Horrible customer treatment, very unprofessional, deceptive and untrustworthy. We booked a stay with them within months ahead, everything went smoothly until a few days prior to our arrival, when they requested us to pay the full amount upfront through Paypal or to their Bank account, otherwise they would cancel our booking. Even though in the booking confirmation it stated that we can pay upon arrival, we went ahead and sent them the full amount. After we had done so, within minutes we received another email stating we also need to transfer a sum even higher than the amount we paid for the booking, as a safety caution fee. Threatening that our booking will be canceled if we do not send it immediately. After we pointed out that these were not the conditions we agreed to while booking and showing them what they have said in their original confirmation, they did not care and told us they will cancel our booking of we do not follow through.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE NO ELEVATORS Had I known there were no elevators, we would not have stayed as we were traveling with some heavy luggage. But it turned out to be a nice stay for us. It is a beautiful, charming hotel. Our bedroom was very nice and spacious. The decor is so pretty. And the staff are nice and helpful. The location of the hotel right on the main highway worked out well. They have free parking available if you have your own car. Highly recommended Baan Khun Yay laundry if you need laundry done while here. The best ironing I’ve seen anywhere.

Absolutely love the room, service, breakfast, and the environment around the hotel. Staffs were really nice and friendly, also very helpful to us. The location might not be perfect for those who doesn't have a car, but it located near some shopping mall, and department store, not too far from the old town area as well. There's restaurants just right next to the hotel, too. The only thing I don't like is that, we could hear noises from outside pretty clearly during the night, which disturbs our sleep a lot, and there's a lot of mosquitoes on the first floor. Must be perfect if they could fix those problems.

One of the most beautiful and well functioning rooms I have ever stayed in, for its price. Only 11 min walk to a great mall (Festival mall). Yes there is some noise from the highway next to it, and at least they are honest about serving a light breakfast, and not a great /fantastic breakfast. But the rooms are magnificent, and gives you peace of mind and happiness. And EVERYTHING in the room works perfectly. A great budget hotel.

Seems like it newly refurbished... Very clean rooms and a nice few styling touches.... You do get a lot of road noises but the style more than makes up for it.... Some nice little coffee shops within the block itself

Stayed here twice. Not far from big C supercentre. If u go to Big C the parking side , there are pink bus and you can use it to go to phuket old town. This location not far from Central Phuket, Laundry, seven 11. The worker is great and helpfull. The room is unique and nice

A lovely place, Portuguese style, very clean and good area. Tawan was an amazing help everyday. Lovely girl.

Staff need to smile at their guests and be more welcoming and supportive as what we sow was the opposite from the evening shift staff
