The hotel abeyance is good but the staff to cheat at the time of check out. Not a pleasant experience. At the time of check out they came up saying the key card was missing which we left inside the room and try to deducted 500 THB from the deposit. We demand them to check the cctv footage and after long wait they come up with some clip which was not useful. After long wait and argument the deposit was fully refunded. Be careful while check out. Definitely not recommended due to staff behavior....

I loved staying here. It was great. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. The pool was nice and clean, as was the entire place. I highly recommend Quality Resort to everyone. When i come back, I'll be staying here again.

Good location 5-10 minute walk to Bangla Road beach just across the road. Nice clean room great shower and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again. Oh and was a great price. 🤩

Well located hotel with beautiful spacy rooms. Two big minus points however: - the breakfast is served in the irish pub in front of the hotel which is very unappealing. the buffet is rather limited in options and not very fresh. - our toilet often had no water and we had to call reception what is very annoying as a guest

What an amazing hotel and stay. Thanks to Mr Tharindu, he has been an amazing host to me and my family group of 40 people. The location is perfect. Right in front is the pa tong beach which is full of activities and the walking street is just a few minutes walk. Absolutely loved the stay and the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and very clean with direct access to the pool. Would recommend 10/10

Please don’t stay at this hotel. It is very deceiving. Does not deserve one star. Myself and my guest laid in the bed after a long flight and woke up with bites all on our back and hand. Was moved to a new room and had the same issue. The hotel was very rude and did not want to provide a refund. The bedding was dirty with black and red spots. I had to immediately book another hotel within a few hours. Please be ware of this hotel! It may be a good location but not great at hospitality of guest staying there. This has been the worst hotel experience of my life.

really liked the hotel, deserves 5 stars. located near the sea, beautiful area, very comfortable, polite staff, the room has everything you need, cleaning every day, there is water and everything you need. I definitely recommend staying here. unforgettable vacation

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Such a picturesque property. The rooms are very modern. The slippers they provide are the most comfortable slippers I’ve ever used. (Wish I could have kept them) However, so be aware that the rooms are very close to the property next door. I’m not sure what is next door but I’m assuming it’s either a club or a bar because they were playing extremely loud music until around 1:30 am.. we could clearly hear even though our door and windows were completely closed. (Not the best if you are a light sleeper and have to wake up early for tour..) We called reception after a couple hours and they said that there was nothing they could do and that they would not be able to move us to another room. Overall it was a decent stay but the hotel should either do something about the music or make guests aware of the problem so they can decide if they want to stay there.

The room big size. Very clean. The hotel really cozy. Nice pool. Beautiful Thai style. The stuff really friendly and ready to help you. The breakfast in the restaurant near the hotel and you order from menu :) I think the location great it's 7 min from the Bangala road. So If you look for quite but be close to the main road it's great option.

This hotel had the best location. I loved the traditional Thai vibes in the hotel while still being modern. It was very clean and tidy. The staff in the hotel were super nice to us and helped us with everything. Would definitely come back!

Outstanding service. The staff is quite amazing. This is a very family friendly place. There are many activities for children within a 500 meter walk, and the staff are very helpful with recommendations. One thing I loved. while the area outside the hotel is loud, once you're inside the hotel, it is very quiet. They have a great English pub at the hotel which has great service, and shows sports all the time.

Overall, my stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The view from the window was disappointing, facing a wall, and the balcony seemed pointless for smokers. However, the staff stood out with their friendliness and helpfulness, making the experience more pleasant. The bed was incredibly spacious and boasted an excellent mattress, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, but the lack of a minibar, limited toiletries, and thin towels were noticeable drawbacks. I had to ask for soap several times. Unfortunately, the high price didn't align with the value offered, making it hard to justify the expense based on the provided amenities and view. The pool is tiny, it is more for decorative purposes rather than swimming. The SPA is much more expensive than anywhere around Too expensive for what it suggested.

