It is a budget resort and is best for the groups. I loved the hospitality there and even the food is kind of okay and can be eatable by Indians. We have gone in a group of 11 members and loved spending every moment there. And the resort is also near by to many places. Big Buddha, Elephant Sanctuary and many more

Other than the staff being professional I did not find it acceptable without a car. On a 4 lane highway with no path or shade. Attractions are all closed in walking distance. Shops are 15min min to get to a 7-11.(I heard this nightmare road 24/7 through the windows so barely slept,it rocked the whole place) Beds were rock hard but clean. Pool is too small. Every time someone was using it also there was a family with 3 small kids so no relaxing. If I went at night there was too many drunk adults. Every time you want something you have to chase for it, none of the shops manned. Prices 3x as much as shops. Bad business to take advantage with this increase. Whoever done the photos for this place is amazing, it looks bright and very large but is so compact and dull. May I suggest genuine updated photos with no filter as I found this dishonest. If I'd of seen the real pics I would of not got my hopes up for a great 'resort' Also maybe stretch for a welcome drink. We walked in midday sun for 1h 40mins to get here and as we were early we were made to wait 40 mins till 2pm,then 20 mins over check-in times. It was unbearable to sit in your lobby watching the gentleman with the mini aircon facing him. You obviously know it's hot af. Maybe consider your paying guests. This was my worst check in experience. I seriously don't understand why this place has such a good review but I suspect it's a sort of club here for the long time muay Thai training residents

Service is great , clean hotel , not too quiet, but good value, pool is good , little ways from the main attractions but , you grab a taxi and all is well

Pros: the receptionist is altruism. The room is huge and tidy. The price is good bargains. Cons: the room is dimmed. Should use day light bulbs. The shower tiles is slippery type, not suitable for shower room.

This place doesn’t even warrant a one star, pictures look nothing alike in real life, it’s located on a busy road, place is dirty with rats roaming free. Stayed here two nights with my family before finding somewhere else for concerns for my family’s health I wish I could attach pictures by far the worst place I have stayed in 38 years. Not sure what the breakfast was like as didn’t want to get ill.

False advertising. Terrible location next to a 4 lane traffic jam. Don’t waste your vacation time next to a traffic jam

I highly recommend this place! Very accomodating and friendly staff especially May, who always provides excellent customer service! Neat and comfy room! The price of the room is affordable and it's only a walking distance to the famous Tiger Muay Thai gym. If given a chance to go back there I would love to stay in this hotel again!

It was perfect. Perfectly attentive and pleasant people. Good English speaking so it makes things easier. The food is good, the rooms are clean and the pool is nice. It's a family business and you can feel it! It's hardly noisy on the road side but it's bearable. Ideally placed for training at Tiger Muay Thai, less than 10min walk away.

The room is nice & clean and the staff is very nice and helpful… The bed is pretty comfortable, and the pool (although pretty small) is still quite nice with some pretty vegetation around it… The prices of food / laundry / bike rental is a bit high compared to what you find outside the hotel, but I guess you pay for the convenience of having everything “in house” 🤷‍♂️ We booked through booking but when we got there we realized we could’ve gotten a better price if we had booked directly from them… 💪

This hotel is like a Thai home for me. The first time I was accommodated at this hotel was September 2022, now it is my second time here and it really feels like a home. We came back without a reservation and to surprise the staff working in here and they still remembered us, even the room we stayed in for the last time... Isn’t it just incredible? The family that runs this hotel is warm welcoming, friendly and their services are so professional. Staying at Phaithong Sotel Resort always makes my time in Thailand simply amazing. When visiting Phuket I would never ever choose another hotel. Great Job and can recommend for everyone, who prefers warm approach to guests over empty services for the only purpose of money.

I managed to enter Phuket though the Test and Go, even though it is halted for now. I would like to highly recommend you all to consider Phaitong Sotel Resort to stay during your Phuket stay. The rooms were extremely clean and nice. Staffs were extremely friendly. Toilet was literally sparkling clean. Me and my friends couldn’t believe the level of standard the room offered for the price we paid. If not for our other booking that we had made prior to arriving in phuket, we would’ve 100% continued staying here. The hotel manager, May, was really a gem. She was with me through every step of the way with helping me understand the new rules in place and everything. I contacted her through email to receive any type of document necessary to enter Thailand. The hotel is also SHA plus certified and we also book the private SHA taxi from the hotel itself. Prices were extremely reasonable but the service was absolutely priceless. Even after we checked out after the mandatory one day stay till we received our PCR results, she still offered to help us book a trip to an island and the second pcr test. May, thank you so much for your assistance with everything and I really hope Phuket’s tourism gets better and your hotel gets up and running well. I will 100% return back to your hotel in the future

We spent two weeks there on a Muay Thai trip with friends. The hotel is perfectly located (less than 5 minutes away from Tiger Muay Thai and others MT gyms). We rented bungalows which are spacious, very comfortable and right in front of the pool. The staff is lovely and very helpful. Recommended 150%

Lovely little place to stay while you in Phuket when you enjoy your privacy. Large comfortable bungalows to enjoy your stay. Undercover parking for your car. Nice little pool to cool off. Good atmosphere and service and great meals to order to your room. Need your own transport to get around. Google maps help't me to find my way around .Inexpensive and Lovely place to stay when you in Phuket. I enjoyed staying there and will be back in the future.
