BED BUGS! We had bed bugs in our room, plenty of them. Check your bed before you get into it. Besides that, the hostel is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, amenities are clean. Very fair prices for drinks and all kinds of transportation. Refund was no problem once we had explained the issue.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. Stayed at this hostel for one night and thanks God I haven't booked more than one night. -The room was tiny, no proper space. -No curtain on the windows so the room really bright.. - Air con was not working properly so the room was really worm as 10 people were in it. -There's a karaokê bar close to the hostel and it looked like the drunk people were inside our room singing. - And it's not all, I saw bed bugs on my beds and two more people from that room also saw bed bugs on THEIRS. We got bitten many times. As a result we went sleeping on the couch on the comum area. Got attacked by mosquitos and heard some weird noise which we were unable to say if it was bats, rats or something eles. I waited until 8:15 for someone from the hostel to apear and nobody showed up so I had to leave to catch my ferry. I called them from the pier, the guy on the phone was really rude, said there was no refund and hang up while I was still talking. So one advice, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!

Pros: hostel is in a very good location in old town Phuket for walking around to night markets and some local attractions. 7 min walk to public bus station, and probably about 5 min walk from where the Patong bus drops you off if you’re coming from the other side of Phuket. Staff are friendly. Common area was nice, as well as an additional area where you can watch movies from a large library of DVDs. Cons: rooms are crammed but considering the inexpensive nightly rate, you can get past this. However, the state of the bathrooms and cleanliness is what brings the star rating down the most. The showers are mostly a trickle with water coming out of various parts of the tube. The drains are clogged. Something in the toilet on the second floor was in there for at least three days without clean. You’re asked to take shoes off before going up to the rooms, which is completely understandable but then the floors in the “no shoe” areas should be cleaned to a certain standard. If cleanliness can be raised, I would bump this up to a 4 rating.

Bad experience. Worst stay hostel is a more appropriate name. My gf and I booked 2 weeks before and when we arrived They had overbooked and then tried blaming it on “ac in room not working.” No email or anything beforehand to let us know. Then they took it upon themselves to book us in a dumpy hotel right over a busy street, w/ 2 twin beds. They didn’t even offer us a discounted rate for the other hotel after all the trouble they put us through. AVOID.

Stayed there in May, 2018. Good location hostel with nice breakfast and drink. Nice staff, but the weak point was that the room was quite small.

The hostel is simple but very clean. Some rooms are small so no good choice if you bring 2 big suitcases with you. It is located in old town in a very central spot in Phuket town but it is still super quiet. The staff is super friendly. Would stay here again immediately.

i stayed in private room, shared bathroom. the room is clean. the staffs are friendly. it's located in a very nice location, just 1 minute walk to Lard Yai (the weekend market). The bathroom is not so clean, but it's hard to control when you share it with many people. The only thing I don't like is that there is a gap between the wall and window which connect my room to the other next to mine. I can hear most of the thing they said from my room. >> Well, you get better than what you paid for :)

Very cheap and in a great location, it's nice that there are curtains to each bunk bed. The hosts do not speak English super well, but they get by. Air conditioning on from 7pm to 10am. WiFi only works on the first floor. Biggest critique is that the toilet paper ran out too often.

Bar and common (front) room are nice and friendly but the sleeping quarters are not worth the money. The AC is set to low throughout the whole night. Was not able to sleep good because it was too hot. Comparable to fan room without fan. $

The best location with super clean place. The price is affordable and worth for money. I like the location which near everywhere and can walk around. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Definitely come back here again :)

Stayed here on two separate occasions and really enjoyed my time here! Bunks are clean and quiet, just wish they turned the air con on earlier during the hotter months. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved it, ended up staying extra 3 nights! Staff were amazing, welcoming and generous. Mexican food was fantastic, the rooms were really clean and tidy, would stay again, thanks Bert and the girls 😁

Perfect and nice 👌 owner and wife was very helpful. And the price compared to the rooms is very low.
