AMAZING. Staff are so helpful and friendly. Rooms and pool area are always spotless. Food is lovely (especially Thai food) huge buffet breakfast available every morning - also caters for all dietary requirements. Definitely recommend all inclusive, so worth it! I accidentally left my Apple Watch there after our departure, they arranged to have it sent on to our next destination, again going above and beyond for us! Free water sports for all guests at the resort’s beach - what more could you want!

The breakfast was nice and the employees there were nice. Mr. Media was helpful with us too but I have to mention some points. 1- Late check in for 3 hours. 2- Lost luggage for more than 4 hours and when we called them they said “It could be in the resection!” The told us that they sent it but I walked in myself and found it there. So they kept telling lies. After I took it by myself then I called for something else, they told me that they sent the bag and asked if I got it or not! 3- the hygiene level is low. Will never change the towels you throw them on the floor and the bed sheets will be the same even if you’re staying for a week or so. 4- don’t you ever think of getting a private villa with a private pool. We booked two villas and both pools were for frogs only, the were full of frogs specially at night, 4-7 frogs having fun around the pool or sometimes in it. 5- Do not expect a good costumer service, they will never be on time except the boat. 6- The majority of staff were nice but few. Today one of the receptionists shout at me and kept talking Thai because I booked for someone to come to pick up our luggage sat 7 am and they didn’t come until 7:40 am. So I respected their time by booking 2 days earlier and getting my luggage ready one hour before but they will never care about your time my dear resident. I will upload a pic of how one of our bags looked like after the check out since the will never care about your luggage if it got lost or wet!

Location: Perfect Facilities : impeccable Activities available: Amazing Service: The best you’ll receive, couldn’t ask for more. Incredibly well looked after. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Best food we have ever had when going all inclusive! Our only complaint is that we have to go home…but we did extend our stay after falling in love with the resort. :D Would recommend to anyone, couple or family alike.

Mixed review of paradise, firstly at first arrival this place will take your breath away with its views and facilities. Unfortunately they was having work done by the main pool which covered it in dust, it’s not a huge issue but when spend a good amount of money to come here it’s not what You want. We waited a while for service when it came for drinks and suite struggled with air con and hot water. Stunning place and lovely staff. Don’t get really understand the need for a service charge when you literally being handed a bottle of water to take to your own sunbed 😂 Food great, but if you’re looking for more options and wide variety I don’t recommend. Breakfast, one of the best buffets I’ve ever had. Couldn’t do longer than a couple of days all inclusive here as you would get bored of the food. Ending on a bad note, we ended up having to be dropped at the different pier (which was not the problem) The problem was, everyone that was going home had there bags dumped on the side of the boat, with no help from the staff they just drove off. I don’t mind carrying my own bags but the issue I have is there is clearly a luggage trolley for staff use only. In the blistering heat there was a family left with all there stuff and they had young children. Not the best way to end our stay.

I booked two nights at The Village Coconut Island for my wife’s birthday. we travelled over by their private speedboat which runs on the hour throughout the day, it only takes about 5 minutes. Upon arrival we were taken to reception where we were met with a fruit drink and a refreshing cold towel. The reception staff walked us through setting up their app on our phones which meant we had direct access to the different departments, restaurants and room service as well as information about the resort, very handy! We had booked a Jacuzzi suite and were very happy with the size of the room, comfort of the bed and pillows and facilities. Food at the restaurant was great and even though two of the restaurants were currently closed due to just coming out of the Covid restrictions the menu’s were still available to choose from. All in all it was a very relaxing couple of days with the staff being only to eager and happy to give local advice or ideas of things to do. We must mention JP from reception as he was a real character and a lovely person to deal with! We look forward to coming back again to visit.

