No pool open no wifi but staff are great and it's relatively clean

We stayed at a Airbnb inside, part of the building is a managed hotel and other part is private. It's very run down and pictures on google are probably decades old. The pool doesn't work and the gym is just a room with couple machines. Our Airbnb was great but the building smells, there's only one working lift and the mgr doesn't let grab food deliveries to come to the Units. The only good thing going for this building is that it's very near to main old town and yet situated in quiet location.

The room is nice and big. There are lots of spiders in our room and many spider webs in the corners. I don't even have the energy to ask for a new room. There was a spider next to my bed so sleeping is not going to be fun. :( We paid $61 for the room which is pretty high to have to kill and deal with so many insects. The front desk staff is nice.

Clean a little bit old but great location in the center of Phuket town easy to walk to the Old Town

The worst hotel ever!! The rooms do not look like the pictures at all. The towels and sheets are dirty. Spiders in te corners of the room. Showering is not an option, since the water becomes too hot whatever you do. Flushing the toilet? Nope, it's clogged. O cannot find anything positive to write about this hotel. We booked for 6 nights and left after one night!!

it was really a pleasant stay, located in the decent side of Phuket, less crowd and noise. rooms were pretty big with balcony and good washrooms. Don't want to forget the great breakfast buffet, it was really good. they also have scooters to rent.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was decent with cold ac. The patio was quite filthy being covered in pigeon waste. There must have been some kind construction or service going on late night into early morning. Lots of slamming doors and banging around. Making it difficult to get uninterrupted sleep.

If you are looking for a clean and cheap place to stay, this hotel might be the one for you. It's in walking distance from the old city, which is definitely a plus. Dont expect the staff to help you out though - their English is nearly non-existent. Other than that they are seriously unfriendly and try to rip you off with their taxi fees (5 min way = 500 THB). If you book a room I would not recommend including their buffet breakfast. It mainly consists of the leftovers from lunch the day before. TLDR; cheap and clean rooms. Forget everything else.
