Dr Irfan and nurse Amira have done an excellent job looking after us. They took good care and everything was clean and sanitised. Also I might add they were the only ones available on Thursdays in the afternoon. Catherine was also a great communicator and checked us in asking all the questions.

We are grateful we have gone to this clinic. The process was smooth and we didn’t need to wait long. Everyone was welcoming and paid attention. Catherine at reception was really nice too and looked after us from start to finish. Thank you again to the whole team. God bless

It's very interesting to read previous feedback. The clinic, in general, is good. The doctor looks like a good specialist, nurses as well. But with communication, they have huge problems. They told me to write them if I'll felt worse. But answered me in a week. I had a temperature of 39.5 and didn't know what to do. And after just ignoring me.

Went in there for some really sucky travelers sickness and ended up vomiting all over their triage bed. Doctors and nurses were really lovely and fixed me up real good. I usually have great difficulty getting my blood taken, especially when I’m dehydrated, but the nurse was so good I barely noticed. Definitely recommend this clinic but my 10 hour stay did come to around $2500 Australian so I am very glad I took out travel insurance.

My recent visit to Clinic Bodrum Phuket left me with mixed feelings due to a combination of both positive and negative aspects of the experience. One of the major concerns was the pricing strategy employed by the clinic. The range of costs provided for the services seemed unrealistic, as they consistently quoted a higher price at the end. This left me feeling like I was taken advantage of, especially as a foreigner seeking medical assistance. The main reason for my visit was my baby's high fever, exceeding 39 degrees Celsius. While the medical staff promptly administered an IV and antibiotic treatment, they also insisted on conducting several tests, including those for dengue, COVID, and influenza. Despite my baby showing no symptoms other than a fever, we felt compelled to agree to the additional tests, given the severity of the situation. To our dismay, the total bill amounted to a staggering 30,810 THB (equivalent to SGD 1200). The clinic staff continued to push for more tests, but feeling overwhelmed and financially burdened, I opted for an early discharge. While the medical attention provided was adequate, the aggressive push for additional tests and the unexpected final bill left a sour taste in my mouth. Clinic Bodrum Phuket may have provided necessary medical care, but the lack of transparency in pricing and the pressure to undergo unnecessary tests were disappointing aspects of the overall experience.

Very good clinic with competent doctors. My son had some kind of allergy, so they gave him an IV. Felt better almost immediately. Thank you!

Took my wife there back in Dec 2022 during our Thailand trip. She had severe food poisoning and wasn't holding any food or water. The care that we got at Bodrum was excellent. The doctor and staff were very professional, kind and took very good care of her from the beginning to the end. They made sure she was doing well before discharging. It was expensive but our travel insurance covered most of it. They gave us comprehensive paperwork for insurance purposes. Might want to consider this if you don't have insurance coverage.

Very expensive clinic my friend had food poisoning the doctor prescribed medicine and treatment which is highly costly around 25000 bhat .

Clinic Bodrum Phuket is a great medical clinic. We came here at 7 in the morning with food poison. Registration, doctor and nurse remediated us and served quickly on time. We had medical dropping here and my wife felt herself alive after Thanks a lot for everyone who served us here :)

I unfortunately got an anaphylaxis reaction to shell crab on our last night in Phuket. Luckily being a doctor myself I could understand what's happening to me and told me husband I need an emergency centre asap. We ran to the emergency room which was luckily only a 5 min walk from our hotel Baan Laimai. They took me in right away and the nurse started taking my vitals and called the doctor. Dr Sara came right away checked me and started administrating with the emergency triage/ IV meds that what need and started me on Oxygen and nebulization. I've always had an issue with nurses and doctors struggling to find my veins as they r super thin and small, however the nurse here was very confident and could manage to do it in one go which was impressive considering he was on a time line cause my condition was extremely severe. Overall the entire clinic very efficient, high quality and well quipped. It was extremely neat and clean including the bathroom. The entire staff was extremely qualified, professional, prompt, efficient and available and kept coming in to check to see if I was better. Please do make a note of this place for your next visit to phuket as it's very close to patong beach just incase there any major or minor emergency and they are extremely good and prompt.

I completely embarrassed myself by thinking my sun tan lotion was waterproof when it wasn’t and ended up with extreme heat exhaustion / sun stroke. The surgery picked me up in their emergency cab service from my hotel. The nicely air conditioned clinic was friendly and clean and they acted very professionally. Special thanks to the manager (I think) Katherine who was particularly gorgeous and helpful. I was in a private room for around 4 hours whilst being treated / tested and given a drip - the next day I was almost back to full health. To be honest it wasn’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination so make sure you have travel insurance in place.

First some food poisoning then suspected Covid. At 7.30 am I had reached desperation point . Within 2 hours I had a PCR test ( and negative result) an expat , blood test and intravenous antibiotics. All fixed and back on the road . If you want focused treatment and sterile clinics with caring medical attention…this is the place to come .

donot go there! You will be charged all the money and get no help. My son still sooooo sick after we paid thb 18000!!! And today we go to the PanDong Hospital, just one night, he stop vomiting. So please! Donot trust the point of Review! Go to the PUBLIC HOSPITAL!!!!