We are a family of 4, my husband found this hotel through a German travel page and the room price is very attractive. We love the location of the hotel a bit away from mainland, give us some quiet space. I have stayed in many 5 star hotel, the breakfast buffet and dinner menu is super good quality, with various local and international choices made with fresh food and fresh herbs. We stayed in 2 bedroom sea view villa, not directly in front of the ocean, but offers a layer of landscape to the ocean. The hotel service people are very friendly and always response to our request. Sometimes you can see they are not all experienced and organized but they have good mindset to serve. Unfortunately due to Covid impact not all place are open and some are short of maintenance. Hope with the reopening, it will become better soon. I am recommending the village coconut island to my friends.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel for two weeks. And we could easily have stayed two weeks more. The resort offer world class breakfast, that you never get tired of. The hotel is stunningly beautiful and the energy on the island is amazing. I’ve never experienced such a nice and professional staff - always smiling and welcoming. I would especially like to thank the executive Assistant Manager and Ms Yah from the restaurant for making our stay even better. We were worried about the transport between the mainland and the island. It turned out never to be a problem as the boat sails 24/7. So quick and easy. The hotel offers a high variety of different activities to do, so you are never bored. Tennis, water activities by the sea and access to bikes are just some of the many options to chose from. I would especially recommend the massage at the spa. The best I’ve tried so far. Overall an unforgettable experience, that I truly recommend to everyone.

We wanted an romantic and indulgent experience and that is exactly what we got at The Village Coconut Island. The staff were fantastic and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. It started the moment we arrived, picked up at the pier and driven to reception then to our villa. We arrived just after the restaurant had closed however they special made us some pizza. The room was spacious and clean and the private pool was really well screened with shrubbery to ensure privacy. The staff at both the restaurants open were so gracious and friendly, watching them interact with visitors was fantastic. The spa experience was so blissful, the therapists that we had were absolutely divine. Thank you to everyone there, we will definitely be back and plan on bringing the kids with us next time.

The island is amazing, it is slightly off the main land which add to opportunity to relax even more with out many other people around, whist been close enough to enjoy all the attractions Phuket offer. In addition the all inclusive food and drink option which is second to none, the food options are endless and of high standards offering Thai food, pizza, and many options to suit everyone. Added to the relaxing and restful location is the pristine beach’s and very attentive staff, nothing is an issue. If your look for a place that suits professional that want to get away or family place, this place is definitely worth coming to. I might be bias, as this this my second time here and I’ve loved it just as much as the first time 3yrs ago. Highly recommend it!

We stayed on Coconut island for 5 nights. We were fortunate to have a private pool villa with a sea ( limited) view. Staff at the front desk made checking in and out a breeze, and the waiting staff complimented them with fast, efficient and dedicated service. Our room was spotless and the shower toilet area massive in size. When reviewing any accommodation local or overseas is …. Would I stay there again? Most definitely!

An absolutely magical tropical paradise! Everything was amazing about our honeymoon experience at the Village Coconut! The food and drinks were phenomenal - every meal was an adventure with a wonderful variety of cuisine options. The staff were just remarkable - smiles all around! A big shout-out to all of the staff who went out of their way to make our stay truly spectacular. Can't wait for another escape to this oasis!

We have spent in The Village Coconut Island amazing two weeks family holidays. Everything was perfect starting from welcoming, accommodation, delicious food and amazingly friendly staff. There is also Kids Club with daily activities and babysitters. There are almost everyday night animations such live music or fire show. Hotel boat is cruising every hour to the Phuket mainland which is very convenient. Overall we truly recommend this resort to chill and relax in friendly atmosphere.

The environment, food and service were satisfactory. You will be having a very relax stay here by immersing in the nature. There are wide variety of complimentary activities to keep you active. The complimentary boat service is every 30 mins to mainland and operate 24 hours, do book the boat from hotel in advance. The breakfast was fantastic. The only downside is the room is quite old. The water heater does not work well.

Loved the location of this resort. Calm, serene, good interiors of the villa room which I had booked. The restaurant has very limited option for vegetarian Indian dishes, but we managed with the few what was available. The supporting staffs are very polite, front desk staffs are warm and friendly. Overall had a memorable experience and I returned to India with few good memories from this place.

What a wonderful place to stay and enjoy a break. How good is it? Well we booked to go back in 2024 before we had even finished our current stay. A great place away from the hustle and noise of the other areas. A easy boat ride to the mainland if that is what you want. But what about the food you ask? It was tremendous very tasty and plenty of it. The resort is currently undergoing large renovations, but this did not impact our stay and we are looking forward to see it all finished on our next stay.

