On the 8th of June 2021, I had stayed at Avista Grande Karon Phuket, and I absolutely loved it. The hotel is well-designed and comfortable, with plenty of greenery and a large pool. Our accommodation was a Deluxe Pool Access room, which was clean, spacious, and had a sea view. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the bathtub was huge. the hotel provided a range of breakfast options despite the fact that we were the only guests, the management and all of the employees were extremely nice and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and intend to return to the hotel in the future.

Absolutely one of the most memorable stays we have had. We spent 10 nights at the Avista Grande Karon as part of the sandbox program and was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable service provided by the team. All the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and never said no to any of our requests. Many many thanks to Kier, Raju, Khun Apple, Khun Aon, Khun Annie, Yogi, Vansh and many more for making our stay so welcome. We were welcomed with big smiles every day and really felt like home despite these tumultuous times. Aside from the incredible service, the hotel was also very clean, beds were comfortable, and the food and beverage excellent. We cannot be happier with our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Thank you all.

Ended up staying here a month and a half with my wife and two friends. The service is just amazing. Staff always super kind and helpful in any situation. The price value was the best we could find in this tier of resorts around Phuket during the sandbox times. Pool is great, breakfast buffet had many options, they also offer a pretty nice massage session. Bed in the room is huge with high quality pillows and mattress. Amazing bathtub, fast WiFi... What else do you need? The restaurant is quite pricey if there aren't any deals so we didn't eat there that often but when we did it was always carefully prepared and very tasty. Also the beach is nearby and offers mind blowing sunsets. We visited many beaches around Phuket but Karon beach actually ranks in the top. Super calm and peaceful, nice sand and again... Those sunsets... All in all Avista Grande was a choice we won't regret and can recommend it to anyone who is looking for a stylish resort with stellar staff service.

Great new hotel, lovely pool area with amazing Happy Hour offers in the afternoon and a solid breakfast buffet. But what’s made it so special for us is the crew: It was so much fun with the staff members and they always made sure that we are well served! We had a Mountain View room and enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere looking at the banana fields. It’s a short 5 min walk to the beach, but overall Karon is a very quiet area with not much going on in the evening, be aware of that! We also had a nice exchange with the new manager Massimo and felt like he has lots of ideas to provide an even better experience for the guests. We would recommend to make more use of the rooftop terrace as it’s not well advertised yet. Would 100% recommend to stay there again!!

This hotel is close to the beach. It is not too far from the airport and it is also accessible by public transportation. The staff were so friendly and helpful.I would also like to convey my special thanks to the manager raju for his good service from him we had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast service was very nice so Many variety in the Buffet and staff was very helpful Overall food was delicious and there are many restaurants nearby for a quick bite. I had a really good time even on my short stay. The hotel has a big pool, gym and spa which is great for relaxation after a long day in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel, I had a really good time even on my short stay.

I stayed on my special occasion with my partner and was so delighted and surprised with the arrangements done for me. Many thanks to Manager Vansh and his team for such a wonderful achievement. My partner was very happy. Room with Jacuzzi outside and the sea view was just breath taking. To special mention about the staff at restaurant were very quick and great breakfast experience. We dint got much time to enjoy at pool but definitely next time will do. Can recommend to all.

One of best hotels I’ve ever experienced. 5 stars quality, no doubt. The room was specious and very clean. The pool area (which include the wonderful sizzle restaurant) is beautiful, bar inside the pool with good drinks and happy hour between 15-17 PM. 24\7 fitness club (small one, but it’s good). Another great inside restaurant, and verity breakfast. But on top of all that - the SERVICE! Baggy was so great and helpful, always with a smile and desire to make you feel good, thank you! And I need to Mention also Kate from the lobby, also very kind and help us a lot. Great hotel!

Service doesn’t get better than this! I’m half way through an eight day stay and have been so impressed by the staff. They are friendly, efficient and ever-helpful. The facilities are also great including a fabulous restaurant, spa and pool facilities - including a swim up bar. Every meal has been a treat and the cocktails are superb. The spa is seriously the best spa experience I’ve had in years! Will definitely be back. The management should be congratulated on something this good existing just after coming out of covid. Beyond impressed!!!

Excellent property and brilliant Service Good spacious rooms and big pool and really liked the setting of dinner with feet in the water. The food has been very good and chef was willing to listen and customize the dishes to our taste. Strongly recommended for Both the Hardware and Software of the property. Mr Yogi general Manager was personally taking care of comforts of the guests!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The staff were so lovely, and hospitable. The room was very large and had a lovely bathtub and separate shower. The balcony had a great view on the garden side. The breakfast buffet was over the top amazing! So much variety, all fresh made in house. Many Asian and western options.

