As a Marriott Platinum member, I would like to share my feelings about this hotel. I'm a person who doesn't demand too much and presume. This is my first stay after I upgraded to platinum member, and the experience is really bad: 1. It was nearly ten o'clock in the evening when we checked in. There was only one staff at the front desk. The welcome gift for check-in was basically useless, and we could only choose 500 points. Let me choose what's on the card and sign it, and when I ask if it's a welcome gift, the answer is vague. 2. When I entered the room, the child in the next room was crying and the door was open. I booked a room half a month in advance, and it was the first time I checked in. There was no upgrade in the room, even if you gave me a relatively quiet room. 3.F&B restaurant, I bought kebab from the street and took it to the restaurant to finish it. I ordered food and wine at the restaurant and the waiter came over and told me that I can't eat takeaway. First of all, you are a resort hotel, and secondly, if the guests want to eat, you stop it. Have you put the customer's experience and feelings first? Embarrassing guests. I can only take the food to the side of the road to eat and then come back. It's also great to push your members into this. 4. After returning to the room, my second room card disappeared. If room service finds the card inserted, you can remove it and put it on the table. But houseleeping took my room card. 5. I used the Marriott app to write my bad experience to the front desk, and the front desk apologized, but there was no apology and explanation in person when I checked out, which really made people doubt the sincerity of the apology. 6. There is no Marriott member privilege for check-in or check-out. I had to wait 15 minutes in line to check out and there was only one clerk at the front desk. Then there was still no apology or explanation. Platinum members have nothing but 500 points for staying at the hotel throughout the entire stay. To be honest, the advantages of the hotel are that the decoration is very new, the food in the restaurant is also very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. All I can say is that Four Point has refreshed my knowledge of Marriott and its members. I've stayed in Marriott's hotels from Europe to Asia, and the level of service is very bullying. No matter how high the hotel occupancy rate is, this trip makes me think that I should consider whether to continue the Marriott membership this year, rather than joining Hilton's room night challenge program.

The worst hotel I've ever been to in the world! And I was! According to hotel rules, the pool should close at 7pm. We took a room with access to the pool and all night there were people in the pool, swimming, playing and they didn't stop making noise until at least 1 am. In addition to having people in the pool all night people come onto our private balcony and sit in our balcony chairs. I felt completely insecure. When they said they would send security it didn't help. I am two girls in a room and I was really scared. I told all the officials and managers but it didn't help. They offered me to change to a regular room because that is what is left in the hotel, but they do not refund the money for the upgrade of the room with access to the pool. The hotel disclaims responsibility and only enforces laws that are convenient for it. No contact with any staff helped. It is important to note that I have been in excellent hotels in Phuket with access to the pool and this was not the case. In general, the rooms are relatively small for Thailand, the service is really not good in addition to many small things and it really ruined the experience. I recommend that you consider before you close a room in a hotel that you know in advance that you will receive such a service.

We stayed here in two different rooms since we went to Phi Phi island in between. First time was great and generally the hotel is pretty nice. Breakfast has a very good selection and the pool area is nice. The second time, we were put in a room (9316) right by loud construction which went on daily from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm. They knew about the construction and told us about it, so we asked for a different room at check-in but were told we couldn’t get a different room because we were upgraded. We went up to see what the noise was like and it was loud drilling right next to our room. We called and asked again to be moved but the hotel would not accommodate. No one should be put in the rooms in building 9 next to the construction. Poor planning on the hotel’s part and very disappointing as a Silver Elite member. Also, the rooms in that building face the street so it was noisy in the evening/night too and we heard the cars driving up to the hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights in an Ocean Front Room. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Very big and busy hotel, one thing I noticed they are very disabled friendly. The breakfast is well presented well stocked with a huge choice of dishes. The hotel sells local real ale which proved very popular. The hotel has a huge swimming pool in the main complex and a beach club on the seafront. My downside was the cocktails in the beach club me and my friends tried a variety and they were poor in terms of taste and presentation - training required. One final point hotel is also very family friendly they even have a childrens play area and a nursery which was secure and quite popular

It is a very modern hotel, the rooms are very complete and gives the feeling that everything is new. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Has a large television, iron, safe, stereo, etc. It is located on the beachfront and has 2 swimming pools, one in the front and one in the back. It also has several nice restaurants. The breakfast is amazing with a lot of variety and the quality of the food is outstanding. It has parking outdoor and covered. I will repeat the experience