Very good hospital. I came to the hospital and I had a rash. a very nice girl at the reception quickly filled out the documents and took me to the doctor. the doctor examined me and ordered a blood test and a test for dengue fever. the test was positive, the disease has already disappeared. the doctor and medical staff were properly trained and immediately understood what had happened to me. I highly recommend this hospital. the room was clean. I liked it very much.

They don't accept baby's. My 4 month old daughter needed to see a doctor but they sent us to the hospital. It was just a rash

I had my RTPCR test done at this clinic Bodrum. All the staff are warm and friendly, my results were given on time . I had no trouble in finding this place, as this place is located near patong beach road . Well maintained and speedy service. I would recommend all my friends travelling to Thailand to have their tests / any medical aid to visit this clinic .

When I called and asked what price so they charge for simple ear cleaning they provided misleading information. I was told that the price will be from 1500 to 2000 baht. When I arrived they started to check my pulse, throat - even though i said that it is not needed in my case. I end up paying 4600 because because they had many aditional fees like registration fee(?), nurse fee, etc, etc.. which they didnt inform in advance. As for the doctor it was only general practice doctor. He even told that to take antibiotics every month is ok - hearing that I kind of laughed and denied the offer. The cleaning was well done - as the procedure is not difficult Overall - overpriced. They overcharge clients because they know that there are not many clinics available, also they expect that insurance will cover the cost so why not to charge tripple the price. I think in most of Europe countries the procedure is 30% cheaper on average with otorhinolaryngologist providing the service. Here you pay more when general practice doctor is dealing with your ear when he would only be able to send you to otorhinolaryngologist in Europe, which is funny - worse service higher price.

My daughter went there twice for her sickness. Because the first visit didn't help. The treatment was average.They refused to give more than one copy reports for insurance purpose due to their ONE COPY POLICY!!! The male nurse there said it's client problem not able to claim insurance with photocopy report. Then you can let me know earlier so I can go somewhere else.

Amazed by great reviews before me, not one to usually complain but it's unbelievable how useless the staff were here. No customers when we walked in, everything takes slower than watching paint dry. Asked them to email me the scans of the printed documents, refused to do it straight away, left the clinic and receive an email 2 hours later with someone else's paperwork, instantly responded to ask for correct paperwork. Guess what? Never responded, had to leave hotel early morning if I lost or damaged the printed paper i would be royally screwed.

I cannot recommend this clinic. They want only your money and dont clarify clearly about the prices. You have to pay a fee for the Doctor About 700 baht.( thats okay) my girlfriend had to much ear wax in her ear, so it was blocked.. and to clean One ear, you have to pay 1000 baht. It was so simple and a nurse did it, but Not very well. So another nurse said, we have to pay 1700 baht. But nooooo, we get the recipe and Whats the Price? 2950 Baht… thank you for nothing!! At the recipe there Are non-sense bills, that we should pay. This clinic isnt professional, friendly and want your money for simple work. Please don‘t Go to this clinic and maybe the pharmacy can help you better!

Prices are for tourist. Be carefull when you confirming that you are aline with the price. Range of amout is unrealisic, they using range between two prices and at the end is always higer price to pay. Our bill was 500 euros(1 child had feaver). We paid 500 euros for 1 bottle of paracetamol and doctor conclusion that child had flue.

Mein Freund hatte eine starke Lebensmittelvergiftung und wurde hier mit offenen Armen aufgenommen und bestens medizinisch versorgt. Er musste über Nacht bleiben und wir bekamen ein privates Zimmer, in dem auch ein bequemes Sofa war, auf dem ich übernachten konnte. Die Ärzte sind alle paar Stunden gekommen, um zu überprüfen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das gesamte Team konnte gut Englisch sprechen und Kommunikation war gar kein Problem. Die Mitarbeiter hier sind unglaublich freundlich. Als wir ankamen war sehr viel los. Trotzdem war die Wartezeit völlig in Ordnung. Ich empfehle die Klinik auf jeden Fall.

Ich hatte eine sehr schwere Lebensmittel Vergiftung und bin in diese Klinik gegangen. Als ich ankam traf ich auf ein nettes Personal aber ich war schockiert wie teuer die Preise waren und wie schnell sie auch daher kamen und sagten, dass es eben so viel kostet. Der Arzt untersuchte mich und wollte mit ein 5 Stunden Paket für 35000 bat also etwa 780 Euro andrehen!! Bei all meinen Reisen habe ich noch nie so überteuerte Preise gesehen. Sie nahmen sogar eine gebühr auf, dass jemand zu dir ins Zimmer kommt und nach dir schaut. Das ist doch lächerlich! Ich habe auf Grund meiner anderen Lebensmittelvergiftung und anderen reisen noch nie so viel zahlen müssen. Also ich bezweifle, dass es in allen krankenhäusern so ist. Mir ging es danach besser aber dies Business dahinter ist frech

I was in the clinic 3 days ago with ear pain. Doctor checked me pretty fast. All staff is so kind and energy. They tried to make me laugh, joke and talk with me. After all treatment, they gave me all medications to home, so that I can continue my treatment at home. Thanks to all the staff 🙏

I had temperature and stomach ache, I came to clinic, they helped me a lot. I get good for 3 hours. Also doctor checked my stomach. She said that it might be appendicitis, the doctor recommended to go to the hospital if the pain gets worse tomorrow. unfortunately after checking at the hospital, she was right.
