Place is beautifully designed. All basic amenities and facilities such as gym and pool available. Rooms were also aesthetic. Only problem was with the room space. Felt it was less. Also, while cooking there was the issue of smoke not clearing due to no chimney. Apart from that, it's a cool place

If your here long term 6 months is great to be here at D Condo mine . Close to where you want to be and pool great too. Accessible to all parts of thailand you want to visit. Love it.

Nice and cozy.Most likely no stress about anything if you have the intention of understanding the true heart of thai people.

The water here is very dirty and even has bugs. This is the picture from the kitchen filter.

These Condos are privately owned. But are a GREAT VALUE for your money. They are located in Phuket Thailand 😊. They have security, gym, play area for children and a wonderful pool.

We stayed here for 3 months in total. Overall it is great value, in a nice area, well maintained and peaceful. You will need your own a transport to live here. The facilities are good, but there is no WiFi for the pool and gym area. The aircon in the gym is sufficient (see other reviews) as long as you are careful to switch both units on. The security, cleaning and maintenance staff are wonderful. Our only difficulty while living there were the staff in the administrative office. They can be sometimes okay and sometimes very rude and unhelpful.
