First impression was not really good with the staff but after checking in they were nice. The room was very big and well furnished more than my expectations. Unfortunately the AC in my room wasn't working properly and leaking water which was floating in the room. It was more than value for money. The view from my room was very beautiful and surrounded by hills. My experience was great and I will love to stay there again.

Good for the price that you paid. We had very comfortable room with balcony. They were cleaning rooms every they and every day we got new towels. For that price range that we paid that was amazing. The only problem is that is quite far from the beach and we had problems with ants in our room.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER!!! Absolutely horrible place for living and long staying. If you are ready to been robbed, please, welcome! We were robbed 3 times in 1 month!!!And our neighbors too!!!! But staff said that it's not true, that we're liers and started to blame us and laughing!!! And this is the first time they've met that situation!!! The person who is working there on reception is very rude and impolite. When we start to complain that cleaner is NOT DOING HER WORK(dirty toilet, sink, table and floor after cleaning, I WAS CLEANING TOILET BY MYSELF WITH SOME EQUIPMENT THAT WAS BOUGHT BY MYSELF!!! ) she said again that is not true and start to arguing, next she came to the another people and started to laugh TOGETHER WITH THEM that we are POOR AND WE HAVE NO RIGHTS TO COMPLAIN BECAUSE WE PAY VERY SMALL AMOUNT FOR RENTING AND IF WE WANT SOMETHING BETTER WE CAN STRAIGHT AWAY !IMAGINE???? BAD SMELL IN THE ROOM, THE LOCK IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, TERRIBLE TV NETWORK, THE WEAKEST WI-FI, ANTS IN THE ROOM, HORRIBLE CLEANING, ROBBERING!!!!!!!!!, RUDE AND BAD-MINDED STAFF!!!! NEVER, NEVER GO THERE!!!!!

Our stay in the Guest House was a mere "okay". Did it satisfy the basic needs: hot shower, bed, electric kettle, AC.... YES. With that being said, our AC leaked water constantly, and our room was infested with ants. So much so that we were double bagging any snacks we had and even zip lock bagging our trash. The staff was not overly friendly and just simply read the script to us and moved onto the next guest with very little customer service. Lastly, we are very skeptical of having our room cleaned anywhere we stay just for the fact that our bags are vulnerable. Therefore, we often leave the "Do Not Disturb" hanging on the door throughout the entirety of our stay. We will take our trash down to them and switch out towels but we don't need our bed made or anything fancy. However, even though the Do Not Disturb was clearly on the door we came back to a clean room and made bed. It's such a silly thing to complain about, but we would have preferred to put away our valuables or folded our dirty clothes a little nicer before having someome enter our personal space. Luckily from what we can tell nothing was touched or stolen, it was just the fact of the matter. Aside from that, it's in a good location, a very close walk to the center and to the beach. There is a $500 baht deposit for your room key which you are unaware of until your arrival. Again it's hard to complain about a $10 (usd) per night stay, as here you definitely get what you pay for.

People are nice. We just asked them that the water heater isn't working and they immediately fixed it. Literally less than 3 minutes. The housekeeper asks if we want our room to be cleaned. I liked that they ask because we have valuables laying around and we prefer that I would be inside the room also while they clean. She changed the beddings fast. You just need to let the hosts know what you need and they help you. Can't complain about the air conditioning it's very quiet and looks new. I'm a lite sleeper I wake up easily, it's good that the noises especially the motorbikes outside are faint as long as the windows and doors are closed. Living essentials are not as good as the 5-star hotels but over all its good. They have English channels. Plenty of convenient stores are closed but around this area Family mart and 7-eleven is a short walk away. Access to laundry washer/dryer just infront cheaper than other laundry machines. Renting a motorbike for a month is just 2500 baht at the hair salon nearby. Neighbors beside the guests house are very friendly. Beach is less than 10 minutes away by walking. The guest house provided a map for directions.

There are some fantastic budget hotels in Patong.... this is unfortunately not one. Run down structure, dripping tap, thin towels, no blanket. Even though price is low... Better options for a few Baht more.

Nice and affordable hotel near Phuket airport. Lots of food options and the beach is nearby.

Everything are old and some air conditioners not working, some are not enough to cool the room. It’s so cheap but so bad. Pay a little more and stay at a better hotel.

It was just 10 minutes walk away from patong beach. Normal hotel nothing much to offer but value for money

The room was clear but bedclothes was little bit dirty. The receptionist tried to give us different room than we booked. He tried to force us room without bathroom or pay extra money for it. But we holded one's own.

Were planning to stay for a week there, booked 2 months in advance, paid and excited, BUT NO, they just messaged 12 hours before that they will cancel our booking due to overbooking or that longtime guests want to extend their stay. Sorry?? Who even does this? Really disappointed.