A Four Star hotel with Five Star features. This place is a bargain for the modest nightly rate. The rooms were small but nicely decorated with a modern style. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. My only real issue with this Four Points was the weak AC that barely seemed to keep the room cool. Ordinarily, my girlfriend needs two blankets when it’s my turn to control the temperature but even she slept uncovered and complained. For a contained property, they used the space incredibly well. Most everything was open but by some visual tricks, the pool areas felt private and personal except for the Deck infinity pool which was for a trendier hipper crowd that wants to be seen. The breakfast buffet was easily in my top three for Thailand even when compared to resorts that were triple the price per night. Everything was prepared fresh and constantly available. Their coffee was only average but not enough of a demerit for me to be bothered. Even after the high praise for everything else, the staff was what really made the experience; friendly, helpful, and genuine. This will be my new spot for when I’m looking to cross to the other side of the island for a weekend escape.

My husband and I travel to Thailand for about a week and this hotel was the first one that we stayed at for about three days,. The first thing that I really liked was the hospitality with which they welcomed us. when you enter the hotel you may need to wait about 15 to 30 minutes For it to be your turn so that you can get your key and leave your luggage to go upstairs. Once you go upstairs you can enjoy a good mountain view or a good Sea view. We were in a Mountain View room which was nice. Feel free to check my Google Maps profile to see more photos of the view of the room next I’d like to talk about the breakfast. Also feel free to see the breakfast in provided meals in my profile on Google Maps, the meals were quite all right and the thing that made it different was the exotic fruits from Thailand that were served such as the passion fruit and dragon fruit. The only inconvenience for breakfast time was the long line that was sometimes formed, which made you wait for about 15 minutes to be able to get in But once you did, the rest was OK. make sure you try the soup they make you: choose the kind of meat you want and the kind of broth you’d like with toppings and they make you the best hot soup for breakfast which you can then bring to your table and enjoy. I also really like different kind of cheese they had and provided for breakfast since my husband and I went there for a honeymoon. They brought us fruit and cakes to our room actually first they brought us a cake but when we told them we don’t prefer sweets. They also brought us fruits, complementary ones. as for the hotel facilities, you can enjoy the pool by the street which is next to the hotel's mini cafe that serves meals and drinks, you can have them by the pool and they'll be charged to your room.and you can chill there, but can’t get quite athletic. It’s mostly for relaxation purposes, but if you wish to go for a real swim, you can go across the hotel and swim in the sea, the only problem is that you may get stung by some creatures in the sea, which was hurt for a few seconds, and would usually leave no marks. to tell you about the gym, It is well equipped. You can see the photos on my Google Maps profile. There are treadmills bikes, dumbbells, weights, and towels. as for the spa, the hotel will provide address to the best spas around it. My husband and I tried "relax now" spa, I have posted photos of it on my Google maps account. Try their scrub massage, it leaves the skin so smooth for weeks! try not to try the cheaper massage places by the street. It was one of the best spot experiences in my life overall, this hotel was nice and I’m happy I traded once.

We booked 3 nights on points here. While it had a great location, a Breakfast. Too many families with screaming children were here detracting from our experience. Great location, about 1200 meters from Bangla road. The food and drinks are a good deal here. The main pool is fun, as there is some music later on in the day. The rooms are decent, and can keep the cold air in! The breakfast is a great spread, with just about anything available. Comfortable bed, and pillows. Didn’t receive an upgrade at the time of check in as a Gold. There was a convention in town, that might have been it. Plenty of street food right in front of it, and a couple of dispensaries within a 5-7 minute walk of the hotel. The hallways and doors aren’t very good at isolating noise. Unfortunately you can hear loud people. Unfortunately a lot of families with young children do come here, so as a result you do hear the kids at night sometimes, and other times at the pool. Still though, this hotel has a fair share of people having fun throughout the night so it’s a perfect setting for a fun night out.

Mid scale hotel with 600keys, good breakfast with variety international for your selection with delicious and tasty. Pool access for family and kids, Optional pool with sea view also here. In room clean and comfy with good bedding and good make up and service from all staffs in very facility. -1 star due to some seafood freshness cannot beat local restaurants outside the hotel.

