Stayed here for 3 nights. Nice hotel comfortable hotel with good front of house staff and cleaning. A very nice room with balcony. The bathroom was a bit dated and could have done with a better shower. However it was kept in very good order by house keeping. Although it did face the street with some bars, there was evening music but it did not bother me. I would suggest the sea view rooms if you are a light sleeper. The pool is not very big but it was kept in very good clean order and got a fair bit of sun throughout the day. It is very well placed for bars and restaurants. The Bus to Phuket town stops opposite. All in all I found it good value for money.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay across from Patong Beach in Phuket then give this a try! Its not a new and fancy 5 star resort....but it is still very nice and the room was comfy and the staff friendly! The rooms at the front have great views of the beach and ocean, with patios to enjoy the morning cup while taking in the ocean breeze and scenes! The hotel also has a small cafe/restaurant on the first floor, but the hotel is also within walking distance of all the shops, restaurants, etc. along the beach front. The hotel is directly on the main beach road, and there is a bar directly across the street....so if a bit of noise bothers you, try for a room away from the street and on the far side. I'm not a heavy sleeper, but I still didn't mind the activity too much....its part of being in Phuket! I would highly recommend this hotel, and will be keeping it on my "go to" list for the future!

A very rude and unprofessional reception/manager. AVOID the hotel. I will narrate my harrowing experience for all your benefit. I was in phuket and wanted to shift to a hotel with bigger room as my family was joining me for the next 4 nights for vacation. I went to the reception of this hotel as I liked the location, checked it out and thought of booking online. The lady at the reception offered me a discount if I booked immediately with her and paid an advance for one night. Which I did (A big mistake!). The lady agreed for a check-in time of 1300 hrs. On the day I arrive at reception for check in at 1300 and request them that my wife would like to pay for the next three nights in cash once she arrives from airport in next 2-3 hours. (I get a very unwelcome stare). She checked with her manager and refused to check me in until my wife arrives. I told her this was not fair as I already have paid for one night and could check me in for atleast the night and extend for the next three nights once I pay up after my wife arrives. Another rude stare and the generously offered options were 1. Pay more for 3 nights. 2. Cancel the whole booking and forfeit my advance. I requested to talk to her manager, she checked and the manager refused to talk. At this point I knew I was in the wrong place and planned to move out once my wife arrives. After 2-3 hours of waiting my wife arrives and I ask them to cancel as per policy. The lady rudely refused and said that I would have to either, 1. Stay for one night and pay more for the same night. 2. Or forget my advance and walk out. At this point I know that the line has to be drawn and ask them to either let me speak to the manager or I will be compelled to call the police. Finally the manager emerges from his den only to make matters worse(while we expect a man at his level to sort matters out amicably). He starts with claims that he has no fear of police and goes berserk on us with no control over his words or anger. Apparently he had offered me discount since I booked for 4 nights. I asked him for hotel booking/cancelation policy and he responds that "whatever he says and decides is the policy of the hotel". Me as a senior executive of an MNC had traveled far and wide and stayed at innumerable hotels, never have I met such an aggressive and unprofessional man. I was told that this great man calls himself Robin. I wish his employer 'All the best'.

โ€Stayed for 6 nights, the best thing about the hotel is its location!! And I will tell you the following: The hotel's outdoor swimming pool is not clean, there is no sterilization in it, and the tree leaves are falling on it with its fruit! The lobby for serving hot and cold drinks does not work in the hotel, although it is located facing the beach! There is no security guard at the hotel gate!! The internal sessions in the hotel do not have air conditioning and are dark, there is no handler for bags, the bathroom is dilapidated inside the rooms and needs a complete renovation, no toothbrushes, no hot water for showering, no special shoes for the bathroom, you will be very disturbed when sleeping from the noise of loud music and the sounds of the tensioner Pike and cars due to the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, the blanket is not warm, the reception staff was called several times and there was no response, and this is their lack of interest in the guests, unfortunately the Booking website is deceptive and gave a high rating for them and the price is exaggerated in its dilapidated condition, advice stay away from this hotel as much possible

Its a great hotel we spent about 5 nights around November 7th. Everything was really good, we took the suite facing the sea and the balcony , room size, tub&shower and biv size of them and the refrigerator made our stay there perfect. We were situated on the 3rd floor and theres an optionto climb down the street without going thru the lobby each time. So it was more even likeanapartment which was so comfortable for us. Also downstairs an atm and a 7/11. Mind also that massage in that area is as cheap as 180 baht as opposed to the rest of the areas.. take good use of it ;) (If the bed matress was slightly more comfortable it would be 5 stars๐Ÿ™Œโค๏ธ)

The hotel is close to the beach and many restaurants which was great! The room was large with comfortable beds. The lobby area needs upkeep. The common spaces are very dusty and the pool area needs to be tended to with garbage in the pool bushes. In all, itโ€™s a good place for a nights rest. Expect a 2star accommodation.

