock when you first check in.

It is quite nice relaxing place if you have a motorbike or car , so you can stay away from the crowdness and noisy Patong. and in 15 minutes by motorbike you can reach to busy night life... It has a cool relaxing pool. With very polite and friendly stuff...Thanx

Service not as expected, you can hear all your floor’s rooms sounds, the staff not speaking english and they not understand you. Your card room not working every 2 days

This was such a lovely place to stay at. They kept my room clean all the time. Just remember a lot of these places are low on staff because of Covid. If you’re the type of person that always has the need for room services this isn’t the place for you. But you’re the type that chill don’t have a lot of need outside of the basics. You’ll love this place. Probably my favorite place in Phuket especially for the price I got.

No mini bar. Gym facility broken. Breakfast 500bahts, sub standard. Room dusty. Swimming pool good.

The hotel and especially the staff is simply amazing! We directly felt very welcome there. The rooms were extremely tidy and clean. So was the rest of the hotel. The numerous staff was always available for help and tips for Phuket. As they were always greeting us with a smile on their face, we felt welcome at any time. We can also recommend the restaurant. The breakfast was very rich. We will definitely come back!

Its my first time visiting Thailand, our friends recommended this resort. The staff told us, they just had a major renovation along with many facilities. The lobby is insanely beautiful, the room is furnished with both modern and classic resort looks. They use queen sized twin bed, which is super comfy. lastly, the new swimming pool is just perfect for anyone.

The hotel is still under renovation. Below are a few comments. 1) Worst is shower no hot water. Found water leaking to the electric water heater and the electrical cable at the facility room. Not sure this water leaking will cause electric shock problems to our guests when using the water heater. 2) No spa and no massage service in the hotel. 3) Advertise photo hotel is different from the actual hotel. Please don't advertise the hotel if the hotel is not ready condition.