Room Booked: Luxury Jacuzzi Suite. Price Paid: 10k THB for 2 nights including taxes, with only breakfast included. Overall Experience: Highly frustrating. The Good: The location on the beach is commendable the food at Kabang Restaurant is delicious Majority of the staff is very friendly. The Bad: The transfer and check-in process during low tide was not only time-consuming but also disappointing. We had to spend nearly 20 minutes at the reception to check in because the rooms were still being cleaned. Upon reaching our room, we were greeted by a well designed space. However, there was a huge cockroach in the room. The Jacuzzi was dirty, lacked privacy, and the light in the jacuzzi was not functioning. We requested the installation of a privacy screen, which was eventually installed 24 hours later, just as the sun was setting and mosquitoes made it impossible to use the Jacuzzi. So we could not use the jacuzzi at all in our 2 nights' stay! The shower area in the bathroom had poor drainage, and there was no hot water available. After being forced to endure a bath with cold water on the first day, we complained about both of these issues. Someone claimed to have fixed them, but unfortunately, it was late when the staff arrived, and we were tired, so we didn't check. The following day, we discovered that the issues had not been resolved, so we complained again. In the morning, someone came and fixed the drainage problem, but there was still no hot water. So, at 4 pm, we complained once more. We called the staff three times between 4 to 5 pm, and on each occasion, they assured us that someone would be sent, but no one arrived. Frustrated and tired of waiting, we finally called to inform them that we couldn't wait any longer as we didn't want to miss the sunset at the beach. We told them that we would have to bathe with cold water again and asked not to send anyone at that point as we wouldn't be able to answer the door. Disappointingly, the reception staff simply replied with an indifferent "OK" and hung up the phone. Overall, the experience was a massive letdown. We spent 10 days in Thailand and stayed at three different hotels. The Village Coconut Island Resort was the most expensive, leading us to expect the best, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst.

This Island is beautiful and so are its people. We booked a Villa with a swimming pool. It was perfect, everything you need in the room. Dryer, iron and extras like tooth paste and brush, ear buds… the breakfast is perfect, the food is really good. There is a water slide for kids, table tennis , board games and plenty for both adults and young. There are two large pools and the hotel is at a private beach so everyone who is there is at the hotel which gives a sense of safety. Bring lots of sunscreen! The Spa could do with some more hygiene. The steam room was dirty twice in a row when I went there. The showers were also dirty and filled with water everywhere. The kids will love this place, they have set activities for kids and also a baby sitting area. It was worth all the time being here. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay a beautiful memory

Absolutely amazing place to stay. Loved it. Romantic getaway lived up to expectations and grounds were kept immaculate. Favourite part of the day was breakfast by the beach. Entertainment in the evenings was always excellent. The only criticisms I have was the lack of a small supermarket on site (this was closed) to be able to buy snacks etc. limited choices in the foyer and mini bar was rarely replenished. Had to request room to be made up as sometimes this wasn’t done for 3-4 days which wasn’t expected for a 5* resort. However these are details that can be rectified and would stay again if the shop was open! When on holiday it’s not ideal to have to go without basic needs like snacks and drinks in the room.

Whilst the location and scenery are definitely 5*, the hotel and service unfortunately falls short into a 2-3* region. During our 2 week stay we had a number of issues with service, food, general cleanliness and condition of the resort. It was difficult to even speak with a manager and they would often keep you waiting, wasting your time. The food and beverage manager was very helpful and offered some free drinks to make up for shortfalls, and the restaurant manager was on the ball in the kitchen making sure our food came out hot and we were happy, but only after our complaint. The hotel food and drinks are more expensive than in the U.K., which is excessive for Thailand - I’d recommend not eating at the hotel as you can easily source meals for 10% of the cost elsewhere at a much better standard. As for all other aspects of the stay, the management neglected these issues and were generally unhelpful - particularly the reception manager who all but ignored a number of issues. A few issues, to name a few: - advertise tennis as free, yet ask for payment for balls/rackets/lights on tennis court. We did not pay for this during our stay due to the next point. - double booking of tennis courts, despite booking in advance we were told someone else was now on the courts, no resolution offered other than “to come back later” - upper hotel swimming pool (closest to reception) not cleaned for our full 2 week stay. This was only visible to us as we were at the pool for 07:30 almost everyday, and noticed the same sand and debris build up underwater on the bottom of the pool each morning. (Our Villa pool on the other hand did have leaves cleared from it daily). - swimming pool incorrect chemical levels, turning any white swimwear green - room service is slow and food comes at cold and at different times - excessive pricing of drinks at hotel - general admin errors in reception, such as pre-booking the ferry over the phone to the mainland hours before only to be told it’s “full” when you go to collect the ticket from reception. - Rat poo found in rooms - excessive dust found in rooms - Rat seen at breakfast All in all, it’s a beautiful place and I would recommend the experience, but not if your expecting 5* service.

