The property was far from what we expected from the pictures. They show pictures where it seems to be a luxury resort. However. The rooms with sea view are located just behind the busy road. Power lines are in front of the window. Everything in the hotel Is outdated and doesn’t look clean.

The junior suite is very spacious, if you have a child with you it is ample. The pool is fantastic and the location of the hotel. The restaurant is very good and is better than some places down the road and half the price. Breakfast is value for money. The rooms are clean and the cleaners do a nice job. Great place.

The resort is located near Patong beach and ocean view is amazing. Good street food is very close to the property. The rooms are a bit old but clean. We had problems with air conditioning in one of our rooms frequently. Other than that no issues are faced. The pool is decent as well.

Great service with good amenities. Being a vegetarian we still got the good options for our breakfast . Free shuttle bus makes it more easy to enjoy the bangla Street road night life. Moreover, i would highly recommend to go for this hotel if you are looking for good service in a cheap price and amazing pool to enjoy your stay.

Restarting after covid and getting renovations has probably not been easy for this place however on the whole a great place to stay 2km from the action centre of town. Clean and cheerful. Buffet breakfast has a huge variety or options. Great pool area. The sunsets here are great. 70m down the road are the street food markets most nights offering amazing foods to enjoy.

Very good value for money. We enjoyed staying there for a few nights, the breakfast was nice, it is close to the city centre and they have free shuttle bus service. Quite few people surfing on this beach. 7-11 next door. Thank you for having us 😊

Great place to stay for tourists looking for the perfect blend of luxury and local experience. The resort has a shuttle that picks up and drops guests off near Bangla Road every hour. Great food and facilities. All rooms are also equipped with air-conditioning for those summer stays!

Our first impression from the reception that it was not cleaned, too dusty, low hygiene and the chairs are outdated, unclean and not well maintained. Luckily the rooms were bit clean, but bedsheets had lot of apots. We had no stable hot water in shower, when complained they didn't take it seriously. The most terrible thing is the behavior and attitude of their staff, from front desk reception to the restaurant reception to the technician who came to check about our water issue. All of them are lacking of customer support, service and behavior culture. We booked a reservation with breakfast and we had our breakfast the first day, the second day they stopped us from having our breakfast as they stated we don't have breakfast booked. Surprised as how come previous day it went smooth. Terrible attitude and behavior from the restaurant receptionist and had lot of argument and don't seem to offer any solution and he started yelling as if we are not their guests. The front desk receptionist instead of supporting and investigating the issue, they also insisted that we should not take the breakfast, when i initiates and told them that we'll pay, they said we should pay in advance. Totally no trust to their guests. I had paid in advance full amount, but i decided not to have the breakfast and to check out and lose our 2 days rather than getting such embarrassment.

So, I recently stayed at this property and here's what I think. This place is quite big once you enter through the main road. The rooms are spacious, room service was good, prices reasonable and right on the beach with some amazing views from the restaurant. This place is about 2.5 Kms from the Bangla road, but has shuttle service, that's very handy. You can see surfers from the restaurant. On Fridays (probably weekend too), there are street food opposite the hotel, which is a fun experience. Otherwise, nothing very exciting around.. The pool is nice, staff very friendly, they packed us breakfast as we had an early flight and missed our buffet.

Nice hotel, helpful stuff. In front of hotel are at night market stands with food. Nice pool. I loved the operator for the lights, AC, alarm clock etc. Good breakfast in the morning. We liked the quiet view from our superior room.

The rooms are really good. It was budget friendly and we had a beach view room and the morning and sunset view were worth it. The resort also provides free transport to the patong beach at certain times of the day. The bar and breakfast buffet was simple and exquisite.

Located at Kalim beach. The staffs are very nice. They can give you good advice. From here, it's easy to across the raod to the beach. You can see the romantic sunset from the hotel. The room quality is the original standard of genuine Phuket hotel. You can access here by Phuket Smart Bus from the airport.

Excellent service. Everything you need in one place. Includes a large play area for children. The family room is incredible, it includes a large kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, and a bathroom. refrigerator, and some kitchen utensils. The images speak for themselves.

Overall, the hotel is good. We booked the beach view room. It was way too sunny in the afternoons. Staff was not too friendly. Service was okay. They don't serve Indian food in the menu or at breakfast. Also, they provide only 2 water bottles and coffee/tea sachets as complimentary. Washroom necessities are also provided. They have an instant geaser system. So no problem with hot water. The pool was amazing. They also have a spa and massage services.

Decent and budget rooms. Rooms are a bit old which is very clear from the dirty walls and floors. Washrooms also look the age. We even found a big cockroach in the shower. Prime area, there’s a small beach right infront of the property. Walking distance from Patong beach. Lots of street food options available. Those looking for an Indian restaurant, there is one just 350m away. Breakfast was really good, lots of options to choose from.

Breakfast options are great. Room service isn’t good. We didn’t have a telephone connection in the room for our 3 day. There was no hot water at all. Wasn’t fixed sooner. The view from the room is good.

