The park has a single ride tower from which there are 7 slides. The staff and lifeguards were friendly and maintained safety standards without removing all fun from the experience. There are plenty of negatives with this park although we did enjoy our day there. There are no particularly unique rides but they were still fun and having one tower did make it a less tiring experience and reduced waiting time as you could pick the ride with the smallest queue. The park was relatively clean although it is definitely showing signs of age, many lockers were broken or damaged and the water wasn't the cleanest when it came to particulate matter though I am sure it was chemically treated and clean from a health point of view. The lockers cost 100thb which is reasonable and they were medium sized, as a big positive they provided luggage storage for our suitcases free of charge and they were left with a guard at the front entrance which we were impressed given the proximity to the airport this makes it a good thing to do if you have a late flight on your last day in Phuket. We bought our tickets on Klook we paid 1,200 baht per adult, the walk up price for entrance is 1,450 thb for foreign adults (12+), 700 baht for children (5-11), kids under 4 are free. You should also add 70 baht onto the price of each ticket as they do not allow you to bring your own towel and instead you must rent one! The park offers transfers from the popular areas of Phuket for 400thb/person if you are going to the park with more than one person we recommend booking a taxi. With Covid-19 looming at the time we had no issues with crowds or queues. However, it is a small park so it may feel a bit crowded and queues may get long in more normal circumstances. Unfortunately due to the price of the park, costing more than some of the largest and best waterparks in the world (Atlantis, Dubai; Siam Park, Tenerife; etc.) we cannot rate this park highly if the cost was halved and then it would rate much higher. Our rating overall is a 1.2 out of 10 globally as a waterparkl ALTHOUGH as it is the only waterpark in the area and you are probably on holiday then it may be worth it as it is a fun half-day out. FACTS + FIGURES TOP TIPS: There is a discount if staying at the Sands Resort hotel and get drinks at Happy Hour (11AM-12PM & 3PM-5PM). Payments In Park: Cashless removable (wristwatch style) wristband system, fully refundable at the end of the day with 500 thai baht minimum top up. Rides: 7 Adult Rides + Kids Area with 4 Slides. (Guest over 122cm are allowed on all rides. Max weight on some rides is 119kg. They weighed pairs going on some rides) None of the rides are extreme and all are good for kids. Pools: 1 Small Wave Pool, 1 Small "cool" Pool + 1 Pool bar area and a Lazy River the water was of average cleanliness. Flooring: The floor does get very hot best to take some thongs* (sandals, water shoes, etc.) shoe storage available in front of the ride tower. Shade and chairs: Some chairs (no charge), some shade, shaded "cool" pool is a nice idea. Cabanas: Available for 600thb and that included a locker rental when we were there. Changing Rooms: Separate Men's and Women's rooms but no cabins and not the best smelling. Lockers: One size for 100 baht. Key access with a basic lock. (L ugagge/suitcase storage is available for no extra charge!) Towels: Rental 70thb. You may not bring you own towels into the park making rental virtually compulsory as a positive the rental towels were large. Food: Average price (90-350thb) and ok quality. Selection of western food (Pizza, pasta, burgers, etc.) and local food. Service was fine. (No outside food or drink allowed) Drinks: Check for the happy hours at the pool bar when it is buy one get one free. Water: 50thb Soft Drinks: 80thb Beer: Local: 120-130 thb Imported: 150-190 thb Cocktails: 150-290 thb Smoothies, Juices and Hot drinks available as well: 90-120 thb Please LIKE this review if you found it helpful and check out our videos of the park on our YT channel - StrayasRides. *flip flops

We will never come here again, the waterpark kidding people. You are not allow to bring you own towels in, as well your own food OR water. And the best is, you have to pay for a towel. Seriously? I don’t get why they not charge it at the entrance, because a towel for me is absolutely necessary in a waterpark. So it is really kidding to rent it after the entrance and spoils the mood.

Great rides, park was quiet and pretty empty so no queues. Locker rental at 150baht per person, was compulsory. Can rent a private sala(cabana) for the day at 600 baht. Expect to pay 300 baht and up, for a pizza. Pricey for South Africans.

