A newer wing of the established Central Festival retail development, this wing has some of the most high end brands as well as some great homegrown Thai brands. Not as crowded as its older sister next door but as exciting and as fun too. The grocery and food court on the basement level are more robust and well curated and the department store is also well stocked.

The most fanciest shopping mall in Phuket. You can fine Gucci, LV, Versace, YSL, Hermes, Ferragamo and some other branded shops here.. generally quite on weekdays and weekends can get busy. Plenty of parking space and they don't charge you for parking. So a tip, if you come to Central Festival, just park here and walk. You can walk to Festival from 2nd floor and wise versa. Also got a great food court and very good grocer store at the basement. Overall 10/10 for this mall!

This is the one and only ultimate luxury shopping place in Phuket. Normally you wouldn't expect to find bug names such as Chanel, Hermès and Gucci, it's much less crowded to shop here right now with the low number of tourists. If you got the budget and find what you like, with the tax refund, there are some savings. Other than that, Floresta is spacious and has most of the nice things you want, a nice food hall and a huge supermarket, it's close to being in Siam paragon. On a very hot day or rainy day, look no further, it's a good place to hang out.

Such a modern shopping centre. It’s crazy that it’s build all around such poor looking area and once u walk inside u are in top world class building and set up. And massive also :) prettiest toilet I ever seen in shopping centre.

New and should be Phuket most luxurious shopping mall so far. They have all the branded goods including LV, hermes, and many more. Usually this mall is more to tourist. It is connected to another Central Mall through a bridge with more normal product, thus more local are there.

Awesome mall with huge shopping experience and also aquarium being the best attraction. Lots of parking and well maintained mall with almost all major brands present here for shopping experience.

A good mall to visit in Phuket. Doesn’t rival the crazy over-the-top malls in Bangkok, but definitely good for shopping and eating

Huge malls with 2 different buildings, one with all high end brands and the other with popular mass market brands. Extensive goods and F&B selections. Only issue is that the link way between the 2 malls is quite hot due to the hot weather season right now.

Very nice Mall. In America they're shutting the malls down because Amazon delivers here in Thailand Lazada delivers and they still have awesome colorful clean populated malls

Old building is...old but new part is very bright and festive looking. Very clean and spacious with lots of washrooms. Air conditioned but it’s not freezing cold inside, unlike some other shopping malls. We were on a weekday so there wasn’t too many people walking around. Also a lot of stores (mostly high end brands like Gucci) aren’t open yet but promise is to open them by March 2019. Shopping experience can’t be compared with European or Bangkok malls but it’s the best that Phuket can offer. Has most common brands for shoes and clothes, pharmacies and beauty stores. G level has giant food court and grocery store. Old building has more affordable produce prices but choice is better and more interesting in new building. Also lots of spots to buy souvenirs, local body care products, fruits and sweets.

Pretty big mall with dozens of branded retail stores. Has a bridge that connects to another mall as well. Will take quite awhile to explore, so be sure to set aside some time for this! Also, walking distance to Big C supermarket which is huge and have plenty of affordable groceries!

Nice mall, can spend a few hours and you get all you need , loved the ground floor shops like market style. There’s lots of weed infused products which you wont find everywhere else. Its connected to the old central mall, and we also went to the cinema which was nice and clean too.

This is a very nice mall with amazing places to eat. We looked around a bit at the shopping but was more interested in the food. The sushi was the best I’ve had. The market had everything we needed.

High-end 3-storey shopping mall in this building. Brands like Gucci, LV. Beautiful interior with high ceiling. Foot traffic is moderate, not bad at this hour (10.20am). There is a linked bridge to bring shoppers across to the other shopping mall with mid-range offerings.

Two wings, the newer looking one has the upscale brands (LV, Balenciaga, Gucci, etc). We were here for 5 hours and was able to find some of our favourite shops. Bring your passports as some of the shops will give you most of the VAT back. It's a good mall to visit and checkout.

It is a perfect place to enjoy half a day. You can also enjoy shopping and variety of foods at reasonable prices. If you are tired of shopping, you can also get a massage. Everyone mostly kind.

The mall has two areas. One is more upmarket while the other is more mass oriented. Both have ample parking and lots of food. Shopping choices are plentiful. Good place to unwind in the hot afternoon.

