Hi to everyone who reads reviews! I would like to share my impressions about this place. My husband and I went to this place for two days.We paid 990 baht per person for one hour. There were 5 people on one track including us, it's not so much, but in an hour you don't have enough time to ride normally. We came for the third time in the evening and there were already 8 people on the track, although initially we were told that the maximum could be 6. We approached the manager to say that 8 people should not be, to which we were told that the maximum could be 16. Me and my husband never heard the number 16. We bought tickets 3 times and we heard about 6 people every time,not 16. Even the instructor told us that there could be a maximum of 6 people. Apparently, when the influx of people went, they changed the rules. We asked for a refund, because 8 people on the track for only 1 hour, you won’t even have time to stand on the board 3 times. The manager threatened us that if we take the money now, we will be blacklisted and we will not be able to ride anymore. Of course, after such a disrespectful attitude towards customers, we don’t want to come anymore. We do not recommend this place, the managers are rude!

My daughter loves coming to Phuket just to come to Surf Day to spend an hour or 5. The staff are kind and professional. Her skills are improving after every visit.

My son was there twice by now and we still plan to have more surf sessions. While watching the session you can have various drinks. The workers are overall very friendly and the instructors are very helpful

Edit: Well maybe you should check your staff then because that’s exactly what we were told. Also thanks for the confirmation about how rude the staff is here :) Booked a lane the night before for 4 people where we were told the price was 990 baht per LANE. If you read the pricelist it’s listed nowhere that this is per person. I double checked & asked and it was confirmed that it’s 990 per lane. We get there the next morning and got told it’s 990 per PERSON. Ridiculous price for Thailand. Also rude staff here. Stay away from this place.

Self sabotaging manager (a fat thai man), being rude and asking people to leave if they don’t order immidietly. They could instead be nice with their empty restaurant and maybe business would be better

The administrators said that there were no more than SIX people on one track, but there were 8 people each. When we asked the administrator who names Koke why they allowed more people, my wife and I were told that we were warned (we were not warned). This was the third time we came to surf and the previous 2 classes went great. We asked for a refund, as we took a ride this time only once in 30 minutes of class, to which the administrator said that he would return the money to us and add us to the blacklist. I think this is blackmail and absolutely not adequate! As a result, the administrator did so, returned the money and added it to the blacklist…

I had the best time here! Location is great, and the guys at the wave are extremely helpful and kind, always giving you tips and helping you! Thank you!

Netty. Was. Here. And if your lucky at the right time you will be able to watch some pretty talented surfers take on the wave rider. Pretty fit to watch. Food is fair too.

Really nice and supporting stuff, really fun to play and not too difficult. After one time you can surf the wave already. Came here and directly got a discount coupon and it got 100฿ cheaper every ride. See you next year!

Great place for food and surfing

One of the best things to do when in Patong! The instructor is very patient and provides useful tips how to surf longer than 5s. Highly recommend! Well worth the price.

Looking Forward to when you guys and gals re-open on 01-07-2021 as organized for the Phuket Sandbox 2021. I will be there everyday for a surf.

Everything was good, but if you will go to play, there is one lady she is black her name is “MORY” she get angry and you will not feel comfortable with her. All the stuff was good. My recommendation don’t let “MORY” teach you.

I've come here every time I'm in Phuket. Staff are nice, food and drinks are good. Prices for the wave rider are good, but if you become a member they are insanely cheap. The wave rider do make allot of noise though, so if you are looking for the support silent harmonic experience this might not be for you. Otherwise I really recommend this place.

Another awesome night at the Surfhouse in Patong. These guys are amazing at making people feel welcome from beginning to end. Great food and cocktails served by super friendly staff. Great for private surfing sessions for large groups. Thank you SH.