This place is very run down and appears in need of maintenance. We first visited this waterpark 4 years ago, and our entire family had so much fun, we stayed until closing, and wished we didn't have to leave. A few days before this visit, we visited the new Andamanda water park. Half of its rides were closed, which was disappointing, and this is the reason we decided to go back and visit Splash Jungle again. The place was almost empty...probably less than 100 people there. I felt really sorry for the staff who must have had cut back hours. I do commend the waterpark that they remained fully open, with all rides operating. It was like having a private water park all to ourselves. There were absolutely zero waiting times, and we could go on any ride as many times as we wanted without waiting. But the park is operating on a skeleton staff. Instead of 1 person operating 1 ride, one person was responsible for operating 2, sometimes 3 rides. This did sometimes mean that guests were not being guided as closely as they ordinarily would have been, though it didn't seem to matter. On the Lazy River, there are normally lifeguards all along the length of it, but there were none. There was no one ensuring people who couldn't swim put on life jackets before entering the water, but I guess self-regulation by guests works just as well as supervision, as we didn't see anyone get into trouble. Some rides were not functioning properly. My wife and children got stuck on the Super Bowl... there seems to be a problem with the water pressure. I also got stuck with my other child when going on it. We got stuck in the middle of the bowl and a staff member had to slide down the ride and help us get moving. We also got stuck at the start of the Boomerango ride, again because of a lack of water pressure. Getting stuck on these 2 rides was worrying. They are the scariest (so most fun) rides at the park, so the fact that they had operational problems was worrying. We did not ride on them again. There appears to be water leaking from the bottom of all of the rides, which left us wondering...is the lack of water pressure on the rides caused by all the water leaks? Is this the reason for the rides not working properly? Some water pipes have been repaired with black rubber sealant, but still leaking water. Some leaks are from large rubber seals that need replacing. Some parts have been leaking for so long, green plants are growing underneath the leaks!! In all places there are water leaks, and there is rust on the metal it is leaking on. All around the park, there is rusting metal. Some stair railings, for example, have completely rusted away. There will be a time soon when the park will need to be closed to replace all the large rubber seals and many rusted metal structures. The staff at the park were all friendly and very kind. The food we ate was of very good quality. If you want to go to a waterpark and have it all to yourself, this could be a good time to go.

It’s close to Airport and far from the city. Pretty small in terms of rides and options compared to usual water parks but it’s still was a fun place to be. Kids were enjoying and adults were able to sunbathe or just relax on their inclines chairs. Multiple pools including a hot pool. It was a day well spent. Don’t carry any food or your own water as they will check the bags and will ask to leave it before entering the park.

Well after reading the other reviews of it being a money pit, we went anyway. Yes, the reviews of it being run down are also correct, BUT.... As a lot of reviews say, there are ZERO queues to get to the rides themselves - maybe ten minutes max at the worst of what we got, but also waiting in the shade. Beware the ride where six of you sit in the tube. My wife had to grab a small kid mid-air as he was being launched from the ride, and then my daughter's grab handle ripped off due to us being thrown around, and she broke my wife's rib from the impact of her being thrown. Pity about that, as the rest of the day was awesome fun. Oh, and yes, it is EXPENSIVE once you're in, with all the reviews about bringing in nothing including towels then having to pay for it.

It was not very big. I found it cute and easy to enjoy. All the games here are not so frightening and coward like me can also enjoy everything here. The crowd was just fine not to many but not less.

Awesome place with plenty of rides good place to have fun with kids and family staff are helpful, on-site nurse provides excellent service, my kid got a bruise and she was attended very well. Pizzas are excellent but other foods are below average. Waiters often mix up with the orders. Plenty life guards are on the watch and pay due attention to all patrons.

FUN and SAFE waterpark. The water park has slides and pools suitable for different ages, with lifeguards ensuring everyone's safety. I recommend going here if you are in Phuket and have a few hours to spend. It is prohibited to bring your own food, but there are great western and local food options on the menu here.

The hotel was great. Food was not expensive, both hotel and Waterpark Room service and food at the swimming pool were a bit slow. (May be under staffs during pandemic?) Cocktail were cheap. Nice beach and a few minutes walk to see the plane landing. Defo will be back again

Avoid this place Very unsafe and in desperate need of upkeep. What water park doesn’t allow you to bring your own towel but then charges you for use of their towels on entry. No food or drinks allowed to be brought inside - basically looking to grab any money they can from you. The ground in water park had loose sharp stones which meant you would see people suddenly yelp as they step on a small sharp stone - kids especially! Most of the areas in the park were filthy and in need of repair - especially the pool area in the mountain area, blocks of cement were in the water from being broken off and just left, the area looked condemned rather than family safe.

Great place for families. Well maintained. Lots of fun and safe for children of all ages as well as their parents. Travel light: they won't let you take your towels, nor drinks/food. You'll have to rent / purchase those inside. Just come with spare clothes and your camera, and reserve 200 baths for a locker and a towel. Food is reasonably priced and nice for such kind of park. They also provide a wireless wrist-band wallet that you can charge to pay for food and drinks without carrying cash/change around. We had a good day and would come back.