Mini floating market in the mall! The mall has all of the high-end brands. If you’re looking to shop it’s a great place to get clothes, souvenirs, dry foods, toys, local clothes, as well as international chains are here. The nice thing is it also has a lot of options for getting suitcases if you shop way too much. There’s also a place on the basement level where you can store your luggage while you’re shopping. There is an aquarium also at the same level as the luggage so it’s really nice to visit on a rainy day with kids as well.

Simple the best mall in Phuket. 2 big malls buildings connecting from one road to another road by pedestrian fridge and best was part is basement of mall which goes under the road also all the way. All high end brands like LV , Gucci along with other brands such as Zara, H&M etc all available. Very good restaurants also along with very good and modern SF cinema

Great & comfortable world class shopping centre in Phuket. 2 sections to be explored, new section that has a more spacious food court & restaurant section. The older section food court is more compact, but has more local food choices. You will need to buy the 2 separate food court cash card to order & pay for your well priced & delicious meal. Ensure you return cash card back to the cash card counter to get your cash back after you have enjoyed you meals. Those cash cards can be used at those food courts only.

We really enjoyed our visit in Central Phuket. Everything was really clean and the sellers were very helpful...Of course the prices of clothes and some meals are quite expensive for this country and even for the tourists.. However Phuket has another atmosphere....

If you are a shopping addict and crave high-end brands this is the place for you. It is absolutely huge and we didn't have enough time to explore the whole area - imagine the size of the terminals at Heathrow!! There is a very interesting food hall and even a zip wire jungle and cinema. The decor is stunning too. There was a Japanese expo when we were there which was just fascinating! You will need to take a taxi to get there, not forgetting access to loads of money as this place is a major consumer hub!

This is a high end mall with a lot of the designer name stores that you would find in modern city centres around the world. We were looking for Thai silk scarves and keepsakes - there’s a few expensive options in stores - but we found a kiosk setup on the top floor that had very affordable and a wide selection at more “souvenir” type prices.

Typical mall with mid to high end shops. Easy to find as its on the corner of two major roads. Covered paid parking available for both bikes and scooters. Came here to do Xmas shopping. The mall was tastefully decorated for the holidays.

Lucky 13 Sandwich is a must-visit-at-least-once eatery. Staff is quite attentive and service is likeable! Decor and ambience are very classy. They have a reduced menu nowadays but it still has very decent sandwiches, burgers, wraps and beverages including alcoholic drinks to offer. The falafel wrap and fries are perfect for those who eat only Halal food!!

It’s a nice Center with the typical problems big center’s have Worldwide Empty shops Tü fill up temporary. I think the concept of this Centers need a update to get more customers from web back to Shops.

There was lots of restaurants and shops in the mall. They got a aquarium and it is so expensive. They also got a market that sells food and drinks. The got options for eye test and get glasses within hours. One of the Japanese restaurants is nice. The mall is clean.

Nice food market next the to parking entrance at Central Phuket Floresta, perfect vibe for the 16 Feb, Public Holiday. Possibly to be continued over weekends going forward, so make sure to check the space. Great variety of different and interesting foods on offer.

Massive shopping centre with fantastic food and eating options. Allow 2-3 hours to browse and dine. Food hall on the ground floor with restaurants on the top level with the cinemas. Take the air bridge to cross over to the more upmarket outlets in the Florestta centre. Visit the lower ground floor for more fabulous food outlets.

This is a Shopping Mall with so many options for pretty much everything you can think of. I managed to get electronic accessories, baked goods, a hot meal and some groceries, including a great selection of fresh fruits.

Although Aston Martin touring cars aren't offered for sale anymore, the equal of any of the shopping centers in Bangkok. Better than any in San Diego or San Francisco. The food court has a variety of foods including Halal and even a KFC for anyone craving American fast food.

Fantastic shopping center - a variety of stores from very cheap to extremely expensive. Very well equipped food arcade. Plus opportunities for alternative activities - a beautiful aquarium with very rare and beautiful fish and other marine organisms. If it rains (which happens regularly on Phuket) - this is a fantastic place to keep every member of the family and travel companions happy.

Great place to eat can hav every thing you want except alcohol 2-5. That's ok after lunch dinner you can get very fresh vegetables, meats, all in a air conditioning building. Something for every one.

  • 4/5 Dennis G. 1 year ago on Google
There is a food court on both sides. The one in the designer labels building has a bit more variety. The "cheap" side has an electronics section of you need to get a phone or headphones. There's also a small components section within the electronics area. The in-store choice is limited, but I believe you can order parts through the guy that's working there. Cinema is on the 4th floor.
