He was friendly and helpful, but when I asked for changed the pick up location in the next day, he’s attidute suddenly changed. even if I don’t understand Thai language, but it just sounds like he’s complained of in front of me, I’ll never book from this shop ever again

Super reliable tour operator. Andrew answers all your questions and arranges everything for you. Booked the Phi Phi Island tour, the booking was made very quickly and conveniently. The pick up was by very comfortable Mini-Van and right on time, other pick ups where in the same street so we were on the way to the boat in no time! When arriving the crew was super welcoming / we had breakfast / instructions. After that we boarded the boat, the crew on the boat was just amazing. They made the day unforgettable. The food during the lunch was also nice and enough for everyone. The boat was also superb!! very fast and nice. Would recommend to everyone!! Special Thanks to Andrew and the Phuket Travel Shop! I came to Phuket with no plan - Andrew repeatedly helped me book tours , cars etc at the last minute as well as offering good advice. Took the tour to phi phi island , maya beach so beautiful!

Andrew is a good person. We booked Phi phi boat tour. Everything was good during the booking but when we arrived at the location of the boat, everything started slipping away. There wasn’t enough place to accommodate folks on the boat and we had to compromise on space. The tour itself was very commercial, crunched on time and we didn’t enough time and space to explore places that we liked. Everything felt rushed in - nothing to blame the shop for this but realised this is the nature of all boat tours going to phi phi. We had certain expectations but they got shattered. Recommendations- If you like peaceful and comfort while doing this - emphasise on getting the right boat tour OR go to phi phi on a ferry and then take the long tail boat to explore at your will. 3200 baht for the tour felt a little too much for the experience we got on the boat

The best tourist guide in Phuket in my opinion. The managing director Mr. Andrew Hogg is very knowledgeable and helpful towards the tourists. He planned our whole Phi Phi Island trip which turns out to be the best!!

If I could give this company more than 5* I would! Andrew was so patient and amazing with my 1000+ questions. We booked the phi phi island tour and was truly the most amazing day. The taxi pick up and drop off was so smooth and the tour itself was a once in a lifetime! If you do the Phi Phi island pay extra at Pi Leh Lagoon for the long boat as it’s the best way to get the true experience (300 baht extra pp) However the main reason I would urge anyone to book with them is for their honesty! We unfortunately left my boyfriend’s expensive shoes in the taxi on the way back. I messaged Andrew on the off chance they would be there. I got a phone call 7am the next morning saying the driver had found them and would drop them off at the hotel (we have now received them). Please use and support this fabulous company ❤️🇹🇭

I would rate it witg 0 but is not possible, so i give it 1. The guy running the shop will sell you what you wanna hear a d oncw the trip time comes is something completely different. Absolutely misleading.

Booked phi phi tour and half day city tour via Phuket Travel Shop. Initially was hesitant to book online as didnot know the company but saw the Google reviews and went along with it . Would highly recommend Andrew .he was helpful and both the tours arranged through him went smoothly and our family enjoyed a lot .
