My favourite hostel so far! I’ve been travelling Thailand and nothing has come close to this hostel. I had only planned to stay in Phuket for 2 or 3 days however ended up staying for 1.5 weeks. The owner created a very laid back and comfortable atmosphere. We even had “family dinners”, as we called them, where everyone from the hostel either had home cooked Thai food or went out together. Needless to say I had an amazing time and am excited to come back next time I’m in Phuket!

the hostel is very old, uncomfortable beds like boards, small pillows, the toilet is on the street on the other floor. In the bedrooms you can hear the noise from the road and the noise from the guests from the 1st floor, if they do not sleep for a long time. There are no sleep rules in the hostel. whoever wants, then lies down. I do not recommend even for one night. Price 200b per person

This was honestly the best hostel in all of Thailand, the place is clean and nice, the bathrooms are surrounded in greenery and they have cool interior all over the hostel. The owner is friendly and helpful, when I was there they had a bbq night where he barbecued with his friends and fed us as well. The housekeeper was the nicest lady, her English was none existent but she was always trying to feed us and if you need washing she will help. Without a scooter/car it’s a bit expensive to reach the beach from old town but it’s great if you want to experience the Old Town and the Sunday market (it’s on the same street), chillva market, central and also it’s only a 15 min drive away from the pier.

Situated in the old town, this hostel is really comfortable. Private bed with curtains, great shower and a kitchen. Really close to the bus station (5 min by walk) so super easy. I recommend it !

Perfect hostel in a great location! The hostel of Coco (owner) is just fantastic. It is very cozy and inviting, on site it is very clean and the rooms are quiet. I had an unforgettable stay here. I have never experienced such a friendly and family atmosphere in a hostel anywhere else. A very clear recommendation.

This is my go-to Old Town Phuket place when transiting through to other destinations. Great location Owners are very kind, friendly and helpful. The lady is always cleaning the common areas and washing/ironing clothes. Maybe the hardest worker I have seen in this lifetime. Common spaces include 1. Shared kitchen 2. Water filling station 3. Tables and desk, often being used for coworkers 4. Upstairs lounge/chill out spaces with cushions and hanging hammock-type beds Bathrooms are downstairs They are not co-ed 🙏 Ladies- 2 shower, 2 toilets Female dorm room has 8 beds with Privacy curtains. Large storage lockers are provided. Electrical socket, light, and a small wicker basket to hold your keys, phone, etc. All around the hostel are wise quotes with life lessons. Good atmosphere from the owners. For the most part, the guests follow suit. Aside from an occasional loud snorer, rooms are quietish as most act respectfully.

The hotel is perfectly located in the old town, great value of money, rooms were very cozy, recommend!

Overall a pleasant experience! Staff was friendly, the whole hostel was clean and has an open atmosphere. I enjoyed the more relaxed vibe and that it was not too crowded. Also the common area with many opportunities to sit and chill was great. The kitchen was a nice bonus and well equipped to prepare your own breakfast :)) The hostel also has a great location, so I would definitely recommend staying here

Very clean, well organised and the staff was extremely helpful whenever required. The atmosphere was relaxed and felt like home - would definitely recommend this as the first place to people considering staying in the town.

A good, clean hostel with nice location and lovely staff. The rooms are not very big but the ac works amazingly, all the beds have curtains and it's quiet so I was able to sleep my jetlag off. I got good recommendations from there on what to do in Phuket. Unfortunately, I cut my knee open during my stay but the lovely lady that works there sat me down, cleaned my knee and bandaged me up and even followed up the next day to see how I was healing. Would definitely recommend!

Agoda had messed our booking up which meant we did not stay in this hostel however the host was super helpful and found us another place to stay within 10 minutes that was very ideal for us

The service was super excellent! The staff will always be ready to help you in case anything happens. They provide motorbike rent and also laundry service

One of the coziest hostels I’ve stayed at yet. Clean rooms & bathrooms, lockers and towels provided, so many places to lounge by yourself or with friends. Staff are so helpful. Prime location.

Our first hostel in Thailand and was spectacular! Locally owned, the owner: Am, has such an attention to detail and helped book us transport to the islands, was often seen cleaning / doing laundry and always happy to chat and teach us some local words. The location is prime, right next to the local food market and close to both the more touristy strip and local food strip as well as the bus stop which can take you onward to Kata and Patong. Great and cheap food to be had all around and coffee/tea/water was provided with the price of the room. We stayed in a private room and it was clean, had a big window and bed was comfy. Outlets were all accessible and common spaces had lots of chill places to hang out and chat with fellow travellers. Bathrooms were large and cleaned regularly with good showers. Had a nice boutique feel with beautiful colours. Would recommend highly for a few nights.

Cancelled our booking an hour and a half before we were going to check in and as we were boarding a flight so we couldn't arrange anything until we got there, said they'd overbooked. Didn't even receive an apology. Can't comment on the hostel itself but would have been a good location.

Superb value and great vibes. It felt like a hip book store, with many places to lounge and read, contemplate, and enjoy quiet conversation. The location was perfect for us and the staff were very helpful with bookings and advice.

2 minutes walk to Sunday market. I’m lucky that today the owners are gathered together and I was invited to join their BBQ!!!!

Great value, quiet (not a party spot, but all the partying is very close by) clean and friendly hostel in the middle of everything in Old Town. Great coffee, local food, foreign food and bars all around. Very safe, easy check in and out, quick email response. I'm a female solo traveler. Love this spot, would stay again.

Ok for one night.. Nothing overly bad about the place but I don't quite understand how it has the number of 5-star reviews it does.... The Hostel is in a historic building so quite dated around the edges. Great location/price and nothing overly bad, just that I have stayed in wayyy nicer hostels for the reviews Aekkeko has. I think ok for one night as the location in the old town is excellent

Just an amazing place, so cozy, cool design, nice interior, comfy beds with courtains, AC in rooms. All clean and staff is friendly. I met amazing people there too - say hello to Kubra :)

Good price but I get assaulted by mosquitos here way too much. Waking up with bites, and showering with 10+ mosquitos in the same tiny space isn't worth it for me

Chill hostel in the old town of Phuket. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Clean and private beds as well as private room, enjoyed the stylish shower area. Would suggest to enforce silent hours a bit, as the guests chatting in the lobby area could be heard in the dorm upstairs.

It is a very nice hostel with confi beds, clean bathrooms and a working AC. The common area is always full of interesting people and the receptionist helps you with every problem. The best about the hostel is the location right next to the walking street. Go there on Sundays.

This place is super comfortable and an absolute recommendation. The atmosphere and the bibe is great - the beds, showers, kitchen is awesome. And love the people. Super nice to hang out by dining table and meet all kinds of wonderful people !

We booked here for 1 night and turned out that it was not enough for us, so, we stayed here for lovely 2 days! The room is clean, staff are nice and helpful. The location is great like you can walk anywhere in the old town. I’d really recommended!!

Nice design and cleanliness in the facilities, very friendly staff, our room was small as you would expect from a hostel private room, but quite cozy and clean... Location is also ideal as it's very close to most of the hotspots in the area. We stayed for 1 night but would definitely have liked to stay longer :)