The park is ok. We bought the tickets online, besides that we had to make the line of the people who are buying tickets there. It’s very difficult to wait in the line with a 4 year old with autism 😬, that is why we always buy tickets online. There is no information in the website for people with disabilities. You can not bring your own food, again if you have special circumstances that is not nice, my little one only drank Fanta. For the rest of us food was nice. Pizza it’s quite good and they have many choices of food. You can not pay with card, you need to bring cash and recharge a watch they give you in the entrance. That is annoying. You can not bring your own towels.

We visited today as a family of four, I'm not one to leave bad reviews but I feel there are a few points people need to know before their visit. Things to note - I should have listened to the review I read about feet, if you are not used to walking bare foot, the floor is excruciating and I'm not exaggerating. Today was 32 degree heat pure sunshine, the floor was very hot and the stones are rough, we were running to any pool to get off the floor. I went back to the locker and got my kids crocs and just carried them around with me. Advice - wear pool/water shoes. You can wear flop flops and leave them on bench/shoe areas at bottom of slide but you still have to walk around to get them but even if we knew that it would have helped more. A niggle of mine which was annoying as a family of 4 where the rest of the table was sitting down there was no menus on the tables only one at the front so had to keep going back and forward to relay to everyone what they had. Then when they all finally decided what they want it wasn't in stock. Things I have read on reviews that is true but didn't bother us. - You have to top up a bracelet that you wear around the park and tap for foods and drinks etc. I put 1000baht on the prices for everything is actually very reasonable. The whole time we were there we got 3 x drinks which were good size, 2 crepes, French fries the locker and the towels combo and got refunded 220 baht at the end. You can't take towels in - you have to pay to hire them. 70baht each or one towel and locker combo for 200baht we thought this was reasonable. They check your personal belongings before you go in. There's a sign on the front that says no food or drink to be taken in if you want to take your own in you have to pay 1000baht. My final thing that really ruined our experience - The rides were nice and quiet no queues and then TWO COACHES of school kids turned up on a school trip and the kids completely took over the whole park - they were adorable so friendly, cute, happy having the best time of their lives but I feel like we should have been told a school trip was happening as we went to this place based on the fact it is the smaller quieter park. Good points - Nice pools Good activities for kids Plenty of food and drink Good prices Lifeguards everywhere Lazy river was nice Entering the park was quick and easy So close to airport and you can watch flights taking off Good toilets showers and lockers Decent sunlounger areas Little gift shop with ice cream and little souvenirs in it. Sorry for the length of it! Apart from the money making of towels and own food the prices inside aren't a rip off like most places.

I was sooo excited to go to this Waterpark, the website was so attractive. We knew that it was expensive also the food is on the expensive side but we went anyways. If you go: •You CANT bring your own towel, they will check your bag before going in and take it away They'll cost 100 baht extra but if you take 3 of them you get the locker (150Baht) for free •No Food or snacks from outsinde allowed ecxept babybottles otherwise you have to pay 1000 baht •the hair dryer costs 10baht extra (there is only one in the woman wardrobe man dont have one) •The floor hurts as hell if you dont bring flipflops to walk in the park alsp it can get very hot! It was fun but I wouldnt go again... its to expensive... for what you pay

Absolutely love it! Great place for kids and families. Amazing bracelet system where you can put money on the nfc bracelet they gave you. There are many waterside and the wartime is maximum 2 minutes. No queues, delicious food and warm water everywhere! Lazy river is a great experience in here, since it's long, relaxing and it goes through a few caves. Very good! I'm definitely coming back here many times. Maybe I will post photos if I get some :)

I had lots of fun on the slides. The rides are not scaring at all. I would rather name them thrilling! + The food in the restaurant is good. It is descent for such place. No Thai food available — only western. The slides are thrilling! – Very inefficient and slow service at ticket desk. The life guards are very few. I have never seen so few people on the slides. Thanks to the guys who are working hard and still care for the security. The changing room and bathroom are quite old. I was charged 150 batt for locker. Why? It is a rule.

Stayed Dec.19-22-2023. Overall nice hotel. Staff is bit rude, could not give enough information. Water park is closed due to Covid cleanup on Tuesday and Wednesday which is entire stay of our time. Haven’t notified before booking. Very disappointing. Only reason booked the hotel was water park.

