Very sad unsanitary third world country hospital run by the government. One could die and they wouldn’t notice nor care. Dirty walls, black mold, cats and dogs, people laying on the floor… Very few people speak very little English… Hords of nurses and no one has a bright idea to wash the walls… Outdated equipment. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately, they bring foreigners here in an ambulance. They really shouldn’t. Transfer at the first opportunity or you could lose your life…

Unexpected good service and very helpful staff! Our problem with Covid certificate was solved by phone. Hospital staff even contacted the hotel to help us. We are really thankful to them!

If you value your health, don’t come here! I’ve been waiting for three hours with potential liver damage (a friend is a doctor) so I rushed here but because my swellings in my feet are more than 24 hours I have to wait for doctor which has been three hours now. I was the first to come and I’m now 10th in position to be seen. It’s dirty, it’s full of cats and dogs. No one knows the slightest bit of English so you have a consultation with google translate haha. I’ve done vital checks twice now and they don’t want to acknowledge the severe drop in my diastolic blood pressure. Clearly just a foreigner and they see cash. Horrible!

(Translated by Google) Is a district hospital that is a good level rather than before. After the construction of a new building, improving the service system is faster But some people lack confidence in the treatment process in the past But now I see that there have been many improvements (Original)

Long lines for second PCR test. Beware that testing doesn’t start until 11am. Note it doesn’t help to show up early. You are pre-assigned numbers which will be the order you will get tested in.

I have been here 3 times. 1st time I had a quite a big deep wound and the cleaning did not go serile, as the nurse touched things with the gloved hands and than grabbed without washing the the cottons to clean the wound with, and than they started scrubbing on the very painful wound. It was too much. Never experienced such a bad and unhandy treatment for a wound. 2nd time my partner became all red over his body and sweating it seemed stress related but wanted to check it out in the nearest hospital, than after I registered him, he was talking all weird and extremely tired. It took me one hour to find a doctor who could speak to me and only than she told me they had given him (heavy)allergy medicine shot because the doctor said he had an allergy for almond. He had not eaten almond and eats that always without any problems. 100% no allergy for that. But she had understood that he had eaten almond for breakfast. Even when I explained that he did not had eaten it, she still insisted that that is what he had. ..,That they gave this medicine with needle shot without informing the patient what was in that shot and/ or informing me, his partner, is really really insane. 3rd time I had a lot of eyepain for 2 days but in the middle of the night it became so painful that I could not sleep so I went to look for a pharmacy for antibiotic eyedrops but all pharmacies in Phuket were closed. so I went all the way to this hospital because it said it is ‘open’ on google maps. Than I arrived had to take time to register etc than the emergency nurse told me from the window that the hospital does not have any medicines, telling me I have to come in the morning to see a doctor…why say it is open. There was no one else in the whole hospital. It is so sad that this is is the only terrible 3rd world country hospital in the neighborhood when live in Surin, Bangto, Laguna, Layan, Naiyang, Cherng Thalay Only can go to Bangkok hospital in the night which is a long drive and can not rely on that if there would be an emergency. Also because all the hospitals can not send an ambulance in the night…I experienced that before already as well. Ended up calling a taxi in energency situation, it was a horrible experience. So to only have this hospital in the neighborhood is quite disasterous

Normal hospital, but you need to bring a translator with you and in case of hurry, be patient and come in advance - there might be a lunch break.. would recommend to come only on occasion of an emergency

(Translated by Google) A real shame! A disaster ! We arrived at 8:00 am as I was COVID positive. I had to have a chest x-ray, which is useless because I was vaccinated and asymptomatic. Certainly to line the pockets of the hospital. At 5:00 p.m. we are still waiting for someone to drop us off at a hospital. Every hour I ask and they tell me "he's on his way". Now there is no one left, we are the last and we are still waiting. I have never seen this !! (Original) Une vraie honte !

It's a small but good local Hospital, it's new build 2017, but it's not cheap now for a Thai local Hospital

(Translated by Google) Never used to service at the hospital But call to inquire about the COVID vaccine The staff speaks very well. Even though we asked, fussy, cute, impressed (Original)

A very corrupt government hospital using Pfizer vaccines donated by America and given to government officials, police and health care workers who have already been vaccinated twice even when citizens and foreigners with serious underlying health conditions haven't even been vaccinated once.

The staff at the front desk had zero patience to listen to my medical concerns. Instead I was swept over to a bed for really unecissary testing. When I spoke with the doctor she was friendly and understood me for the most part, but ended up prescribing me 3 different pain killers when I didn't need any... when I got to the cashier for the medication I asked if I could clarify something about the medicine with the doctor. She cancelled my prescriptions without consent, and then told me I would have to repay the doctors fee in order to ask a few questions about the prescribed medication. Overall an extremely disappointing visit.

This is without a doubt the worst hospital i have ever experienced. Our toddler had a seizure and high fever. The nurses and doctors refused to give paracetamol and their method of measuring our child's temperature was putting their palm on his forehead. There are cockroaches and spider webs, dirty bed sheets, mould growing on the walls. The doctors and hospital staff were extremely rude to my wife and myself when asking simple questions about our child's health. If we could give this hospital a rating of -5/5 we would. 1/5 stars is exceedingly generous. Avoid this pathetic excuse for a hospital if you can.

I am very impressed with this hospital, yes there is no luxury white marble but fantastic professional staff and service! We called an ambulance as we thought my husband is having a heart attack, they arrived in no time and took us to Thalang hospital .. yes it is a basic hospital but all the staff from reception to the nurses and the doctor were fantastic! Professional, well trained and just fab … husband’s heart was all ok it was a hefty vertigo attack .. the young doctor explained it all and injected him with a miracle medication and after 30 minutes observation and prescribed medication we were on our way home .. Thank you to all of you at Thalang Hospital we are forever grateful Kop khun Ka ❤️