We had a please of staying at this hotel in December 2022 and I must say this was one of the best placed we ever stayed at. Everyone on the staff, from managers to waiters, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel is also well-planned with all community buildings located at the heart of the village and bungalows around it. The location was also perfect, the island feels as if it were uninhabited and you are surrounded only by wild nature, but there is also a small local village hidden in the middle of the jungle. Surprising for this kind of place, there was no lack of entertainment. Every other week there would be a live music performance at the restaurant, free kayaking, paddle board, sail boating and cycling. Additionally, a free-of-charge hourly water taxi operates from hotels pier to the nearby mainland village, so you can escape to the big land at any time. There is no lack of space if you prefer a more secluded and lazy past time. The beach line is long enough for everyone to have lots of space and there are 2 pool with 1 being almost always empty and quiet.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Boat transfer service from the mainland is amazing, punctual and goes ever hr - every 30 min at peak times. Food at the hotel is delicious, breakfast buffet is great with wide selection of food choices. Service at the bar/restaurant is amazing (Kim, John, Bert, thank you!!). Used the free bikes to ride across the island but there are also free kayaks and paddle boarding available. Garden's at the resort are well kept and lush, overall, peaceful and relaxing experience.

Great atmosphere and food selection. Beautiful location The villa was beautiful with some minor issues. The staff were lovely, with some new staff members on board, some understanding is required and the level of service in general is great, although some patience is required. Overall a fantastic experience and I will recommend it, as well as return, as soon as we can. Thank you to all and especially Karen who worked tirelessly to make sure my family was taken care of.

What an amazing place with super kind, attentive, friendly staff; especially Hasan who bent over backwards to ensure my family had the most wonderful experience when the only issue we had cropped up. It was such a great response that I cannot thank him enough and hope he gets a promotion. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel for any family, and in fact for anyone. We have come back to home super relaxed and wishing we could have stayed

We had the best time. Th staff are amazing, very helpful and great you with a smile. The children where remembered by staff and well taken care of. The all inclusive is great value and makes not having to think about meals or drinks so easy. All entertainment that was on offer was fantastic and lots of fun and the movie night for kids was great

My wife and I stayed at The Village-Coconut Island in April 2022 for three weeks. From the very beginning, the front office management and staff made us feel comfortable and welcome, and proved quite prepared to go that extra mile to satisfy any little request we had. We had a two-bedroom villa with a sea view which was clean and quite spacious. Particularly appealing was the pool area. It was surrounded by exotic hedging, palm trees and plants which provided not only a 'jungle' feel but afforded privacy, and still did not affect the view of the sea. We even had a banana tree overhanging one end of the pool with two bunches of fruit attached. Nothing more satisfactory could have been expected from the staff in the dining area. All staff - cooking, serving, bar - worked together to provide a very enjoyable area in which to either eat or have a drink. There was a feeling of complete relaxation at any time, day or night. It is not often that you have such an enjoyable stay at a resort that you look forward to a return visit. However, that is the feeling we have about The Village - Coconut Island.

One word - paradise. It’s as beautiful as yours hoping it’ll be. The staff are unbelievably friendly, hospitable, personable - 10/10 customer service. The villas are really luxurious and feels like home away from home but with the 5* touch. The villas, gardens and facilities are well maintained and cleaned by the whole crew. The food quality and options is out of this world. Happy hour drinks from 5-7 are a must in the main bar! The spa is super beautiful and well priced also. The only downside is the beach/ocean. We couldn’t swim in the ocean once as there were way too many jellyfish in the water and on the shore, and the shoreline itself wasn’t super soft sand - it was quite gritty. You can still lie on sun loungers on the beach though. If you’re content just with pools then the resort is perfect. The boat service to and from the mainland runs every hour and needs to be booked in advance, but the service is great. Would definitely come back here for an RnR break!

Really nice resort, isolated and beautiful. Downsides to consider - it's on a remote island, only way to get to is by boat at specific times (not after 22:00 for example), and the on premise restaurant is quite expensive. Other than that great service, nice large rooms, great pool and beach front. Showers in the room could use a little maintenance as the shower head wasn't working the best.
