Organising a bucks day in Thailand all the way from Australia was a breeze with Easy Day Thailand. Communication was fast, everything went to plan and we got the best deals out there for our shooting and ailing adventure. Next time I want to organise a day out in Thailand, I will definitely be contacting Easy Day Thailand.

Had such an incredible experience visiting Phi Phi Islands, thanks to Easy Day tours. The driver (whose name I didn't get) was a little late to pick us up, but our tour guide Chris made up for that. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, funny and took some amazing photos of us that we will treasure forever. The lunch that was provided was super yummy also! Fantastic experience, highly recommend :-)

We had the most wonderful day doing the private day tour to Khao Sok Lake. We were picked up early from our hotel in Phuket and drove a few hours north. We took a long tail boat through the lake and the views were amazing. We got out of the boat and hiked to cave. The hike was beautiful with monkeys! The cave was cool and creepy! After the cave we had lunch at the floating restaurant. Then we took the boat to see more sights. We felt like we were the only ones on the lake. It was an incredible day!

Very good tour company, something different from the majority in Phuket. Not the cheapest prices but top quality experiences so the costs reflect the service standards. People get what they pay for!!!

I could not have wished for a better day at Phang Nga Bay nor been better looked after by guide Khun T and driver Khun Coffee (yes, T & Coffee - the Thais love their nicknames!). Company owner Ingo was responsive by email and so easy to deal with. I told Ingo the elements of the tour I did and did not want and he accommodated all, even allowing a stop for shopping on the way back to Phuket. Khun T speaks 4 languages and was very easy and interesting to talk to. Both he and Khun Coffee were such nice people and it’s so sad that they have done it extremely tough during COVID. They were just so happy to be working. The mini van was in great condition and very comfortable. Cold drinks were provided. Phang Nga Bay is so beautiful, a real gem, and a private bespoke tour is the only way to go as well as being excellent value for money. We will be returning to Thailand with friends in 2023. Not only will I be engaging Easy Day Thailand to take us back to Phang Nga Bay, I will be talking to Ingo about putting together other bespoke tours in and around Phuket. I give the company 10/10 and highly recommend them to others. And if you’re wondering whether you should go to Thailand with the administrative burden of PCR tests and Thailand Pass, just go; tick all the boxes and you’ll find it’s not that hard. I can’t say enough good things about “Easy Day Thailand” Fhon was the person helping me book all my tour via email and she was so GREAT and informative. She would respond to my email almost immediately and I love how easy it was to pay for all my tours before I got there so I wouldn’t worry about using my card all the time. We could not recommend Easy Day Thailand enough to anyone looking to book a private tour around Phuket. Ingo was super flexible and came out to see us and discuss our options when weather put a dampener on our scheduled plans. We ended up changing to a day trip to Phang Nga Bay (James Bond Island), and the service was 5 star the whole time. Mr T, Coffee and Sugar were fantastic hosts for the day. T’s local knowledge of the area was fantastic, and he has the best sense of humour (well suited to our Aussie humour), which made for a fun day. We would not hesitate in using Easy Day Thailand again for any future adventures. Highly recommended.

Phenomenal private tour of Phang Nga Bay with just my wife! The views were stunning. Our local guide Chai was a handful of knowledge and extremely great to spend the day with. He made the tour 5 stars with how much he taught us about local Thai culture as well as the sights we were seeing! I couldn’t recommend more spending the extra couple of Baht and doing it privately!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! They took our money from us still in Australia, and when we arrived at the Phuket airport after being told to go to gate 5 - no one was there waiting for us. We had a tired and unhappy baby, all our luggage and no way to contact the company. We decided to use one of our phones to pay for roaming and contact the company via whatsapp, to which they told us to go to a different exit (gate 2) - which again, no one was waiting, the company kept seeing our messages, and replying with generic statements that were incorrect.
