From first glance room looks clean and well maintained only if the kingdom of ants didn’t set up a camp everywhere in the room!! Literally they’re everywhere sleeping next to you. Breakfast... another kingdom of ants this time they’re in the food. Pool is alright but it only has 4 sunbeds

Hotel max 3 stars. Breakfasts average. Monotonous - the same thing every day. Hotel needs renovation. average cleanliness. plus for the swimming pool. Very nice service.

The resort is definitely far from patong beach and they don't even have shuttle service. But you can rent a scooty and explore nearby places. Tiger kingdom is very close to the resort. People generally use Grab here for taxi. Staff is definitely very helpful and the taxi provided by hotel is also economical. Mai' on reception was very helping and she booked our tours. Even she guided us for activities in phuket. English speaking skill of staff is pretty good.

I will share with you my personal experience. We arrived at the hotel with an 8-month-old baby and the baby bed that was brought out to us was misleading...after a sleepless night due to the creaking of the iron bed, I asked the hotel for a replacement and it was explained to me that it was the only baby bed. and buy a new baby bed.. so if you come with a baby now there is a new and fancy bed... regarding the location a bit problematic everywhere you have to take transportation there is no access on foot... apart from that everything is very nice

Hotel Ambiance is good. Service is also nice. But if you want to stay with your kid then you must reconsider your decision. Hotel is having some void spaces, which looks like place for water but it is not filled. And the problem is it is not covered as well. While walking you have to watch your steps.

A small hotel by the roadside. It has clean rooms and friendly staff. You can stay for a short time without keeping your expectations high.

Great place to stay with your family, stayed for 2 nights with Break fast, decent breakfast, very welcoming staff, cozy ambience away from the busy streets of Phuket. clean toilet and facilities. use BOLT app to explore nearby Phuket economically.

This hotel needs maintenance and they have started to do that I noticed. So maybe next year it's fabulous.

We only took this hotel because it is very close to Andamanda water park, and also good price, but must say the hotel is very not maintained! The pool structure is cool but very not clean and also dangerous for kids (broken parts that need to be fixed!). The rooms are full with ants…in the balcony we found things from the previous guests…I guess it was a good hotel in the past but now it is just need a very wide maintenance!

Very well maintained hotel and very good location. It was not fully operational after the Covid 19 period and the restaurant was only open for breakfast. But we will probably stay there again another time.

Staff is good, location is good. We stayed there for 2 nights. They have a pool on the first floor of resort. Morning complementary breakfast is average, it is advisable to change the menu every day. We had water problem in the bathroom, very slow water flow from shower. Easy to go to any in the city locations from here--- Andamanda water park and Central Phuket is very to it. You can try Aquaria at Central phuket.

Stayed here for 2 weeks after positive covid test, if you get the option to stay here rather than a hospital, I would grab the opportunity with both hands. For the price, this place was amazing. The rooms are large and comfortable, there is WiFi, cable TV, a fridge and large bathroom. 3 meals a day supplied by the takeaway cafe on bypass are very good, considering the meals are not chosen by you, the quality and eatability are superb. Staff are great and very friendly, you can order grab or 7/11 and they are happy to bring to your room.

I stayed a few nights in Dec 2021 at the A2 Pool Resort as it was the only decent hotel close to the Australian Consulate and is SHA Plus+ accredited. I opted for the pool access room and was very happy with it. The room was a very good size and clean. The pool is likewise quite nice and was well maintained. Staff in the resort were all friendly and more than happy to help out bringing food from to me when I was isolating awaiting my PCR test result (I entered Phuket under the Test&Go scheme). The staff gave me the choice of having breakfast in the restaurant (no lunch or dinner available) area or having it brought to my room each day. There is not much in the way of food or tourist things to do around the hotel, so you'll need either your own car or to use Grab to get around. There are a couple of convenience stores that are a 5 to 10 min stroll away from the hotel.

Com place with u shaped pool . Pool is accesscible by directly from every room. Breakfast is not worth ,fruits were rotten.

Their housekeeping and front desk staff have very bad service. Because the quilt in our room was very dirty and had spots. Very disgusting . I asked for a replacement, but the employee told me that the housekeeping department was closed and there was nothing left to replace.