This is one of the worst hotel of Phuket. I stayed there for two nights in two rooms. The hotel staff and the front desk staff are absolutely absolutely pathetic. They do not know what customer service is. They will only give you counted towels even on request. They will give you a very small quantity of shower gel and hair shampoo every day and if you ask for more, they will say it will be charged. Do not ever stay in this hotel.

Excellent prime location on the beach for those that want to explore the city. The hotel itself is dated and appears to not yet up to speed coming out of covid. The rooftop bar is closed. They have family room option which has two rooms joined by a living room and connecting balcony. Which is great option for a small group. Right across the street has bars. So may not be great for people that want to turn in early.

The aircon needs fixing. Not cold even after they moved me. Shower needed a scrub. Otherwise staff are reasonable. Room was big. I think it's a good hotel that is recovering from covid period. I hope they can find money to fix the issues

The bed was very firm, didn't like it at first but after a few nights it was OK. Room made up each day but sheets not changed very often. First changed after 4 days. Quiet room, location great. No view from the balcony.

Maybe it has been a good hotel once but now is definitely one of the worst I've stayed at. Everybody working there was always rude and angry, unlike the majority of local people outside the resort. The whole place was infested by cockroches and you could hear mice walking in the ceiling right above your bed. That's if you're lucky enough that the street party noises weren't too high to be deafening, together with the hard bed that made it very difficult to rest. Save yourself and book somewhere else (especially if you have kids, they might very easily fall down from the balcony given the big gap between the railings)

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days. Itโ€™s a great location right across from Patong Beach. The room was big and spacious and the fridge actually kept things cold. The lady at the front that works the day shift was kind enough to give us 2 room keys and check us in early as we arrived pretty early. This is where Miss Nice Hotel Receptionists ends. My wife later found out she had food poisoning from the night prior and had diarrhea the whole day. The room ended up going through a whole roll of toilet paper. Normally, they provide you an extra roll in the room but not this place. When, I called down to the front desk the woman from earlier in the day answered the phone and told me she had already put toilet paper in the room. I said I know but we have run out can we get another roll. She replied this is not possible. I thought we were done with the whole hoarding toilet paper thing but I guess not. So we ended up waiting until the night shift guy got on and he was nice enough to give up two rolls. The TV doesnโ€™t really have any channels and we never went in the pool because it didnโ€™t look very clean. We lost the second key card and that was 300 baht to replace. I donโ€™t get that back home they literally have a whole drawer full of them. I guess itโ€™s just Thailands way to gouge the tourist. Also if you spill something on the sheet you might want to get them cleaned yourself as they will charge you 1500 baht. Bangla Road is just a 10min walk up the road and the mall is also 10-15min walk. Itโ€™s a decent area but can get loud at times.

Had a great time at the Sea Pearl Beach Resort for 2 weeks! I loved the location, it was right across the street from the beach. Plenty of places to get food and the rooms were plenty big and clean. Would highly recommend!

Great location opposite the beach! Friendly and helpful staff. An older hotel but is kept clean and in good to order! Only one slight issue is that pool area could be kept tidier from fallen leaves! I enjoyed my stay and certainly recommend it for those not expecting 5 star.

Perfect location right next to the Patong beach sign. Far enough from the most touristy parts of the beach, so you can sleep. Close enough to be interesting. Hotel has probably seen better days (I came towards the end of Covid so everything is on an economic slump). Having said that the staff are friendly and helpful and the gym was great, and all for about $30 a night.

Right on patong beach. Great price. Pool, restaurant. Gym ac did not work so the humidity makes for a harsh workout. Overall very pleased with this place

At the quiet end of Patong Beach the Sea Pearl is right across the street from the beach. Thr hotel itself has a wonderful interior reception with common rooms alk along the ground floor level. There are fancier places nearby but this place has a uniqur charm. Staff is fruendly and helpful.

DO NOT EAT THERE. I can't comment on the rooms but the restaurant was ATROCIOUS. Ridiculously expensive, the food was DISGUSTING and the staff completely CLUELESS.
