We stayed for 9 nights. Staff were lovely, the hotel was clean, toiletries and hairdryer in the room. A small fridge and a safe was also in the room. I could also request a small stand to hang clothes that may have been wet. The view from our window was of the pool. However, we were on the 6th floor facing the beach and could see a marvelous sunset from our room and the paragliding. The entrance is very grand. There is ongoing building work, but it did not offend us. These things have to be done at some point. Having looked at older photos, Andaman Embrace hotel is definitely improving their hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It is close to anything you might need. We could also arrange excursions in the hotel with Jenny. She was so lovely and helpful.

Location of Hotel is very good. Also approachable to many tourist places. The biggest drawback is with shower. if you try to mix hot and cold water then few seconds very hot water will come and few seconds very cold will come. It will not mixed. I have never seen this before. Rest all is good. In breakfast they have vegetarian option and if someone has special request then staff tries to attend it. Overall a mixed experience. If you are travelling with kids then better to request extra bed if kids are above 10 years. Below 10 years can easily adjust with parents if one or two.

Friendly and kind staff, clear room with vintage decoration. Excellent pool area. The hotel had two swimming pools and bars that only one was open. We had a great moments in Andaman embrace, furthermore the had an excellent tourist instructor to organize our daily activities. Finally is only one negative. In my and my husband's opinion the breakfast needs improvement. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Rooms smell damp and match the facilities of a 3 star hotel. Reception staff charge 1000 thb to bring a guest to your room and tell subsequent guests that you are butterfly!! Tempted to sue the company for slanderous comments! The restaurant would not cater for a minor change to a set menu item (change a garden salad for another type of salad). So in reality, the swimming pool is the only good thing. Therefore, I recommend that you stay at a hotel with a swimming pool at half the price!

Beautiful facility in new addition. We had a pool suite room and it was very modern and nicely decorated. The staff was helpful and friendly and the service was top notch. We had ordered a Floating Breakfast and it was a lovely experience. We can heartily recommend the hotel. Sincerely, from room number 1414 (01.09.2022 to 15.09.2022)

We stayed in a swim-up pool room which was very nice with a modern feel and a good size. Liked the swim-up pool as it gave you some privacy, but you could join the main pool for a swim as well. A lot of the hotel was still closed so limited facilities were available. Staff were always very helpful and the tour office in the foyer was very good and sorted out some good prices for trips. Breakfast was OK but catered for eastern tastes, so limited choice. 2 minute walk to the beach, 10 to Bangla Road, and loads of food places near by. We were happy with our time at the hotel and would recommend 👍

By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life. A value for money hotel in Patong beach. The beach , shopping mall, Bangla street are within walking distance. There are a lot of good restaurants around this place. The room is quite spacious having all the amenities like an umbrella and a beach bag. Nice pool. Breakfast is out of the world. So many options in a breakfast you will ever see. Staff are really nice, welcoming and helpful. Shout-out to Mr., Wut (a really hard working person) and Ms., Ann who made my stay memorable. Taking a very good memories from this place that will last for a long time. A BIG BIG THUMPS UP to this hotel.

Hotel was great! We had the pool suite and loved swimming up to the pool bar for a few drinks. Chai at the pool bar was very accommodating and lovely! The room was new and clean and the room got serviced daily! The reception staff did speak English. I think the people that complain about it need to understand that they are in a foreign country where English is not their native language so that they speak it at all is good enogh for me. There were quite a lot of Indians while we stayed and they were very rude and disrespectful to the staff, the staff were still very nice to them. So those who complained about bad service should probably check their attitude first. They're there to accommodate you, and not to lick your feet! You're a guest not a king! Breakfast was good. It had many options but no bacon 🤣 Thank you to all the staff for looking after us! It's a great hotel and would definitely come back to it!