The hotel was old and rusty. They had to clean the kitchen well. There is no toiletries like tooth brush or paste. The room was clean but it can be better. The breakfast options were good, they had intercontinental choices. There was sand spilling from the bathroom roof.. overall the stay was okayish and wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed in this property during our tour to Phuket during March, 2023. We stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was some problem in booking our hotel as the booking agency failed to confirm the booking. But the hotel management dealt the problem very nicely and made an alternate arrangement for us in another room. The location of the hotel is just excellent and it is in front of Kalim beach, which is just extended part of famous Patong beach. One can walk from Kalim beach to Pating beach and this is also a memorable experience. The hotel has a beachfront restaurant, where we could enjoyed food with scenic view of the beach. The staffs were very cordial and polite. The booking included a buffet breakfast, which was delicious. All the lighting system of the room was operated through an electronic light controller. The toilet was of big size with a nice bath tub. Overall, our experience during our stay at this hotel was excellent.

Hotel staff is extremely extremely rude and unfriendly! They don't know basics of hospitality industry! The hotel staff Sarah was just ruthless and so annoying. She gave a damn to even look at us and answer to some of our genuine questions about the places to roam nearby. I had the pleasure of spending nine days at this resort, and I must say it was truly exceptional. The staff, the delightful breakfast and food offerings, and the pristine rooms made for an outstanding experience. The staff members were unfailingly friendly and accommodating, always ready to provide assistance. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment, giving it a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

The rooms were nice, the staff in the front were helpful a few times but with the biggest sighs and long faces. The free services like the shuttlebus to the beach were hard to get, we had to wait 50 min and we were never picked back up from there despite the calls to the front desk. Unfortunate.

The shower was broken no hot water coming the health faucet leaking made complaint but no result. Saw the photos and selected the place but the place not maintained well as per photos. The positive was that the breakfast spread was good. Easy access to market and free shuttle service to beach

Room and pool is nice! The problem is with the power slots! It supports only two pin. All the lights are master controlled which was cool! Awesome place, but can't see the sunset if the room is too inside

Great Location and Hotel. Rooms are a bit old, but well maintained. Nice breakfast spread and taste. Swimming pool has deep sections which is rare. View from the room is quite good too (not beach view).

Rooms and common areas are filthy. I booked a suite and the cleanliness is disgusting. Housekeeping just comes in to make the bed and leave. No wiping down, cleaning of the kitchen, lounge or bathroom. Sheets have not been changed. Roaches are infested in the rooms. The breakfast spread was the same for all 7 mornings that we were here. Bland, tasteless food. No variety with the same options every day. We waited on most days around 1.5 hours for the shuttle either from the hotel to Bangla road or from Bangla road back to the hotel. The shuttle goes to Oceanfront hotel first and usually comes back full to fetch sunset guests so there's usually never space and you then need to take your own taxi because you have been waiting so long. Pool towels are disgustingly filthy. They stink and are worn out. They look old and tattered. We booked a room that accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. They gave us two bath towels per day. No smaller hand towels. We all had to share those two towels per day. No extra bedding for the sleeper couch for my kids. They had to share the bed with me. Staff are rude and don't care a damn even when i complained. I have been to this hotel previously and it was good. However now it has changed and i DO NOT recommend staying here!!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Rooms aren’t the cleanest and AC isn’t good, staff are friendly and kind. But seriously one main thing. Where is the music ? I paid a lot of money for my stay not for the room. It’s for the music and vibes by the pool. When I order a bunch of drinks I’d expect some type of music.

Right across the Patong beach. We stayed in the suite. It was spacious with all amenities. Breakfast buffet spread is great and the restaurant is across the beach so you can have breakfast with amazing view. Hotel also has bike rental facilities.

This is at good location to enjoy sea view and sunset. We went in rainy season, but enjoyed the sea view. Polite staff and free shuttle service till 8.30pm is worth to book this hotel. The breakfast spread lacked Indian food, but it's common in Phuket.

We drove from Krungthep to Phuket (12 hour-drive) and arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time. The staff was very considerate. She let us check in earlier so we could take some rest. We got the sea-view rooms! The breakfast was superb. There was a problem with the AC of our room but the staff managed to transfer us to the adjacent room right away. The location is also close to some street foods. It was a pleasant 1- night stay.

Conveniently located with a free shuttle service every half hour mekes this a quiet hotel within easy reach of the entertainment hubs. The staff are friendly and welcoming, service is excellent. The menu is great and the food excellent. 150m away are bustling street food vendors for every budget and satisfy any cravings. The 7/11 is a few mj utes walk as well as foreign exchange and atm. Fine restaurants are a 15 walk... The views are spectacular and you're right across the road from the sea... We will be returning next year.

