Worst service. Arrogant owner who does what he wants and has no etiquettes. Barges into room without knocking the door and wearing shoes. Doesn't provide the rooms that are actually booked. Although very near to the beach, this place itself is quite dirty and not easily locatable

I cannot understand the bad reviews here. I stay at some of the best 5-star hotels of the world, and also at backpacker places. It's very clear to everybody who books in this place that they cannot expect anything more than a clean bed at this price. I did get a clean bed in a spacious room and a TV and a fridge and a working warm shower. For this price it's a very good option, I think. In my opinion ideal when visiting friends or family and just staying there to sleep. Of course not if you need to stay mostly in the room. (which shouldn't happen when on holidays)

The pillows were yellow and stank. They agreed to change them after I showed it to the reception. The towels didn’t smell fresh either. There was sand on the bathroom floor. The shower head was leaking and was positioned in a weird way on the wall which made it hard to use. Breakfast coats $6 when I wouldn’t pay 6 cents for it! I messaged them at the time I made the booking asking if it was possible to give us a room with a sea view and they replied telling me that they will do that but they never did. The staff are friendly but that doesn’t make up for the horrible experience we had. I would rather pay more and stay at a better hotel.

So many tourists here but still you have some space for yourself. Beautiful beach and sea. So many restaurant around this area. Good for foreigner.

I booked for 3 days but left the hotel in 1 day. The hotel very unhygenic. Rooms are very small. No shampoo / soap in bathroom apart from handwash. Overall ambience of the hotel is pathetic and you have to cross some really small streets to reach to the hotel which is full of laundry shop. Lift is very slow, staff not friendly. Most importantly the location of this hotel is worst. Everytime you have to climb to a hilly slope to get to the hotel which is really tiring. Also hotel is very far from the main Patong beach and from the main city center. Also to get a table in a room and a chair you have to pay extra money 💰.

Its not accepted from oyo only one man to take care of all its clean and good coming back to service point its takes long time to get the ordered item in the bar single man he will take care if no other customer he is very calm and friendly

Disappointed in many ways. 1. Hotel is in some corner of the street. Hard to find and no driver's know the place. 2. Stinky rooms, flush and sink doesnt work properly. 3. They dint give room as committed. 4. No cleaning and no replacement of everyday necessary items like water, towels etc 5. They provide room with shared doors and barges into our room without a knock on the door. 6. Manipulated tour guys to cancel our cab. 7. There is no enough amenities. Seriously not travel friendly.

Small rooms, if you have big bags it might be a problem to move around. Spacious bathroom tho and a balcony. Room wasnt the cleanest one but we've seen worse. I asked an employee if i could print some stuff and had to wait 50minutes for owner because he was sleeping (~11am) and he charged me 2bahts per page. Other than that all good, low price so it evens up.

Nice and silent place, rooms are good and cozy. Found this place clean I had warm welcome at hotel. Actually I had bad experience at my last hotel at Kamala beach so I moved here. I had good value for money. Beach is nearby too. Nice view from room.