Staff are service minded and professional. The quality is decent and the atmosphere is good. I had a wonderful stay and do recommend. As for critique, the towels sometimes had spots on them when provided with new clean ones. My recommendation is to use bleach, or get new ones to avoid disappointing guests. Furthermore, the doors of the hotel rooms were not very well isolated so anyone outside the doors could basically hear everything.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Quality Resort Patong Beach Phuket. The rooms and facilities are impeccable. The staff are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to help you. The pool area is extremely clean and relaxing. We absolutely loved the breakfast downstairs at James & Joyce the setting is lovely and relaxing in the mornings. A couple of nights we had dinner here and it was great. They also have live music on a Wednesday which is a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend for anyone staying in Phuket to try out this hotel, I can certainly say you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the hotel and staff for such a great stay! One of my worst hotel experience. We were told that our breakfast was included in the booking and proceeded to eat the next day. We ended up having a long argument with them over this (ruined my holiday) and paying extra because of the false statement on their end. Staff members are not super friendly and it didn’t help when they sounded hypocritical (tried to be hospitable 🤨)

Nice big rooms, super comfy + we got a free upgrade to a better room. Downsides were that the door from the balcony to the pool was broken and wouldn't lock. So we felt a bit weird leaving all our stuff in our room which could very easily get broken into. Anyone out swimming in the pool can walk past and just hop over the balcony fence as it was at floor level. The hotel also has performers to sing and play music from about 6pm-9pm which is kinda nice but wasn't fun while trying to get some rest from my food poisoning (not from the hotel, from another restaurant by the beach). I still gave this place 4 stars though as the rooms were really nice and BIG!

Welcome to the coackroach motel. Quite literally . For three days straight we asked the cleaning and reception team to remove the mummified roach but still it remained. We placed its remains on the bed so that they could find it more easily when we left. Although the cabana pool rooms look nice, they are not as described. There is no couch for a third person. The reception team, although full of smiles won’t help you with anything The breakfast is to die for - not metaphorically - it actually looks like it might kill you. Save your money and go somewhere much nicer

Rating provided for their restaurant only since we walked in one evening for dinner. Haven't stayed at the hotel. Food is above average. But what is most disappointing about the place is lack of customer focus. A total of 9 tables is serviced by 3 personnel. The one who seemed like the leader was least interested in showing humility, taking orders or listening to feedback. This happened in front of us and rarely do i see such a sight- A couple came, ordered food waited for a considerable amount of time and was patient to the point post which he couldn't take it anymore. His bread basket was on table with a curry dish but was waiting for plates and glasses to arrive. He stood up and left without saying anything. If the place owner is reading the review and i hope he does, let the guy handling your walk-ins (standing on the roadside), lead the serving team inside and fire the guy who is running the show inside.

We were Here for 8 nights! We had a room with pool Connection and would Book this Hotel again. you are very near to patong, but the Hotel is so quiet That you would think you are far away From everything! The Staff From the Hotel and the pub (James and joyce) was very very helpful and always there for us if we needed sonething! Especially yui helped is a lot with our inquiries!

Super convenient, easy access to Indian food , friendly staff and excellent service when I needed help getting back to airport. Ambiance is very peaceful & extremely relaxing poolside. A hideaway from the central crowded patong beach & the deity of Ganesh in there with green & golden carving is a must see. Highly recommended 5/5 stars *****

Very nice and comfortable hotel at a reasonable price close to the beach, markets and restaurants. I highly recommend him for such a lovely and wonderful place and the reception and their help were absolutely wonderful. I recently visited Phuket and stayed at Quality Resort & Spa. This is a newly renovated resort right at Patong Beach road. The beach is literally across the street and I found it very easy to visit nearby attractions. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and spacious, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Patong. A quick note! The resort is a little tucked away. You will notice the James and Joyce Irish Pub (which is part of the resort) and you will find the entrance right beside the pub.