THB 1’500.- for me and my 8-year old daughter. Then they take away your towels and drinks that you have in your bag. At least they don’t confiscate it, but keep it for later. They want to make money on towel rent, drinks and food, I guess. Quite a few activities. Not many people on this overclouded day. The infrastructure is a bit old and looks less well taken care off. It would seem for the entry fee, they should do a better job. Good for a visit. I will not return.

Nice water park. A large swimming pool with water attractions. Restaurant provides Thai and western food with hotel price. To be noted. Towels have to be rented(you cannot use hotel tiwels). No food or drink can be brought in the park . The intrance fee is for one day .

Not good, unfriendly. It is not too expensive, but you feel like it is a scam. Have to pay to rent a towel ( illegal to bring your own towel ), not allowed to bring water inside, have to pay extra to use a locker. Even have to pay to use a tissue and soap in the shower. The park is quite old and rusty.

We had a great day here! The slides were fun and the kids are a was great. Nice options for food and drinks while you're there. We especially liked how it wasn't too busy, we basically walked right onto every slide all day long!

Really small, nothing to do honestly and price is same as Andamanda. More for kids than adults. 4 bigger slides (and lazy river), and rest is for kids. Only 20ish people on friday. Food court is in the middle and offer great choice of food with higher (but reasonable) prices. Food and drinks from outside are not allowed, towels are also NOT allowed from outside. Locker is 150, towel is 70bht. Park is open 10h-17h

Mid Nov. 2022, I had read online about a senior discount. I hadn't paid much attention to it. When I got to the park, she told me I think 800 baht. I asked about a senior discount, and she asked for my passport. The discount actually let's you in free over age 60. I was like...wow, ok. 800 baht wasn't asking a lot but I will take free any day. The park was nearly empty on this Monday at noon, and I fricken had a blast. They have lots of great food choices right at the center of it all. The signage after you pay and walk in is terrible. So, here is what you do... pay, get a wrist band and put some cash on it to buy food and drinks. Then as you walk through, take a left just outside for changing rooms and lockers, showers, toilets. Then come out and follow the painted trail through to the slides. Be sure to walk all around there during your visit to take advantage of the water massage on the far back area, and grab a recliner or two with the table as your own space to put your things. The employees are great there, happy and helpful. I decided to stay a few days, and then booked a room for two nights, only later found out the park is closed Tuesday and Wednesdays 😜😡

Bring your own food or towels are not allowed. You are force to rent towel for 70 thb, if you want rest on chairs you have to pay. If you are in bigger group you have to buy few lockers coz they are seperately. Andamanda Waterpark much better to visit and they don't force you to rent their towels. i will never comeback here. Andamanda waterpark offers much more.

Nice water park in Phuket and good place for the kids and adults to enjoy, its suits the whole family and they have resturant that serve small variety of food in addition to mini mart, lockers and towels are at addition charge... I also staying in the hotel to make it easy to travel with kids... To be honest the hotels is big and transportation is a major issue specially if u travel with toddlers.. Just ensure u took all u need before u leave ur room/residence..

One of the worst and best experiences of my life. What made it so good was that it was a Beautiful area. Poorly run hotel. Most of the water park was rusty and run down. They went into our closet and took our umbrella leaving us in the hotel lobby waiting over 45 minutes for one. Families were walking around with multiple umbrellas. We had to ask a random person for their umbrella. I can only imagine how long we would have waited. They insisted I go back to my room (in the monsoon rain) to wait for the umbrella. I said no I will wait in the lobby. House keeping on more than one occasion took all our towels, face towels, and numerous stuff. Leaving us with absolutely nothing for the shower. We again waited over 40 minutes for them to bring us a towel. They didn’t even replace the face towels or floor mat. Our key to our room, on more than one occasion flunked out, locking us out of our room. So we either had to walk 20+ minutes back to the lobby or wait over 45-60 minutes for a shuttle that doesn’t take you directly where you want to go. You go in circles and circles before making it to the destination you called to go too. When taking the shuttle to and from places inside the resort be warned they won’t stop just for you. I went from the hotel lobby. We stopped at 6 different buildings (I was going to the restaurant) for them to turn around (less than a block from the restaurant) and go back to the lobby, to yet again stop at a bunch of buildings to only circle back around to the lobby. I wasted 40+ minutes. This hotel is a money grab. You can not bring your own towel to the splash park pool, you have to buy one there. Our AC did not work in the unit and they refused to help us. They said that it worked. The left one room with 0 supplies. No utensils or cups or anything and we booked a double room. The inconsistently of this hotel is a drag. Spend your money else where. The one bar tender was lovely. Seriously one of the most expensive places I’ve been in Thailand. Do not come here. Find a different hotel where you won’t be constantly let down.