This is a fairly new hotel with good amenities and location. This hotel however attracts mostly families with kids. It's more geared towards family vacation than for couples in my opinion. Not the type of crowd u want to be with if u are looking for a more quiet and romantic environment. There are other hotels that are geared towards this need/preference. There are two pools here, the longish ones that are connected to pool access rooms tend to have more kids playing in them. The pool depth is 1.2m consistent around and requires adult supervision as it is considered deep for kids. The other pool which is located at the beach club, is geared more towards serving adults/party goers. U can order alcoholic drinks and some food here. The hotel is operating at a high capacity at the moment with a lot of guests (Its still within the monsoon season in Jul), so they have opened up another restaurant for breakfast. The beach fronting restaurant (next to the beach club) - tends to attract adults. Families tend to go the main restaurant next to the pool access rooms as its where the hotel rooms are located. If u want to avoid families with kids, head over to the other one - its just a short 2 to 3 mins walk from the lobby ;)

We LOVED four points. The service was excellent. We arrived at around 23 pm to the hotel, went to have a shower and had problems with the temperature, called the reception and they took care of it immediately and remotely. After being fixed they called again to make sure it was sorted. Every request and problem we had was dealt with so easily and efficiently. The room was beautiful and clean, designed nicely. We ordered room service one day and the food was excellent. We enjoyed the pool everyday, morning and evening with great cocktails and other beverages. Our stay was absolutely great and we are looking forward to our next visit!

New hotel at the end/beginning of Patong beach so it is more relaxed and quieter than the rest of the beach further up. It has excellent staff, nice pool and sunbathing area with a bar. Our room had a very comfortable bed and a huge TV. You might want to check what type of view you are getting with the standard room. We stayed in a room with a balcony and a beach view and it was perfect. There is a nice restaurant and the staff will make dishes off the menu if you have dietary restrictions. Breakfast spread is enormous and servers go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

My wife and kids enjoyed our stay here. We got the family suite and my daughter loved the huge bathtub in the kids room and the nautical theme of the room as a whole. The location is great if you want to swim at the beach, less great if you want to go to shops and stores. Comparing the facilities to something you would find in the US, it's easily a 5 star hotel, compared to what you ordinarily find in Thailand it's so far beyond that. I highly recommend the place. The front desk is rather more busy than I would like, but that is more the fault of the sandbox quarantine rules enforced by the government than anything else. It took a while to get checked in, but once we were in, all was good. The included breakfast has to be one of the best parts though, the amount of choice available and the quality of the food was top notch. Obviously some of the things I am used to eating in the US was in short supply or not quite the same, but you shouldn't be coming to Thailand to just eat the same old stuff that you would eat at home. The pool that stretches around the central lounge area is also a treat. The only complaints I could give is that the minifridge in the room was even more mini than I would like (not enough room to keep more than a few things in it which wouldn't be a problem for a single person or couple but a whole family needs a little more room as this was the family suite) and there was no microwave. Not that either of those things is unusual for Thailand, but for a 5 star western style resort they were the only disappointments.

We stayed pool access room for 9 nights. Lovely room although was not too big however it got what we need. Bed was comfortable the only thing is the shower/hot water system was not consistent but wasn't really bother us. The restaurant is always busy in the morning to but staffs turnover quick, buffet breakfast was really cool and never get bore with variety. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The air conditioning is fantastic, it smells fresh and clean. The staff are very friendly and wonderful. The location is very central. The restaurant is really good. Improvement could be made to the sign post to elevator in the apartment floors for safety reasons. And the shower heads should have two speed option. A convenient store and money xchanger and international ATM located in the hotel or around the corner would be good addition. Very pleasant hotel.

Overall experience acceptable. Pros: The air conditioning is fantastic, it smells fresh and clean. The staff are very friendly and wonderful. The location is very central. It’s very new 2022 so the room are very nice and bright. Cons: In term of service the hotel do not offer any ATM or exchange. The pool closes at 8pm 9-10pm would have been better considering the pool is not nearby any room so the noise wouldn’t be a problem. A booked a pick up at the airport and nobody came so I have to book myself a taxi which was annoying because it was an engagement celebration trip and there no attention to the details… only “happy celebration” was on the bed other than that nothing special.

Love it. Love the fruits they keep sending, love everything about the hotel. Perfect for kids. Get the 1 bedroom suite or theme rooms. Buffet breakfast is great. Kids room is great. Both pools are good. Restaurants on site (Sears & co) is great. Right opposite the beach. All good. Feedback to improve already awesome hotel:- 1) in bathroom add more hooks or the retractable string to hang wet clothes after pool. 2) provide smaller cups that fit in the coffee machine 3) have option to buy beach/pool toys at lobby 4) have an in house massage/spa 5) at breakfast label the types of dim sum (some people don't eat pork or beef and don't know the content of the dim sum, same for the sushi at dinner buffet) 6) Don't charge 50 thb for Ice. :) 7) have choices of type of duvet (light/heavy) the ones provided are quite heavy and keep you Very warm in the room. Booking tip: don't book the room on the first floor as this is where Mose people pass to reach the many lifts for each blocks, it gets noisy outside as everyone is passing your rooms.

