Very nice, clean villa, beautiful place/view and very nice people and good service. Can be a little to noisy in the evening, because of the sounds around villa (i think they use sounds to scare wild animals or something) Restaurant have good and tasty food, were happy with breakfast and spa services were excellent. Working staff always ready to help and are kind and always smiling. Very happy that we could celebrate our honeymoon here. Definitely will come back in the future ❤ Thank you for our stay!

I have stayed in 5 most luxury and most expensive hotels in PHUKET and…. To be honest this is the best hotel! The price and the quality is great. I really regret that I only booked two nights here because I really didn’t expect nothing from this hotel as the pictures doesn’t show you the real beauty and atmosphere over there, I have stayed in two floor villa and I enjoyed it a lot TWO MINUS ➖ I will still mention as I’m so picky about hotels: 1) food. I expected a bit more from a breakfast (but this is not problem only in this hotel, I noticed in every hotel in phuket) they have to see the breakfasts in Turkey🤭 and in room dining (I ordered pizza and they brought pizza like from supermarket (frozen) it was so dry that I thought I’m gonna break my teeth while eating this 2) The neighbors villa was family with kids.. so a lot of noises while you try to rest/relax… if it was “only adult” hotel it would be great, because it definitely place only for couples, it’s so romantic and they have infinite pool(it might be dangerous for lil kids)

Villa Zolitude is a great place and experience in Thailand, their rooms with private pool are so good. We had booked a tropical villa and once we went there we got an upgrade, exotic rooms with Jacuzzi, service by the people is another wonderful experience, i had ordered a cake for our anniversary and they came and sang for us with candles, one of the person in reception named "Win" helped us so much with details about places to visit near by, about two wheeler hire, cabs, thanks to him. The only down side is the location, it's very interior and you ll not get any transport unless you book a cab or hire a two wheeler to go to main road.

It was an incredible time for me and my wife. Great place for a honeymoon. Our room was fantastic. The hotel staff always accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, professional and so sweet. The food, especially the larb, at the restaurant was delicious as were the cocktails. The setting and location was peaceful, tranquil and so beautiful.

I will definitely comeback here Alot of reasons, Fast service, respectful staff, great food experience. Exceptional and beautiful villas. We booked the water fall villa. The sound of the waterfall hitting your private pool at night makes the sleep feel more luxurious. With a duplex villa your bedroom is surrounded by trees, it seems as if your villa is hanging on them. Really nice facility and very professional and respectful staff. For the price you pay, you are getting way more. Gym facilities is not 24hrs i wish that could be changed in the future. Other than that this resort is amazing. All activities are nearby as well. Not very far.

This place is perfect. Friendly welcoming at reception, always helpful Staff and a pickup service which works perfect within minutes. I really can fully recommend it for couples. The villas are very private, very clean and are stunning. The view is amazing and there are no monkeys. The pool at the villa is clean and has the perfect size. The breakfast is the best breakfast we had in thailand. The room service is also working very well. You can do a lot of things around but you need a rented motorbike or get a taxi. If you book tours you will get picked up by the hotel. I want to highlight all the staff from reception, restaurant, pickup drivers and also the cleaners. They help so much to have an unforgettable stay and they are responsible for our happy days we had here. Thanks! We will come again!

My wife and I stayed here for 1 night. The house and their services are fantastic. The location is far away from the town but the environment is quiet and awesome. I felt like living in a forest. Chill in the house for a while time. Really enjoyable. After I checked out, I found my wallet left in the room. Their staff actively informed us to take back and nothing lost. Their staffs are really polite, helpful and reliable. We will come back in our next trip to Phuket :) Highly recommended.

Villa Zollatude was AMAZING! One of the best resorts we have stayed in. The villa itself was so clean and upkept to a very high standard. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive. We stayed in the upper waterfall pool villa and it was incredible. The only downside was that it didn’t get much sun to relax by the pool and the pool was a bit too cold because of this to make full use of it. The views were picturesque and we had no issues with any wild life or found there was no mosquitos! The food and drink is very reasonabley priced compared to other similar resorts/villas. I wish we had chose to stay at this place longer.

The service was amazing. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Just much much better to anywhere else we stayed in Thailand. The treetop duplex was spacious and luxurious. We loved the attention to detail in terms of the wooden finishings in particular. Housekeeping came daily and did a thorough clean of the duplex (of course you can elect to skip this). Breakfast was freat, good variety. The floating lunch was fantastic: not just a novelty, rhe food was also genuinely great!

We stayed at the Villa Zolitude Resort and Spa Phuket for 2 nights, and we loved it! Our villa was fantastic, very spacious and with the most comfortable bed ever. We had a private swimming pool perfect for relaxing and enjoying some drinks. We ordered a floating breakfast that was just exceptional: we highly recommend you if you're on a honeymoon vacation. We had most of our meals at Bambu restaurant. The food is great, with western and Thai options available. Breakfast is incredible, also served here, with a huge variety of options available. The swimming pool area was just gorgeous, very spacious and with a beautiful view. Highly recommend this hotel if you planning to stay in Chalong area during your holidays in Phuket.

