The staff and manager were SO KIND and really went out of their way to help us, and were even so responsive on WhatsApp, even after we checked out. Location is amazing, completely central to Old Town Phuket. Beautiful clean food court just next door with true local prices, eg 30-50 baht for a meal.

This is a mixed review. The place was basic, but ok for the price. We rented 2 rooms, one for my husband and I and the other for my 2 children. The reason for the low review is that the room my husband and I were in was right next to the boiler. It was so noisy all night I literally didn't sleep a wink. I even tried white noise to drown it out, but it still kept me up. My kids seemed to sleep fine, so I suppose it depends on which room you get.

The room was pretty nice, and the size was decent - not huge, but not tiny either. There was a little table and two chairs in the room, and they give you two good size bottles of filtered water each day which was great. The location is also pretty good. It wasn't a very lively hostel though, and I don't know that there's really a lounge area, so it was kind of dead. I didn't run in to any other guests while I was there, so if you are looking for a lively hostel, this might not be the spot for you. There also wasn't any wardrobe in the room, which is something I've experienced in a lot of hostels unfortunately, but I still wish more places would have them as it makes unpacking impossible. The staff were very friendly though, and the main host was very helpful with guiding me to places I needed to get to during my stay. All in all I'd say this is a nice hostel, and great if you like a quiet place to stay.

Note: My stay was at the hostel and not the guesthouse. Amazing hostel. I took the family room on the upper level. Pretty good location within Phuket Town. Good eateries available nearby. The staff were helpful in booking our tour. Bathrooms are spotless and also has blow dryer.

One of the most comfortable hostels I’ve stayed in. You get an actual bed, not a bunk. Big lockers enough to fit those big backpacks. Fast and reliable WiFi. Clean and chic, and RIGHT IN THE HEART OF OLD TOWN and just around the corner from the bus “terminal” to destinations around the island. Would definitely come back again! 5 stars!

I been there with my friend for a weekend trip. Booking room for 4 persons as private room. good price easy to walking and sightseeing aroun Phuket Old Town.A lot of localfood around the area. Open your mind to try Phuket local food so you will never get the taste like any place in the world. A bit noisy when sleeping cause the place near the road. Clean place and easy to check in and check out. Recommended.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location is excellent - a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of bustling Chinatown with many fine restaurants in easy walking distance. The guesthouse was spotless and the room cleaned every day and 2 fresh bottles of water left. It was quiet at night and I was able to leave my rented scooter immediately outside the front entrance. One week's accommodation was 5454Bt - very good value. I highly recommend as a location from which to explore Phuket.

I stayed over 30 hostels , so far this one is the cleanest one I ever stayed,the staff is super friendly and helpful !the bedroom is comfortable ,clean and lovely ! Bathroom is also super clean too ! They provide different kinds of day tour in Phuket, very convenient just booked it in hostel the car will pick us up here , also they provide the bike rental , the price as same as the other hostels !highly recommend

Our stay here was fine. It's very clean. Staff weren't overly friendly at first but they warmed up. Area is very touristy, surprisingly pricey. Near the ferry and bus station so that's a plus, but otherwise I'd recommend staying in a different part of the city