This place was absolutely stunning! One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in- I was shocked that it wasn’t 5 star! It certainly should be- the pools are amazing with your choice of infinity pool or the pools all Around the restaurant! Everything is beautiful for the most amazing selfie moments- the bed and pillows so comfortable and the staff exceptional! With a special mention of grace in the breakfast restaurant who delivered outstanding service, remembering our names - and coffees every morning- making our stay one of the most memorable holidays ever. The restaurant sears and co has wonderful food and excellent signature cocktails! I will definitely be back again! Just stunning 🤩

Great rooms and service. Lots of things are close by. Love the pool. The room is neat and air-conditioned well. It rained one day, and the floor was slippery. They didn't have a careful wet floor signs, and people got injured. Staff was fast in resolving the problem. The food served for breakfast and finner was great! So many options and all delicious. Would come again.

I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton in Patong, Phuket, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's location is prime, nestled in Patong yet comfortably away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road. One of the highlights for me was the proximity to numerous halal food eateries, which added a lot of convenience to my stay. The beach near the hotel is simply great – perfect for those who appreciate the beauty of Phuket's coastline. The hotel itself exudes class and elegance. The pools are fantastic, especially those facing the beach, offering a serene and beautiful view. While the rooms are a bit small in terms of square meters, this minor detail is easily overshadowed by the overall quality of the stay. The hotel is definitely kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. The breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience. Not only was the food amazing, but they also offered halal food options, which were clearly signposted. This attention to detail and inclusivity was much appreciated.

We had an amazing stay. The service was phenomenal. From the minute you walked in Praew was smiling and so helpful. Her attention to detail was amazing. The assistant manager Ben was extremely helpful and professional. Sao was so friendly. Whenever he saw our daughter at the pool, he would stop to say hi and bring her something to play with. We can't fault anything.

Where to begin. It was the perfect vacation. We asked for a quiet room. We got a quiet room even though the hotel was fully booked at times during our 2 week stay. The rooms are very nice. Most of them have no balcony which makes drying your clothes - either from swimming or the high humidity - kinda hart. But they have a clothesline in the shower so you can at least dry your clothes there. Mini fridge for all your things that need some cooling is in the room. Ice is supplied at no charge. You just need to call reception for it. The beds were wonderful. The linen exceptional. Air conditioning super quiet. TV big with tons of stations, movies and something for everyone. But for us the real showstopper was breakfast. Never have I ever seen such a great selection. The staff was just wonderful and super friendly. Gift and Don our servers made everyday a celebration. Even if breakfast was busy at time, the waiters take you orders for drinks and will get you all the coffee specialties hot and cold that you desire. If it’s super busy just try the breakfast at Sears and Co right on the road/beach. Same selection. Just less people. All in all it was a wonderful vacation. Thanks again everyone at Four Points.

Fantastic hotel, best breakfast anywhere in the world. Besides the quality and choices, it even has a fresh fruit island that you make your own choices of juice. The hotel is very new and has lots of restaurants nearby too. Buffet dinner is also great choice 👍🏻 Lots of pools large and small and of course lots of bars at your service 😁

A beautiful hotel with an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean. The rooms are clean & spacious with a good size balcony overlooking the ocean as well. A very good location to everything. The food in the restaurant has specials every night & the breakfast buffet is amazing with omelettes made to order, fresh baked croissants fresh fruit & the best lattes. The service staff is very well trained always greeting you by name with a BIG SMILE.My cleaning lady even showed me how she makes the elephants out of towels that she places on the bed each day. I certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Phuket.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Relatively new hotel in the north of Patong. Nice and spacious rooms but without a balcony or windows for ventilation. The rooms seem damp. No children's pool, it is incredibly loud and full of Chinese and Russian people who are simply a nuisance for Europeans with their inconsiderate nature. The service is great, the breakfast buffet is extensive. The food at the pool and drinks at the pool par are unfortunately lower category for Thailand for the high price.

You cannot go wrong with this marvellous hotel. New and I hope they maintain it well. Pools are great and clean. 2 mins walk to beaches and very clean. Rooms are so clean and great place to stay. Only issue encountered was shower water was cold and hot and difficult to adjust.

