A very popular supermarket in the area it has nearly everything you need from food to drinks from vegetable to bread from clothing to luggage, basically almost anything you can think of they probably have it. I didn't have much intention on buying anything so I end up buying a bunch of snacks

Big C is where it is at! It's got it all! A great place to shop overall I shopped in Big C when I was in Bangkok and it was just as good it was a little bigger in Bangkok but you know whatever a great place to shop what else can I say to get my 200 words here. Oh yeah I bought some there's a bakery right by the door where you come in and there's this bread they call it dinner rolls but it is in no sense a roll or any of the sort it's about the size of a small pizza but two or three inches thick and it's got a shiny glaze on it and I got to tell you man it's good enough to eat just by itself it only cost 50 and it was fantastic I mean it had some dried fruit in it and something sweet and sugary on the outside so you know it was good. Big C is the closest thing to Walmart IN Thailand.

Went here for snacks and packaged food items to bring home and it was worth the visit. Huge selectiom, lots of options and flavours.

Still this is my best shopping mall for almost all food, home appliances and electronics. Nice food court although it's not a big court. They will add a KFC branch which will be opening on 30th of September 2022.

Shopping center...if you looking for gift, groceries, and chocolate for family, friend, etc. So many choices for the flavour authentic of thailand like mango, durian, etc

Great Place to Shop with just 1 Stop 😜. This is the Biggest Outlet nearest to the Deep Sea Port we when by Cruise. Cost around 2000 Baht 2 ways fr the port . Will be Much Cheaper if hire by Bolt or Grab.

Wonderful place to have breakfast and hot & cold drinks. Lots of variety is available for shakes, coffee, fresh juice, detox and protein shakes. No compromise with the quantity and quality. Reasonable price for everything and only best products are been used. Best in hygiene and cleanliness. Very generous people who manages the shop and quality customers

Experienced terrible customer service strongly advise avoiding. While shopping for groceries with my girlfriend and visiting mother, a beer from a six pack box which had been in the fridge and wet broke at checkout. Despite the cashier seeing what happened and me explaining the situation, both Beast and Narn refused a refund and replacement, accusing me of damaging the beer.

One stop for all your essentials. The supermarket has great offers. There is a international selection for imported products. Three floors of shops, restaurants, clothing, electronics. One section is for mobile phones. We couldn’t find an item on one stall, so the owner found the right stall for us. Very kind. The Happy Corner Massage on the third floor is busy but excellent service and good prices.

Clean, big and well stocked. I managed to buy the items on my vacation shopping list ^,< the cashier was very helpful too.

Huge supermarket in Phuket, you can find everything you'd possibly need from food to an 85" TV. Prices are good and staff are friendly!

good size Big C with nice variety and fast food options. closes at 10pm whixh seems kinda early. taxi guy right outside door was nice, charges a bit much but i think its just cuz all of Phuket is overpriced. not too far from big Central Phuket Mall area

The fast way of shopping. The basement has electronic shops and Dtac phone company. Supermarket with nice pricing and basic food. Some import from Europe.

Not a bad one mall, but it is more for buying groceries and household items, not for outfit or snartphone shopping. Basement floor with snartphone accessories is just a market of Aliexpress things. Food court is not good. Prices in the grocery department are fair, alcohol costs cheaper than in the stores on the shore

I have been to several shopping malls within Phuket, to me Big C is one of the best ever malls I visited in or outside Thailand. The mall is well organized, the first floor contains mainly IT shops such as mobile shops (selling and repair in addition to accessories), computer shops and electronics shops. Also, there are several clothing shops, make up shops, several restaurants and kids play zone. On second floor there are restaurants and KFC is there as well, pharmacies, beauty shops, mega store and, ladies accessories and many ATM machines located around shops at second floor. This mall has products at excellent prices. It was the last mall I visited at phuket and I could say it has best prices. It’s well organized too. People there are friendly and they don’t bite people or disturb them trying to get them inside store like the case of mobile shops in other countries. Many items I was looking for and I managed to find them at this nice store.

I went to fix the pc, which had a problem to switch on; They asked me 2000thb, later they asked me 2500thb for no reasons, and when I got the pc back the screen had 2 pink lines, Which didn’t have before. Of corse they say was not their mistake. Now I have to pay 4’500thb for a new screen. Thank you for the worst service!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!!

In general good shopping experience. But a shame that they dont have so many Casino products anymore. 1 Downside: The fresh meat section, doesnt smell that fresh, sometimes meat turns greenish

Large supermarket on the 2nd level with many smaller outlets in a huge basement area.... Selling a wide range of items and services. There are many food outlets (eat in or take away) within the complex and ample parking outside and on 2 floors inside the complex. The super market is good value.

Very large variety of items for sale, ranging from electronics to fresh fruit and vegetables. Helpful staff and plenty of covered and indoor parking.

Plenty of products at affordable price. More diverse offers in comparison to Big C in Patong or other hypermarkets. I find veggies unbelievably expensive in other markets, but here opposite. Staff friendly and kind.

Clean and busy bargain mall. Upper floor consists of schools and several vendors of local goods and souvenirs. Main floor has a wider selection but main attraction is the Big C. There is a basic camera shop but selection very limited. Lower floor is a food court along with mobile/electronic goods and services. Tons of knock of stalls as well from bags to shoes. Parking is free for scooters and cars. There's also a taxi stand outside. It's easy to find as it on a motor way.

ill start with the bottom line - if you don't have a lot of time in Phuket and want to shop don't waste your time here now ill elaborate - this is a shopping center in the same building as a Big C (Thai typical superstore) it is very customary in Thailand to build a shopping center around these types of shops. Now the big C is great - not the best superstore but definitely a good one but in this specific location the center is very badly maintained - the variety of shops is low, the food court is empty, badly illuminated and feels sad. not a lot of shops to buy stuff and some cheep toy stands that are ok to be fair we had visited during sandbox and not all was opened so maybe usually its better there

So nice super market. It is great in here because everything is very expensive. Fruits are cheap outside. Parking is big and easy

Staffs at veggies section look upset and moody all the time. Every times I asked what I need. They’re never talk to me or show me. They’re just pointed their finger. Train them properly or get a rid of them.

I bin to quit a lot of shopping centres here around Phuket but i really liked this big Big C shop. You will find everything on your shopping list here and there are many restaurants to fill your Tammy. Fresh vegetables exellend varieties of foren goodies like cheese and sausages and good bread veraity. Exellend shopping place with easy ample parking.

This is the biggest Big C in Phuket. The assortment is wide. There are interesting promotions. The problem is only that the promotions rules are written in Thai. If you ask for help most of the Thai staff is unable to explain.

Surprised at the number of shops with in this complex. Also Big C has a wide variety of products at a very competitive price. Great alternative to the hustle and bustle of Central Festival, just a few blocks away.

Gone on various occasions and they always have some excuse for the free wifi not working. Not very helpful when you need to pay for something using over the counter payment service. Have to go to McDonald's to use their wifi, run back to Big C to pay then back to McDonald's to confirm 😞😓
