Our
first
impression
from
the
reception
that
it
was
not
cleaned,
too
dusty,
low
hygiene
and
the
chairs
are
outdated,
unclean
and
not
well
maintained.
Luckily
the
rooms
were
bit
clean,
but
bedsheets
had
lot
of
apots.
We
had
no
stable
hot
water
in
shower,
when
complained
they
didn't
take
it
seriously.
The
most
terrible
thing
is
the
behavior
and
attitude
of
their
staff,
from
front
desk
reception
to
the
restaurant
reception
to
the
technician
who
came
to
check
about
our
water
issue.
All
of
them
are
lacking
of
customer
support,
service
and
behavior
culture.
We
booked
a
reservation
with
breakfast
and
we
had
our
breakfast
the
first
day,
the
second
day
they
stopped
us
from
having
our
breakfast
as
they
stated
we
don't
have
breakfast
booked.
Surprised
as
how
come
previous
day
it
went
smooth.
Terrible
attitude
and
behavior
from
the
restaurant
receptionist
and
had
lot
of
argument
and
don't
seem
to
offer
any
solution
and
he
started
yelling
as
if
we
are
not
their
guests.
The
front
desk
receptionist
instead
of
supporting
and
investigating
the
issue,
they
also
insisted
that
we
should
not
take
the
breakfast,
when
i
initiates
and
told
them
that
we'll
pay,
they
said
we
should
pay
in
advance.
Totally
no
trust
to
their
guests.
I
had
paid
in
advance
full
amount,
but
i
decided
not
to
have
the
breakfast
and
to
check
out
and
lose
our
2
days
rather
than
getting
such
embarrassment.
