Terrible experience. On arrival 3 reception aids yelling for passports. No greetings whatsoever. All 3 hardly spoke any English nor understood any. According to the old yelling lady we were lucky because out room was ready. The room was OK size. The bathroom had a sink with a loose fosset. Hardly any water coming from it. The shower had even less water coming. The bathtub took 3 hours to be half filled with a little warm water. Cleaning was only done if asked. We had to ask for fresh towels every other day. Cleaning of the room was sweeping the floor in a French style, make up the beds and if they reached the bathroom it they ran water through the sink. The loose fosset was fixed the last day. At our departure the same unfriendly old lady yelled we had to wait for room check. They said there was a teaspoon missing. We had the taxi waiting, I needed to go back to the room and explain the housekeeper the spoon was never there in the first place. So if and only if you like to always be yelled at by reception staff, being treated in a rude unwelcoming way, in a room that is not properly cleaned and maintained and a bathroom with ample (hot) water And finally being accused of stealing a teaspoon which you never will receive in the first place then and only then I recommend you to consider a stay at this horrible place.

Stayed for 2 nights, Very comfy room with a lot of space Nice view from balcony to catch sunset Poolside chairs to relax and pool dip was very refreshing Bed pillows AC was very good Toiletries, beach/pool towels provided by staff Hotel in house restaurant food was good, but comparatively expensive Beach is just 200 meter walk All shops, restaurants, convenience stores etc is a short walk Very friendly hotel staff, room cleaning was good Con: Bathtup leaks quickly, so couldn't use it fully Washbasin was okok, water goes out a bit slow Overall, for the poolside & room comfort, I would definitely recommend this resort.

Horrible Hotel, Rude Staff, Bed Customer Service, very unprofessional, room was sick, smelling, dirty, my shower give shock every time I used it, looks like more like a Hostel, I will never stay in this Hotel again.

This is a great hotel to stay really close to Patong Beach and the main road. We had a lot of issues with Agoda and they saved us. The hotel is really great and have a big pool area with a beautiful garden. The building is not new but the rooms are all well maintened and doesn't look old at all. Air conditioner is new, everything is clean and the staff is gentle and supportive every time. Good people work there.

We came here for vacation, and as we were looking we found this hotel with a good price and nice ratings so we gave it a try. I would definitely say that this place is amazing the staff were so nice so are the cleaners except that the cleaners would come in your room and clean it, if your not home. This is except if you talk to them and tell them not too. They were so nice there prices aren't so expensive like if you want some water it's 20 baht which is not bad for a hotel price and the beds were really comfortable and if you want any extra pillows it's available. They also offer free water every time they clean it . They make the beds and everything too. They have a very nice and large pool. There is a 5 min walk to the beach. Which is amazing. Anyway the breakfast and the restaurant you will have to pay. And they have a cafe they treat you like a normal customer you get your drink you pay and you can sit or leave they have cookies and this cafe and restaurant you don't have to be from the hotel you can be a random person. They don't have a gym or a massage room. There prices are good and the rooms are great except that the lighting isn't the best they have like just a couple of lights in the ceiling. The bathroom is wonderful they have a bath and a shower for the one suit bed room and the three beds room only have a shower and they are on the other side of the building. Now the bathroom is clean they provide toothbrush,shower caps,ear cleaners, and obviously shampoo bottles and shower gels they get more every time they clean. They also provide you with nescafe and cups and and tea as well as sugar they also have a kettle. From the window there's a balcony and a nice view. Overall I recommend it if your going on vacation.

The hotel is said to be 4 star but it's nothing like that. You can definitely get better 4 star hotels than this. The room was pretty good though and they had a pool which was nice as well. The staff was a bit on the rude side and hotel seemed to be understaffed as well so 1 star for that. Rest assured the breakfast that they provide was good with plenty of options for everyone.

Was OK, nice pool quiet for Patong, but walls are very thin and if your neighbors are playing the TV or speaking loud it is like they are in the room with you. Not good for sound sensitive sleepers! Staff was nice and very helpful and quick to respond to requests.

Rooms were huge, shower was unbelievable, comfortable beds and a massive pool. 5 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend 👌

I loved the location, there were great restaurants around, I found the walk to the beach very quick too. the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The only bad point was that I thought the room was a bit dark.

Had a great stay overall! The only downside is that the toilet in our room gets clogged everytime, but unclogs at the second flush. The rooms were quite clean, and the staff checks your room if you haven't forgotten any belongings upon checking out. Other than that: the staff is very kind and helpful. You can rent a car with a driver for a full day (we personally got a van with up to ~8 seats and lots of space in the back for anything you're transporting) for 300THB/hour, saves some money if you plan on going to different places in a day compared to tuktuk. They also offer a transfer from the airport to the hotel and the other way around. My sister was in a wheelchair, and everything went well. There are much better restaurants outside of the hotel. Great location, close to Patong Beach and its bars or restaurants, also 45 min away from Big Buddha, 30-40 min away from Phuket Town, 30 min away from Siam Niramit, 15 min away from Simon Cabaret show (the best if you ask me!) but all these are without traffic. Around 45 min away from the airport with no traffic. Can't say anything about the swimming pool as we haven't used it. Thank you Thanthip staff!

Decent Budget hotel. Spacious rooms with daily housekeeping. First impression will not be good but you’ll get used to it. The old lady at reception will seem to be rude and unwelcoming. You have to pay for the entire stay upon check in which might come as a surprise for some guests. I was 2 bahts short in coins and the reception lady pointed out at my 50-100 baht notes suggesting she will make change of a high denomination note but not offer a discount/accept late payment for even 2 bahts!! 😂 If you can deal with it go ahead and book it 😀

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are big and the bathrooms are good. It is a located in a good place, close to the beach and all sort after attractions at Patong Beach. The only issue was that the room was not ready when we arrived, so we had to wait.

Very helpful concierge, tried to help us upgrade the room, very helpful with all other request been made and helped me with an taxi arrangement that took us to the airport via tiger kingdom and chalom wat temple for 1300 baht which almost took us 4 hours

Great cost benefit hotel, 4 minutes walking from the beach, a lot of options of restaurants and bars within a 10 minute walking. The rooms are big and the swimming nice.

It is a very nice budget hotel if you get the deluxe room. I see why people are complaining for the standard room. The stafs is rude though. I didn't have any major incidents but they were not hospitable, bad attitude, speaking Thai on your face and giggling. This does apply only for the say shift stafc on the front desk. The restautant staff and the cleaning staff was very kind! ROOM: the room was spacious and clean. The fosset in the bathroom was loose and you could tell that some things needed tenovation but it was a nice room. Also, no window in the batbroom and no mosquito nets in the balcony window. If you open the windows, you won t sleep from the mosquitos but if you keep the wi dows closed, you cannot air the room amd it gets extra humod from the wet shower. The swimming pool area is very nice! However, there are not that many sunbeds and only a few of the are in the shade. Breakfast is ok. Location: 15 minutes walk from the busiest central area of Patong but I really loked that. The central area was too tacky and crowded
