Yes, it is not a 5 star hotel, but they do basics right: - Good internet. - Room is spacious with a balcony. - Location is excellent (easy to get to central, hospital, Lotus, Phuket town, close to Andamanda Water Park). - Cheap and fresh fruits right near the entrance to the lobby. - Weekly cleaning (I stayed for a month). - Furniture is quite old, but for me it doesn't matter that much, since I only slept at the place. - Spacious shower room on the balcony. - Receptionist is kind and helped me to get TM30 certificate. If you don't speak Thai it might be a bit difficult sometimes to communicate, but there is always an option to use Google translate. It was either 5000 or 6000 baht during high season (water and electricity less than 1000 baht). Overall this hotel provides very good value for money.

Clean and honest 2 star accommodation. No complaints at all. Internet is very good. Staff friendly. Bed a bit on the hard side (Thai style). Have stayed here before and will again. For the price is good value.

1)Worst location,no public transport at all. 2) very bad staff, don't know English. 3) deny to give single extra pillow. 4) only one ton air conditioner for large room.

Good value. The restaurants close by are giving great meals compared to other areas that I know. Not many westeners in the area so learn basic words beforehand. Hotel was quiet (feb.) and clean. Use busses and change money in Big C. Not for people who can't get by on their own. People are giving low ratings for stupid reasons.

Can not be recommended, bad internet, some days no one at all! And nobody here can speak just a little English - as is written there is also no port to and from Hotel - can not be recommended !! !!

A little noisy at times however clean and large rooms.