We had a great stay at Avista Grande. They were so kind to help us at every turn and when we unfortunately caught COVID and had to go into isolation, they went to great lengths and above any expectations to ensure we had a decent stay all things considered. Management (in particular a great thanks to Vansh) worked to ensure we could do our isolation at the hotel instead of the hospital. Staff was kind and attentive esp. during this period and took every measure to ensure our and others safety. Highly recommended

The hotel itself is very beautiful in design and its equipped with all what is needed. Great nice and clean room over looking to Sea, special thanks to Vansh for such a wonderful and decoration on our special occasion. Pool is very big we spent almost three to four hours everyday. My husband was very happy with Gym. There is library as well for quite time. Hotel is just opposite to beach around two to three minutes walk. Staff at the hotel was fantastic and always ready to assist. Recommend for all type of travelers.

Incredible hotel, I was very pleased overall. The restaurant was fantastic. It seemed everything on that menu was to die for. I know it's a bit sad to say but we ate here multiple times due to how consistently good it was and the reasonable price. We also got the breakfast buffet option which left us satisfied each day. It's also great how early it open. The rooms were also great, incredibly spacious and our private pool was awesome. I should actually note that all the pools seemed to be heated to a very comfortable temperature. We also had two pool rooms right next to each other which made it really convenient for us to get between rooms. The pool bar was also great, the service was very quick and I'd love to give a special shoutout to Eve the bartender for making our experience extra special. The entire resort itself looked spectacular. It really felt Grande as they say. The location did leave a bit to be desired, Karon Beach isn't all that impressive depending on where you're visiting from and it's pretty much the only attraction in walking range. Though, there were plenty of convenience stores nearby.

We had the most amazing 4 days here.....most friendly and helpful staff.....they even went out of their way to make us a special breakfast on request.... excellent variety of fresh juices at breakfast...totally loved it. They have a high tea room where U can spent a few hours chatting and enjoying a huge spread of treats...I totally loved their new restaurant concept called sizzled. It's a fountain and shallow pool area and the tables r set up in the water and we dined there with r feet dipped in the water, candle light...so romantic.... perfect for couples and even families....the food is excellent....the seafood and pizzas... amazing deals at all restaurants in the hotel. We are definitely going back again very soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday and stay with you.

Love the whirlpool room! Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of choices at breakfast. The pool bar makes very nice cocktails. Wish we had more time in the pool! Tried to book sizzle on water but it was raining unfortunately. Overall fantastic stay!

Beautiful location, reception was quite helpful and the entire place is well designed. The rooms are spacious and a few rooms have such an amazing view to the sea. You can get an amazing sunset view every evening. I enjoyed the options in the breakfast menu so much and the pool is right in the center of the hotel which evokes you to spend more and more time in it due to the humid weather of Thailand.

Stayed here with my family. It was an amazing trip. Enjoyed breakfast buffet, rooms were hygienic and well maintained. The view to the sea was breathtaking. I saw the most beautiful sunset of my life here. Front desk team was very helpful and goes out of their way to help you. The feature of hotel is their big size pool. I can spend my whole day near pool. This place is a must visit if you're looking for a memorable trip with your family.

We came first time to Phuket and heard a lot about this hotel. Upon arrival the experience was very good we were welcome to buy Mr. Vansh and we had a great chat and was such informative to plan our entire trip. We 1st booked for 3 nights later we ended up spending the entire week here. All because of the excellent customer service and great food. We also did some tours which we had amazing experience with. Definitely recommend this hotel for all kind of travelers they have a very good swimming pool spa gym and a wonderful restaurant. Rooms are nicely decorated and very clean. Easily the best hotel in the Kata-Karon area. Across from the beach, offering stunning views particularly the sunset! Steps to shopping, restaurants and the famous Thai massage salons. This hotel itself had some amazing food and entertainment, the staff are so friendly and efficient. We loved that it’s not an extremely large resort avoiding long walks for simple things. All their restaurants are great but our favourite was the rooftop restaurant and bar. It is the perfect place to spend a whole evening, with the best sunset views, delicious cocktails, international cuisine and fire shows for entertainment. We’d definitely stay there again!

The hotel was superb, the rooms were big, they were nice and clean, and the location was excellent. We stayed at the hotel for one week, the hotel was nice, it was close to the beach. The hotel has good facilities, a big swimming pool, a gym and a spa, as well as the breakfast area, which had a wide range of food options. The personnel of the hotel made our stay a memorable experience by helping us with small things that made our stay memorable. Especially Raju who always recommends us places to go and things to do, and he managed to organize Diwali night for us as well, that we all enjoyed very much. There is no doubt in my mind that we will return in this hotel next year as it gave us so many memories that we will cherish forever.Thank you very much for making our stay so memorable and making it so much fun. Visited the Avista Grande Phuket Karon MGallery with family for their Christmas special high tea and had a fabulous experience. The variety of the spread along with the attention to detail to meet the Christmas theme was definitely worth the visit. We had a wide variety of assorted Christmas theme mini desserts, sandwiches, dumpling, range of teas to choose from. The service and the ambience need a separate mention too. The staff were extremely courteous and provided prompt service throughout. This high tea is available throughout the year on request. Will definitely be visiting them again and I am already making plans to stay at the hotel and experience their hospitality.

