Teeming with treasures, junk, vintage items, second hand stuff, curiosities, amulets, fashion accessories and just about anything, this smaller and younger sister to the one in Bangkok deserves a look and visit if it’s own. The main markets are great but the vintage shops and restaurants around it are also a great distraction which completes the experience.

Not a huge market(at least when it calls itself Chatuchak, which is absolutely massive in Bangkok). Shops sell mostly 2nd hand clothes and what appears to be vintage American clothes. Not all is great, mostly just things you would find in a random thrift shop in America, but you can find some really cool jems if you search enough. Found a cool Zelda shirt. If you like rock band shirts there is plenty of classic stuff for you. Nice vendors. I bought a glass from a man and he gave me another one for free. Nobody is pushy to get you to look or buy anything, just friendly people.

Bought these 2 white siberian huskies for 13,000 baht each! Loved them so much and they were so cute! Highly recommend for anyone looking for pets but beware of shops that sell low quality pets. Always ask to see the parents and check their skin, coat, nails etc to see if they are healthy. Many stories of pets dying after a few days or weeks due to malpractice of this places. So do your homework and search for shops that dun anyhow allow pets to be pat by anyone, except for those who are given alcohol wipes or liquors to clean your hands first

Amazing selection of new and second hand shoes there. If you are need to go to colder country, this is your place to find a suitable boots, winter snickers, trekking shoes, etc. The sellers are friendly and helpful.