This is my first day stay and they serve awesome range of buffet breakfast (international) no doubt about it. Great breakfast adds energy for the whole day! Love it. The best point to it was their price. Very reasonable price for everything. Servicing staff all on point. Thailand is indeed the land of smiles

Amazing location and facilities. Big pool all around the hotel and the beach just across the street. Staff was very attentive and friendly. After checking out early in the morning, they stored out luggage and late in the evening, after coming back from a long day tour, they allowed us to use their facilities and shower before going to the airport. We appreciated that very much!!!

The hotel is just besides Patong Beach. It is within walkable range to town center. Grab is convenient if you would like to take taxi. Hotel facility is tidy and clean. All staff are very friendly. And I would like thanks Ms Kelly at Sears & Co. The restaurant does not service mango for breakfast. She helped to check with the kitchen and offered us mango sticky rice. We will choose this hotel for next trip to Phuket.

All of the staffs are very professional, extremely nice and efficient. The hotel itself is only 2 years old. Love the family one which is the one we only stay. Swimming pools are nice and very suitable for kids as well. Just across the road is the beach already. Many restaurants and food stalls around hotel, easy accesses everywhere. Love it 😍 kids club is amazing too!

The hotel was great with pools everywhere. The room was fine, and staff were ever willing to help. It's location is right across from the beach and just far enough away from the crazy Bangal St. Breakfast buffet was typical for Southeast Asia with a mix of Western and Asian foods.

Very close proximity to the infamous Bangla street. Hotel is a street away from the beach within walkable distance. Location is perfect, quiet but not far from where the action is. Lots of food stalls by the beach with plenty of options. Check in and out was fast and seamless. I arrived at noon and did not have to wait too long before a room was assigned (due to availability). There’s a decent sized pool overlooking the beach/ ocean with many lounge chairs available.

I had a 3 night's stay with my mum and sister, we enjoyed the hotel very much. The room was clean and the bed were very nice( not too firm nor soft) to sleep. Breakfast was the highlight of our stays, thumbs up to the chef. Maybe less salty would be perfect. However, the services at the lobby were bad. My checked in time were much longer, compared to other hotels that I had stayed before. The checked out was even worse, the manager called Hannah was not sincere and interested in customer feedbacks. She was more interested (it seems)to talk her way out of our feedback. She seemed untrained in handling the final billing transactions. Hence, my checked out took much longer than it needs. The concierge was giving very extremely vague information and no suggestions at all.

This hotel is relatively new and has decent facilities. Staff are extremely friendly and Breakfast above average if a little busy. A few things to note: the rooms are well equipped but very small, the hot water is scolding. Noise can be an issue. Reception can get busy and I recommend using a booking agent as we found it impossible to get the reservation correct over the phone even after several email exchanges. It also seems that breakfast is not an option on their website. Overall, decent value.

Right in front of the beach. Walking distance to food, night life and local local area as well. It's a bit further north of the island so it's not too crowded. You can find touristy restaurants and truly local restaurants within walking distance (but different ways). Room is very comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Great breakfast choices. We love everything about this place. Their Pool area in front of the hotel is a great place to hang after breakfast and throughout the day. Love it!

You have to pay a deposit when you book in and they tell you that when you leave, they’ll take away what you spent and return the rest of the deposit to your account. It has now been 45 days and my deposit has not been returned. I have messaged them and emailed. They just now replied on booking.com - we understand but what can we do. I can’t believe it and am so disappointed. I really thought this was a nice hotel. it’s Thailand and I don’t even have any recourse about complaining about them there. Wouldn’t have stayed if I knew I’d lose my money

We stayed for 13 nights for our honeymoon. The cleanliness of the rooms is incredible. The breakfast variety is suitable for every culture. You cannot stay hungry. Everything is so delicious and satisfying that after breakfast, you only get hungry for the evening. The pools are also very nice. There is nothing to say especially about its proximity to the beach. staff is very relevant. I would definitely recommend to stay in this hotel. As a negative, the hotel is very busy and crowded orders come a little late. Also, it is very difficult to find an umbrella in rainy times. You may have to wait.

We stayed here in Oct 2022 and loved every part of it. The room was nice and clean, not too big but not small as well. The location is perfect as it is close to the bustling Patong beach and staff were extremely helpful and attentive at all times. Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel with too many options to choose from. Food in restaurant is reasonably priced and portion size is huge. We were very happy with our stay here and would visit again. Note : They take a refundable deposit of 3000 baht, which seems to be the norm in Thailand.