I had stayed here for about a week during the Sandbox program and had a wonderful stay. Although Phuket was definitely quite empty and quiet during this time, Karon beach in particular, the hotel had some vacancies but that made it all the more enjoyable. The staff is EXCELLENT, their service is impeccable and they go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need during your stay. I would name them individually but would be afraid to leave some names out because each and every one of them was incredibly accommodating. The chefs in addition were also so helpful in preparing off the menu meals and making sure we enjoyed each dish that we had ordered. The breakfast was vast and had an array of offerings, no complaints here! Lunch/Dinner shared the same menu and quality of food was great. If you want something that is not on the menu the staff will happily make it for you. The hotel grounds are very appealing, the pool/gym/spa are all great amenities that we used and enjoyed. You can tell that there was a lot of thought put into the fusion design of the building which is aesthetically pleasing.

I had a wonderful experience at Avista Grand Hotel. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the sea and pool view was 10/10. And the staffs were amazing. We wanted to check out late and they easily agreed. The breakfast was tasty they had many different items for breakfast…also we had Indian breakfast one day all because of Chef Rajesh. He made us feel welcome and also made sure that we enjoy our breakfast thorougly. He was really sweet and friendly. This place is best…I highly recommend!!

Truly memorable stay at Avista Grande! Originally booked for 5 nights before a trip to Koh Phi Phi. Loved it so much we decided to book for the remainder of our holiday! We were upgraded to a sea view and had an amazing welcome when we returned. The room had the wow factor and we loved the pool, the breakfasts and the friendly staff - all perfect. Gorgeous hotel with top tier service. Staff is very friendly and the rooms are overall quite clean. We enjoyed our stay here. However, the food prices are quite high. If you have a meal at the restaurant or the bar, it could cost more than the amount you paid for the room.

We were having a very good time staying in Avista hotel. All hotel staffs were fantastic. We would like to give our big thank you for Kate from the reception for her warm welcoming check-in and for escorting us and chatting with us that made us feel like we are friend. And I would like to compliment all staffs in Avista, they are super friendly, sincerely and professional service. Absolutely come back and see you all soon.

beside the spa place nothing was as expected. this hotel is not well maintained. I booked the most luxury room they can offer( called executive room) and I was offer a room with a big dinning room and a bath tub in the middle of the bedroom: nothing to do with a jacuzzi. each morning I was waking up by the washing machines next door at 5h00 AM. Even the staff seems to knew that the offer was not up to expectations of this standard advertise. really a shame for the Accord brand name. We paid the extra for drinks by the pool side which was closed. as this service run only from 11h00 till 14h00. just a rip-off and complete disappointment

It was our wonderful holiday at Avista with impeccable services; the food at the restaurant, the view from our balcony and the facilities inside the hotel. All were perfect! My husband said this was the best holiday! Our sea view room was clean and comfortable. We do love the beautiful sunset from the room. Stunning! All staffs were super nice and friendly. The front desk staff was amazing with a very friendly service and excellent in English speaking who can understand us perfectly. Miss Kate made our stay such a delight with an exceptionally polite and an extremely helpful. Big thanks from us! Definitely we will be back

Firstly, the staff are absolutely amazing! Our fridge was broken in our room, went to reception to notify for someone to fix it, by the time we got back to our room, there was already someone waiting to install a new one. Food was amazing and I'm not a coffee drinker, but the group I was with are and said it was some of the best coffee they've had. Best location too. Right across from Karon beach and you can see the back of the Big Buddha's head on the mountain behind. Would 100% recommend staying there and I will be definitely be back there one day for another wonderful stay 🥰

We loved this hotel so much! Amazing place with the cheerful and very polite stuff. The breakfast is one of the best in Phuket, believe me, you'll be surprised! Very clean, quite, our little daughter enjoyed the pool and crawling everywhere, since the territory is clean as well. The restaurant called Portosino has different options, tasty but a bit pricey, I would say. SPA is good, I had a wonderful facial experience with Cartoon, she has put me asleep in 15 mins) Guys named Raju and Vansh solved all our problems and requests during our stay. Thanks a lot to all the hotel's crew!

Stayed here for 14 nights under the Phuket Sandbox program. Impressed with everything, from the attentive, friendly staff, room, facility, and the breakfast. The decor of the room is very chic and up to the standard of M Gallery hotel chain. The wifi was great. I worked from the hotel and had lots of video calls and had no problems with wifi. They also gave me free afternoon tea set served in my room. If you're going to stay at this hotel for the Sandbox, I recommend booking directly with the hotel so you'll get free pick-up and return to the airport, as well as free pick-up and return from the hotel to the covid test centre.
