We trusted them with our engagement ring and they returned it misshapen and uneven with no apology or solution. Then they turned all the lights off in the shop. Murad Koniyev, the manager, initially acted polite but did not call back and was unavailable when we returned. His staff did not know his phone number. Not good. I spoke to him on the phone and he was very rude. He didn't care at all. Staff switch between no English to good English back to no English when it suits them. When things turned sour Russian and Thai staff ignored us and disappeared. DO NOT COME HERE

Prices are high. I bought one bracelet worth 85.00 Canadian. I bought other stretchy gemstone bracelet which broke 2nd time I put it on. (Value 8.00 canadian. I love my expensive bracelet though and am going back to buy one more I regretted not getting when I was there. If i remember I’ll add a pic later.

По ценам не сориентирую - не изучала рынок, не знаю дорого или нет, но на мой взгляд вполне подъёмно для хорошего жемчуга - серьги 44000 батт, кольцо с бриллиантами 38000 батт. Ещё купили бусы свекрови за 4000 батт, крупные речные жемчужины. Так же сделали приятную скидку. Консультант была русской, все рассказала, очень милая) ещё один сотрудник занимал нашего сына, который хотел разнести весь магазин, пока я выбирала украшения и оформляла покупку. В общем спонтанная и очень удачная покупка, магазин рекомендую.

Вы любите жемчуг, драгоценные камни... Вам сюда. Цены дешевле чем там , где Нас возили экскурсионное на ювелирную галерею. Гемс... еще и дешевле... разница в 700 бат. Оправе есть серебро и золото. Можете поставить любую жемчужину в понравившееся кольцо. Выбор большой и более интересный по дизайну и возможностям. Так же есть зал с бриллиантами.. но мне туда не надо было. Понравилось.. еще бы- близко от отеля в Пхукете. Уложились с покупкой за 1.3 часа, как раз к закрытию. Это я еще ждала минут 10, чтобы под меня уменьшили колечко.... Так что думаю- этот развод в галерее.. жаль что не попала сразу... но... это для любителей серебра, хотя оно покрыто родием. Девочки Вы себе обязательно подберете свое и самое красивое, Вы будете оригинальны...😃😃😃как я

Место неплохое большой выбор,приятный персонал кроме русско говорящей работницы. Выбирали маме серьги помогала пока не зашли англо говорящие и она сразу слиняла будто мы нищеброты,подошли спросили вопрос она ответила и больше не подходила. Взяли две пары серёжек в конце,спасибо за терпение и помощь тайской работницы. Желание что либо ещё выбирать пропало, пойдем в другое место.Тайские работники не знают английского. Из хорошо сделали маленькую скидку
