A good Hotel, in a not as good area.. It's not too far from everything but still you have to rent a motorbike to see something.. A good pool on the roof which looks like it had greater times. 24h friendly reception is great! All together recommendable!

Only 4 stars because it's super cheap. Really affordable penthouse with good views and spa bath on balcony, nice, and rooftop pool. But the entire hotel is really dirty and not well up kept, not near anything at all, would have to get a taxi and taxis in this area of Thailand are really expensive, only stayed one night so wasn't a huge issue, just no where in walking distance for dinner. The front of the hotel is an apartment building so to actually get to your room you have to walk to the very end of the bellow car park (and to get to and from the pool which sucks). Dirty and incovient but good size rooms for price.

This is definitely not a recommended option for foreign tourists, they are completely money minded management who try to charge/fine for everything. I had to deposit 1000 baht while checking in and lost 500 baht for missing a access card which is not worth of 10 baht. The price looks cheap but the hotel policy with fine for everything is pretty crazy and also the location of the hotel is kinda remote which makes a foreigner to feel like an alien. Please check out the 2nd pic which has fine list.

Nothing special. Not in a great location in terms of things to do or places to eat. Staff is annoying. Rooms are clean. Bed was VERY comfortable, which was a surprise. The pictures online of the rooftop pool are deceiving... There are a total of 3 or 4 buildings. Only one has the pool. So if you're in the farthest building, you have to walk in the underground parking to the right building. This was not information offered at check in. Tried to go to my roof for a swim and was surprised not to find it, lol. If possible, request to be in building B1 or B2 for best pool access.

Seems alright at first impression but quality and cleanliness is actually quite low standard. Yoga mats are absolutely filthy, air con is the gym barely works so it's more like a sauna. Towels were missing when we arrived and when we finally got them, as well as the bathroom mat, they were really disgusting, some dark stains very obvious to notice. Glass doors inside the room were filthy too and there is a strong garlic/bin smell in the bathroom that wouldn't go away. And apparently, that was an upgrade to a luxury room ! Not impressed, stayed no more than one night. Eww

The hotel/apartment is closed so fake and don’t understand how bookings can support this.

Great looking condominium that can also function as an hotel. We lived the swimming pool at the roof top.

The worst place i have ever stayed at, deserves no stars at all! Hotel staff have no clue what they are doing! Rude and not friendly, lost our booking, manager promised we would get written proof of our refund due in 2 weeks after they lost our booking and made us pay again, the letter was never received! Made us go back and get our empty complimentary water bottles from the bin at 4 am in the morning when they knew we had to leave for the airport early after they didn't advise that we had to return the empty bottles or would be charged and were on scooters! i am sure the staff go out of there way to make check in and check out the most complicated way for you! The family room has the smallest couch it is only for 1 person and the balcony is joke! Smallest balcony and the hot air from the air conditioner blows on you. The steam room was broken and the pool was nice but not at all what the pictures showed! The only nice thing about the hotel was the really soft bed - it was amazing but i would stay clear of this hotel it was nothing but drama after drama with the hotel staff! The location is really bad there is nothing close by and the closest shop for anything is a 20 minute walk in the heat and hills, not practical at all!

Pretty basic hotel. But a good value for the money. Decent pool, which was clean and nice to use. A good place to pass the night before heading to the Islands. The family suite was a good size for a family of 5, children age 5,4 and 0

We love this place. We go here every time ... The staff is absolutely great. The pool is perfect. Other people say the hotel is far away, but if you have a bike, so it's a wonderful choice of hotel!!! By the way, next to the hotel you can go for a beer. Behind the hotel, you can go for a meal and a 5 minute walk it to the store.

Went during low season, very cheap price for the deluxe room. Has a big fridge, a living room area and a large bed. They clean the room everyday and the staff is very friendly! Nice rooftop pool with a small dry sauna and steam sauna and a small gym but I don't think the steam sauna was working. If you order delivery food they can deliver right to the bottom of your building even though there are several buildings Night markets are a short bike/car ride away and some good local food around. Don't take the 'shortcut' on the smaller street, stay on the big street to access. Free wifi code given to you at check in but mine didn't work so I had to call in for a new one. Two reception desks I think, you might have to check in at the second one down the parking lot. Only downside is that the bathroom shower water pressure is really weak and the bathroom itself smells bad, like sweat and armpits. And they have a very extensive list of things you are liable to pay (a lot) for if you ruin in the rooms including staining sheets and etc. Which seems a little unnecessary because accidents happen but it is a condo so who knows. Happy with the service and would recommend for the low price!

Did not honour the credit payment made beforehand., Made us pay again in cash at the hotel. Receptionist said they'll refund the online paid money after 7-14 days, which is highly inconvenient. Also the hotel doesn't have a restaurant. Disinterested reception is not a good sign of hospitality, won't recommend it to anyone. But otherwise, facilities were okay, clean n neat.

Friendly and polite staff,clean rooms,cheap and ideal for a few days of holiday.You have some supermarkets nearby and 4 restaurant's with really good,fresh and cheap food.The pool is clean and the view is nice from up there.I recommend it.The only inconvenient is that is far from the old town,high street or beaches.