The hotel was OK, below expectations. Looks old, there was a strong humidity odor in the room. Pool was small and no service in the pool bar like shown in pictures. Restaurant is expensive and not good. No good Vegetarian options. It is not quite walking distance to Patong Beach or any interesting area. You need to take tuktuk 100-150 bth.

It is a clean place with helpful staff. But my only complaint is that you have only four English channels on your TV and three are religious and one is al-Jazeera news channel. And the reception is lousy. Also the power goes out a bit.

I stayed here for eight days in December 2021, the room was Baht 1,200. ; reduced from Baht 4000. (which I'm inclined to believe) and thought the place was wonderful! I've been living in Thailand on average for half the year since 2005 when I retired so probably understand the Thais more than the majority of holiday-makers. This hotel is a wonder of design and Patong a sort of Thai version of a decent holiday destination in Europe - sheer luxury compared with where I stay in spite of that also being by the sea, 675 km north of there!

Good hotel for this price. Amazing big choice for breakfast. First building with sea view situated next to the road. Road near by kind of plus and minus. A bit noisy, no problem for sleeping. Next to hotel along the road at the evening appears a lot of moto- barbecue kiosks with cheap and tasty food. I did eat only seafood. 30 min walking to Patong beach. Great swimming pool with waterfall

The hotel is OK not too bad not too good The location is very good Gym,spa existing but not working The breakfast is OK The rooms with sea view are small and noisy and the lift is not working most of the time The room with pool view are perfect specially when they are at ground floor. There is no babysitting if you have kids (because we booked there first because of this service but when we went to the hotel they told as that they don't have babysitting) So the hotel is good if you just want a place to sleep in and spend the day outside.

Again, we had an amazing experience in this hotel. We came last year with phuket sandbox and we repeat this one and we enjoyed a lot. Location is perfect if you want to combine relax and nightlife. People is nice and helpfull, we stayed in a room with sea view and it's beautifull. If I have to ask something is give more variety to the breakfast, only that. The rest was perfect.

The rooms are decent and staff is friendly. But the service is slow and they don't respond over the telecom. Kept waiting for the guy to clean our tub because it got clogged, but he arrived after 2 hours. Saw cockroach on the crockery. The breakfast menu was same everyday, they should make some variations at least. But over all, the property is at a good location. If you're staying here, you must book the sea view or pool view room. Very close to Paying beach and variety of Street food available in front.

Love , hate situation here. The hotel is trying to recover from covid. The staff is kind and lovely but the owners must hire more people to clean common areas. The restaurant needs serious cleaning and more staff. The lobby and restaurant floor needs a mop, the windows need a wash, the lift is grubby. Things looks run down in lobby and restaurant. The reception area and office need a clean. The hotel is split in 2, the city view room have a terrible view and not a well kept building, in this section the sea view great. In the other building is the pool, the pool view is great. The pictures are bit deceiving because the place needs some attention. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant staff are so overworked. I seen some of them there from breakfast till midnight. So love hate, while we enjoyed it we hated it. So much potential but needs some attention.

Location was good. But doesn't match the expectation of a resort. The property is divided in two, with a road running in between the two. They are very understaffed and the common areas(lobby and reception) are very small. The only beautiful thing is the poolside, which is also not well maintained. We were kept at the part of the resort with no sea or pool view. The rooms were decent and the bathrooms were spacious.

1. This hotel used to be top class, but on entry to the reception area, the floors are dirty and dusty with no attention to detail. The reception seating is old and haggard and a broom has not swept the floor in quite some time, under the chairs and tables. 2. The reception person Sarah was very professional and helpful. 3. The dining are one again was very disorganised and floors dirty and dusty. It seems there is a shortage of staff. The breakfast is mediocre at best and expensive at 500 baht per person, even the so called fruit juice is a sugary cooldrink syrup. The coffee machines not working properly. The omelets prepared by the chef are great. 4. The rooms are very dared and there has been no update since 2015, lampshades hang limply from the wall and the showers are not clean at all with mould on the grout. Our AC worked well and the bed was large and comfortable. Rooms were serviced daily. 5. The pool area was shocking, pool bar gone, water not clean. 6. Gym dirty and old, cockroaches all over the sauna. 7. General condition of hotel sub standard, wouldn't recommend it to anyone, if you are expecting more than the ordinary. We paid good money for mediocrity.

The hotel is not too close the patong beach but also not too far away. Good thing is that the hotel has a free transportation to the beach till 830pm which guests can use. The swimming pool is really nice. There is a really good view of the sea at the hotel entrance from where the sunset looks really great. We just had breakfast in our package, though it was nice they didn't change any item for the 2 days we were in

Pictures looked better than person. Bed was comfortable. The room was definitely dated and a bit grungy if you took a closer look. Pool was dirty and didn’t have bar service like advertised.

Absolutely great location, a stunning balcony view for this price is simply a steal. Aa an added bonus, there's street food stalls just outside the hotel. If I had to nitpick, I'd say a lack of charging points near the bed or the office table is a big turn off.
