Very convenient location, 1 min walk to Patong Beach, foods, Massages, 7-11, pharmacy & etc. Staffs is friendly and very helpful, room is clean and quiet. If you after a place to rest and spend most of your time to explore around, highly recommended!

The hotel is made of Chinese Architectural design. The room was very nice and the room service actually made up for our messy stuff. Two bottles of Singha water were provided every day. Overall a very good Hotel in terms of position in this price point. We stayed at Silver Resortel for four nights. The hotel was recently renovated, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was very convenient - close to the beach, restaurants, and walking distance to bangla road. 500 baht deposit money was required, they have a lot of rules in the event anything in the room is damaged. Offers free umbrella and towels for beach. However, asked for money for extra pillow. Overall, it was a good stay.

Fantastic location. Close to the beach but far enough away from the crowds and noise. Cheap to moderate price. Clean with some large spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Great restaurant downstairs that have enough vegetarian and vegan options to keep you going a few days. You'll just need them to point them out.

The room was spacious and the balcony was nice too. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfy! Location was great as it was a little off the main strip so not noisy at all. The staff were all very friendly and the restaurant downstairs does very nice Indian food!

Absolutely loved our stay here, feels more like a hotel than a hostel. We stayed here as a family and it was very close to everything but we couldn't hear any noise at night. Hostel and rooms were very clean and the staff were always happy to help. Would definitely stay here again.

the receptionist here is rude. They never allow a visitor even for a 30 minute to visit a relative. 2 Of my cousin were asked to wait in the reception in her watch. The room was also not as shown in the photo

Yeah this is a good place to be. Quite near to patong and bangla road at the same time. We did not spend much time at the hotel to be honest, but the interaction with the staff was good and they were eager to help us in any way they can.

Very good Location, close to the beach and to small market. The hotel is for people who don't concentrate on facilities (there is no swiming pool and room are small) but all time are cleaned. We came to thai for visit a nature not for staing at hotel.

Room was really small compared to what it showed in website. Receptionist was not that friendly. Location was good so we decided to stay. They took the 500 baht as damage deposit in addition to room charge. They even checked the room thoroughly when we checked out. Quite rude. Asked for Immigration card to which is the weirdest thing ever that I have heard from any hotel passport and visa/immigration seal should be enough for any booking

Stayed in an economy room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing is, when we checked out of the hotel as usual they will check the rooms. A spoon is missing from the room and we had to pay 30 baht for it. One thing for sure we didn't steal the spoon. It was there on the first night, but after housekeeping the next day it was gone and we didn't bothered to inform the reception about it. During checkout according to their policy we had to pay... Anyway they apologized for the inconvenience. Other than that, this place is excellent for a budget hotel. Location is excellent, everything is just a walk away. Beaches, eateries, bangla road, tour agents, massage, souvenir shops, all in walking distance. Room condition is comfortable too. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Patong

I travelled there in June 2018 alone, and i really loved it. The location of the hotel is really nice, only 1 mins to the beach. The rooms are clean, and the staff (especially a mid age lady at the reception) is really nice. This person pays a lot of attention to your comfort, and make sure everything is fine. The only surprise i have is for the extra fee they charge if you need to check in earlier.

It is a really budget friendly and nice place with a good location. The rooms are clean and they have a locker. You get two bottles of water per day (double room), I find it also very practical. There are many restaurants and supermarkets not far away from the hotel. The neighbourhood is safe, the party district you can reach with 15-20 minutes of walking :)

Just spent 10 happy days at this little gem of a hotel. Would definitely stay here again. For the location and price its amazing value.