Just returned from four nights with another couple. The positives - the massage at the spa was superb! Not luxurious spa but really great body work. Dao in the restaurant was absolutely outstanding and looked after us throughout our stay. In fact all the F&B staff were really lovely and the food was delicious and didn’t disappoint. The hotel had upgraded us but we would have been happy with the single level we booked instead of the living room being downstairs. Not ungrateful just a preference. I would say the resort is very much in recovery from Covid and no tourism. The landscaping was well maintained but maintenance of the facilities is not great. We had rotting decking around the pool. Not a big deal but an easy fix to improve impressions. The bedroom was lovely, well maintained and very clean. All frontline staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. We had a 6pm flight day of departure and as a gold tier member we were guaranteed a two hour late check out. I spoke to the front office manager who outright refused and was not only rude but condescending. I asked for the GM and was told that there was no GM but an operations manager called Paul. Paul it turns out,despite telling me had worked in hotels for 30 years, was no better. I have never ever had a member of hotel management shout at me! He was having none of it until I marched down to reception and showed him my physical confirmation with the late check out. Then he said “ok now I believe you”. What an incredibly rude and incompetent individual who shouldn’t be allowed in front of guests let alone talk to them or hold the title of manager. A disgraceful demonstration of leadership. In the end all they gave was a move to another room at 11am. So we had to pack up and move rooms. Completely defeated the purpose of a late checkout. If you want a great place to stay go to Amatara Welleisure. Beautiful villas and nice managers. Food is outstanding and staff lovely. I feel sorry for the staff at Villa Zolitude working for these clowns but good for you for giving great experiences despite this

I rate this hotel 9/10 = 5 stars. What I liked 👍: I booked treetop villa with private pool and it was really amazing. The resort is fantastic.. Nature nature nature. Staff are friendly. What I didn't like👎: Breakfast options were limited. No nearby places to go by walking. I recommend this hotel for couples and those who prefer nature.

Amazing place, peaceful, clean, well maintained and the service is fantastic. Highly recommend the spa treatment, possibly the best massage I've very had. Must have noticed my birthday on my passport because they gave me a waffle and fruit platter with happy birthday written on it in sauce unexpectedly.

The place was gorgeous! The service is super quick. The breakfast was great. The açai bowl makes me want to come back. Amazing stay. They give bug repellent lotion but bring extra spray for the night.

The villa was beautiful, and everything we'd expected. What I found lacking was the front desk service -- the lady in charge, while not impolite, had been quite brusque. Our experience felt very clinical, which goes without saying is undesirable in hospitality, especially since we were paying close to $300 per night. The great thing was that pick-up was really, really quick, which came into handy when we were making a trip to the ER. I would like to have the opportunity to return and see if things have improved.

The stay was excellent with its tranquil atmosphere and great service. Went with my 2yr and 6yr old children, they loved the buggy ride from lobby to the room. Location of the villa is around 20 mins to the various night markets, great for weekend stays to catch the weekend markets.

We booked a tree top villa and stayed there for more than 2 weeks, I would say this is one of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful private pool at ground floor. The breakfast at bamboo restaurant is superb, we always look forward to it every morning and didn’t want to miss any meal! We also tried their yoga classes, the spa, and floating lunch, I would say everything is perfect and worth every penny we spent. The sweetest part is their service which made our trip very memorable, all the hotel staff are friendly, kind and thoughtful, they never failed to accommodate our requests. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. Love it! ❤️

Very relaxing tropical villa with nice wood details. Our villa had a very surprising view of the lake and sea which we did not expect. The whole place including the villa was very well kept and clean despite being abit dated. The villa itself was impeccable, no insects, no lizards or droppings even the outdoor shower and WC area is very clean! All the staffs response very fast and well albeit a little weak with their spoken English but it's manageable. Location wise, although it doesn't have a beach nearby, it is not too far from Chalong Bay and Phuket town which is easily accessible via Grab car or taxi.

A modern natural wellness get away. We were blown away. This was our first stay in Thailand and we highly recommend. Loud nature for those who like it and very private beautiful pool villas to enjoy at a great rate. Breakfast was very nice and hospitality was great. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Escaping the crowds of the beaches for a very serene quiet area.

Great Hotel, rooms are super big and clean, the pools are crystal clear and the service is amazing. And doesn't end after paiment is done. The FO Manager helped us after having trouble with our next hotel to make the situation (they thought we are not comming and canceled the pick up from here to koh lanta) as convenient as possible. By getting a transport for us and helping aligning everything with the other hotel.

WOW!! We spent 3 nights on February 2022. Could spent there two weeks. Duplex pool villa is huge, beautiful, very pleasant. All amenities in the room. Outdoor shower! Clean. Comfortable bed. Best spa experience we ever had (and we had some..). Floating lunch is a must. Great breakfast- don’t miss the chef’s eggs Benedict’s. Staff are so kind. Private gateway. True 5 star experience, for a crazy low price thanks to covid-19. Hoping to be back!