The Place Was Really Nice , the lobby was clean/quite and the staff were very nice always cooperative, and the pool outside was amazing , it was cozy and chill and my sister loved the kids playground. Location was perfect the busy street was right around the corner easy to get to and the beach was very close to get to. One bad thing was that the rooms were very old and doll , the walls painting was pealing off and the furniture was bad quality looked like from the 80s . The hotel also has a Gym which was really nice as i love to workout and the breakfast buffet was nice all kinds of food were there. Overall I recommend this hotel to people who really dont care about the hotel stay , just wants to sleep and go out and relax , but if you do care go to the Deluxe rooms which is new and well furnished and some is accessible to the pool.

Older hotel in Phuket. Building is huge and in 3 part. Swimming pool is also good. Building 1 need proper maintenance and care. People feel little hesitate and cheap in rooms. Cleaning is not proper and staff is also not helpful due to insufficient staff. Need more important in food quality also. Not suggesting

Two starts are only for the great Pool bar and the amazing room. Which is severely impacted by the basic understanding of the running a 5star hotel. I think hotel needs a lesson in hospitality, as to how a hotel claiming to be a 5 star should be & way ion which service is to be provided. Further, you seem to have taken cost cutting on a next level which makes the experience quite frustrating. Lastly, since you have international guest, it will be good if you have staff trained in basic English for communication .

Very good location, just 2 mins walking distance from the Patong beach. The breakfast buffet spread was really diverse and had a good selection of Indian dishes. Rooms were excellent and we'll maintained. Perfect choice for travellers who are looking for a peaceful stay at a luxurious hotel.

Dear Andaman Embrace Patong, 1. Even after writing you could not understand the problem. We did not want a free bed for the room. We wanted water wich is basic human courtesy. Which you did not provide. 2. Even after 20 to 30 Indians requesting you could not provide indian food. Nor a simple dish. 3. It is a request that your management stays Ina five star hotel chain to see whether they charge for misplacement of keys or not. I suggest please stay at your neighbour holiday Inn or stay across the road in Ramada deewana. I hope that you improve your standards of hospitality.

This is worst hotel. Please dont choose this hotel for staying. The room is really very disgusting, old broken furniture and cracked walls. The receptionist was very rude. Only 1 charing point in the room and that too far away from bed. The shower does not works properly. I feel very disgusted staying in this hotel and want my refund.

We stayed as couple in this hotel for 4nights. Firstly we arrived early in the morning at 8AM & the reception staff gave us early check-in free of any charge which was very nice. NOTE - They charge a security deposit of 3000 Baht or 100 dollars at the time of checkin but we got it refunded back at checkout without any hassle. Rooms were good and spacious with good washrooms. The best part of the hotel is its swimming pool with poolside bar serving food and alcohol. I must mention their poolside bar staff Mr.Chai he gave us wonderful service and made our stay amazing. The breakfast was also good and all the staff working in the hotel are very good. Do not hesitate to book this property if you're staying in phuket. Located very near to beach and other attractions like Bangla road makes it a great choice.

The pool is huge and beautiful. We stayed on the old side of the hotel so it room was kind of dated. The breakfast is ok. The hotel staff was not friendly and welcoming. I would only go back because of the pool and will request the room from the renovated side.

At 20 mts walk there's a beach, most happening night life places, pubs, street shops. Surrounded by hotels, good restaurants and massage parlours. My room was in the new building of the hotel, which is spacious & has a pool view. Some of the ground floor rooms balconies open or connected to swimming pool, which is very interesting. Didn't have food or any other service in the hotel.

Really nice hotel set in a good location, we loved our swim up pool room and cannot fault the staff especially Nen and Boy who were so helpful. Housekeeping were amazing too. (Only criticism would be) they need to place hand towels and have a water station in the gym) I did raise this & was told to get a towel from the pool!) your a 5 star hotel (all hotels with guns have towels available normally) also stop using small plastic bottles for shower gel and shampoo- not eco friendly- Breakfast was good but was a little hectic at times! apart from that excellent.

Nice rooms and good service. Property is a bit worn down and a lot of the shops and venues within the hotel are closed, but I think this is to be expected as life restarts again after covid. Bed is comfortable. Air-con is cold. Showers are hot. Drinks and menu food all OK, but breakfast was extremely limited and really poor quality. Save yourself the disappointment and go out for breakfast somewhere else.
