Horrible
customer
treatment,
very
unprofessional,
deceptive
and
untrustworthy.
We
booked
a
stay
with
them
within
months
ahead,
everything
went
smoothly
until
a
few
days
prior
to
our
arrival,
when
they
requested
us
to
pay
the
full
amount
upfront
through
Paypal
or
to
their
Bank
account,
otherwise
they
would
cancel
our
booking.
Even
though
in
the
booking
confirmation
it
stated
that
we
can
pay
upon
arrival,
we
went
ahead
and
sent
them
the
full
amount.
After
we
had
done
so,
within
minutes
we
received
another
email
stating
we
also
need
to
transfer
a
sum
even
higher
than
the
amount
we
paid
for
the
booking,
as
a
safety
caution
fee.
Threatening
that
our
booking
will
be
canceled
if
we
do
not
send
it
immediately.
After
we
pointed
out
that
these
were
not
the
conditions
we
agreed
to
while
booking
and
showing
them
what
they
have
said
in
their
original
confirmation,
they
did
not
care
and
told
us
they
will
cancel
our
booking
of
we
do
not
follow
through.
