Absolutely beautiful beach. I walked from Patton beach all the way to Kalim beach which is only about a 15 to 20 minute walk then found a 7-Eleven bought a beer and sat by the rocks and watched the ocean and the boats the parasailers, and the people swimming it was a beautiful day fantastic weather would recommend 10 out of 10 perfect day, amazing view, and a beautiful sea breeze

Small beach between Patong beach and Kamala beach. Around 10 min walking to Patong beach. Small area to approach the sea. many hotels on the hillside. If u enjoy the quite places , many hotels to be chosen here.

Beautiful beach with clean water. The best part is there are so many street food bike stalls where you can try delicious food. So many things to eat. You can just sit there and enjoy the food. For vegitarian ppl please make sure you ask whats there in it while ordering it.. as mostly apart from fruits everything is going to have egg shrimp or meat in it. So just be perticular about what you order.. beach is nice. There is also a classic restaurant named su-su there.. try thier food once its beach touching restaurant and food is just amazing.

Nice and small beach but full of food carts made by Muslim vendors at cheap prices, nice view to spend some time and watch the sea and waves. It's also a nice place to watch the sunset.

There's a little local food market in front of Kalim beach๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป Good vibe with beautiful beach You can enjoy the food there, some of the little restaurant even provide chairs for you! It's way better than Patong beach, less tourist and more peace right here๐Ÿ•ถ๏ธ

Local beach that is very quiet during the day and starts to liven up at around sunset. Great spot to spend some time with a book and some snacks. Family friendly and fairly private

Kalim Beach is known for its reef break, which can be great for surfing. However, it is important to note that the beach has a lot of rocks and limited coral, which can make it potentially dangerous for inexperienced surfers. It is recommended that you surf during high tide when the waves are more manageable and avoid surfing during low tide when the reef and rocks are more exposed. Additionally, it's always a good idea to check the local weather and surf conditions before hitting the waves to ensure your safety.

Really gorgeous, peaceful small section of beach in the Kalim Beach area. Away from all the buzz and busy beach of Patong. Roadside cafes serving traditional food

There is only a small sand beach. Kalim Beach is mainly a road along the sea with some rocks. There are better beaches in Phuket.

Quite beach, way less crowded that Patong. Nice to come to chill. There are plenty of vendors of street food nearby. Nice to come for a picnic... Just pick up your rubbish. That unfortunately is always an issue.

Nice beach, although Patong is better if you intend to swim. Came here for the small night food market they have on every night. Very cheap street food that is very delicious and you can also sit very close to the beach. Very enjoyable night for dinner. Would highly recommend

This is a quiet locals beach just North of patong. No tourists around and a lot less English being spoken. The food carts seem to be for the locals to eat dinner and there are different style of skewers on the BBQs with much lower prices than the main Patong beach walk. Looks like the Tsunami did some damage some time ago.

Very good place to chill out in the evening without wetting your feet. Road side makeshift stalls offer affordable food, cross the road and you have 7/11 to get anything.

Muslim vendors set up street carts in the evening after 5pm on the street along Kalim beach. There are about 20 of them - selling everything from mango sticky rice to pad thai. The food is fantastic - especially the beef noodles being sold halfway down the stretch from a noodle soup specialty cart... U can get easily HALAL food here. 200-300m from the night market, there are 2 HALAL restaurant. Kalim Rim Lay n Pantai Seafood. Recommended !!!

It is the most fantastic place I could choose to stay. The evening is filled with people, hundreds of motorcycles and cars to buy from these stalls where everyone cooks and prepares some of their specialties. So all you have to do is choose what we think we like it. And the people here are all so nice and willing to help you. And the price: nothing exceeds the price of about 80B = 2E. Behind the stalls, narrow food, there is a space where you can eat or sit on tables for children, or whole families and many young and very young people sit in groups on a carpet eating their chosen food, and enjoying the view and the sea breeze in the evening with fantastic play of light in the distance, in their innocence and simplicity, I see them all so happy.

Small bay; not full of people. It was close to our hotel and we spent most of the time here. Itโ€™s good to relax and switch off :)

Secluded rocky patch that helps keep the water calm.. Great place to play with kids .. but no swimming permitted.. and the lifeguard coming by every so often to check up on the area...
