PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, THERE IS A TWO WAY MIRROR FACING THE BED. Stayed in the Suite, and there’s a mirror facing right across the bed and it is pretty obvious for the placement. Turned all lights off at night and shined my flashlight through it and you can see directly through the mirror, it’s actually disgusting considering how many people have stayed in this room. Please be careful and do not stay here.

Lovely big, comfortable and clean rooms. Towels baby soft and bedlinnen crisp. The reception and room cleaning service is excellent. It is a few steps from the beach, close to street food markets, shops, restaurants and taxis

It's not a horrible spot for the price. Stayed 5 nights. Water was never just warm or semi hot. It was either hot or cold. Lighting was spotty, and switches would work sometimes. TV wasn't so smart, and i couldn't log into anything like Netflix. Maids stingy with an extra towel. Saw a cockaroach. Shower runs into the same floor as toilet and sink. The room was very mildew mold smelling. Opened up closet and instantly closed it. Was horribly smelly. But location is pretty decent, next to beach and tons of food and massage and shopping things. The police suck though. Also, they accidentally mistaken me for another customer and wasted 30min of my time. But overall it definitely was better then a bangkok hotel.

I stayed in the family room, and it's really spacious. The room is well-furnished, it's also got an electric kettle. It is just a walk away from Patong Beach. The cleaning lady often forgot to give us new water bottles after cleaning. The glass we used aren't cleaned. Breakfast menu is repetitive, but overall the people are friendly. They tried to charge me with a bill stating that I took a can of beer from the snack bar, tho.

This is one of the most atrocious accommodation I had. They have downgraded my room citing that they were overbooked. Facilities in the room was in a terrible state. Kettle was rusty. The water coming out of the sink and toilet was brownish. And the TV was down. You can hear people screaming from the corridor from time to time in the middle of the night.

The hotel has beach in its name but i had to walk more than 100 meters to reach the beach. But the condition and experience i had with the hotel room itself was excellent. There was elevator for easy access too. Pretty impressive experience for a very affordable price.

Pros: 1. Excellent location. Just by the beach and Bangla Road. 2. Value for price. Service that you receive for this budget is unmatched. 3. Good internet speed 4. Good breakfast Cons: 1. Not for people who are not a couple. Washroom wall is made of glass, though opaque, doesn't give full privacy. Moreover the washroom door has no locking mechanism. Lately many hotels have been shifting to this design to my bewilderment.

Definitely not a fan of the hotel, the staff or the room. Just did not like it. The staff was not at all friendly. The room were just okay. Plus they did not have a lift. The only good thing is the location. It's very close to the Patong beach and 'The Walking Street'. Also, giving a heads up for the people with back problems they have spring mattress. Would never book a room with them again.

Best value if price. The hotel receptionists are excellent in English. Moreover they are really helpful in all aspect. Lot of halal food restaurants are nearby. From the hotel its only 100 meter from the sea beach. The hotel is clean and clear. Although the day when we visit in our washroom the water flow was too slow( may be there were some trouble). Friendly staffs help to hire taxi from hotel as well. Or you can hire yourself from nearby shop.

Location great. 1 mins walk to Patong beach. Service could have been better when we requested to check in early. They were very strict even though room was available. Breakfast quality very good compared to others. Tv doesn’t work. Room spacious. Overall recommended.

The hotel is located just 5 mins walk away from Patong beach in a lane full of popular Indian restaurants The building is very old they have renovated it from the outside but inside the rooms are still old their service is very good, guest friendly, and very helpful staff on duty

Room and facilities are worth the cost if compared to other hotels surrounding. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Also, location is really great only less than 100m. to Pathong Beach, Its all very convenient for my business trip. Fully recommended.

Worst place I have ever been! There where no clean rooms and they had promblem with humidity! Good location but trust me don't go there

Excellent value for money. Rooms were clean and well maintained. We took the Deluxe room which had a balcony which was good. The breakfast was basic but had the standard items one would need (bread, eggs, sausages, juice, coffee). The location is extremely convenient with tons of good bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel looks like a nice boutique hotel very close to the beach! We arrived at the hotel at 11am and they gave us priority early check in. Very grateful for that as we were exhausted! Rooms were very spacious and clean! The style of the rooms was pretty nice for a 3 star boutique hotel as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit! They have a 1 and 2 bedroom apartment too which we didnt know about but after taking a look it was very impressive! Thanks Armoni team! Great Service overall!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS ATROCIOUS HOTEL!! Firstly, if I could give this place a 0 star rating, I definitely would! They NEVER respond to your emails, calls or messages. The only contact I have received from this place is generic messages and of course I would reply but, have not received any response. They do not care about customer service or customer satisfaction. All they want is your money and once they get it, you will never hear from them again. This place is an absolute joke to even be called a hotel. I have been to Thailand on a yearly basis and I have never had issues with any other hotels I have booked with. Due to current circumstances (pandemic), I could not go. They have my money and they are bluntly ignoring ALL FORMS of contact. This place should not be existent.

Great location and room service staff very friendly.

Rooms are clean and cheap but some don't have windows. The facilities are ok, the breakfast too - some fruits were not fresh and the options are very limited. On the bright side, they have wholemeal toasts and the staff is nice. It's a few minutes away from the beach so it's convenient.

Way too much humidity to make it livable, throat started feeling strange because of the air so I went somewhere else. 3 rooms and all of them humidity problem I don't recommend

The rooms are very spacious and very clean! The staff was very friendly and accomodated to all the small requests I had during my stay. The housekeeping team did a great job cleaning my room and were very professional! I would definitely stay here again and recommend people to try it out! Location is great and property is beautiful and conveinient. Only a 7 minutes walk away from the famous party street Bangla road.

Near to the beach, clean spacious room. Got free upgrade to superior. Lockbox, hair dryer, water cooker, free coffee and tea, free water provided, good WiFi, great staff. Breakfast is okay, room get cleaned every day, towels changed daily. Elevator and it's working!

Friendly and helpful staff, reasonably priced, great location, very clean and quiet with an outlook over the mountain. Stayed here for a month and will be back again

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Perfect location for night life or even in the day time. It's pretty close to the beach, good restaurants and the price of the room is very reasonable. I will come back again for sure!
