This is not a disabled-friendly hotel. Lobby is located above street level and accessed via a set of stairs. Room was alright. Hotel is dated but serviceable. Housekeeping was good standard, and room serve was attentive and prompt. Hotel is located by the sea and sea facing rooms provide a nice view with a walk across the road to reach for a dip in the ocean, but as it's also along a main road and traffic noise is noticeable and not for light sleepers. Not for the security conscious as facility is easily accessible without control. Breakfast came with room, with fair selection of food and beverages, but nothing to shout about. Location is a distance from town centre and can be quite a walk to get there.

The room was spacious, well organised and clean even when the resort building seems a bit old. The staff members were very polite, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The pool was not in its best shape but still decent. The toiletries were adequate and of the right quality. The view of patong beach was scenic (had to be mentioned here - USP). Special shout out to the reception lady, Pad Thai and Spaghetti(tomato base). It felt like a home away from home at the resort. πŸ™‚

My wife and child spent 1 week in Patong beach walking and beach hopping. The Hotel was well located, a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and markets of Paton beach. The breakfast is amazing and fresh. The pool is great and hotel over all is really nice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Great stay.

This hotel was filthy, floors were never swept the bathroom unit round the sink wasnt wiped once our all stay and the bedding wasnt changed in our 2 week stay , if i could give it 0 stars i would, one day we didnt get any grey towels, i put grey as i wouldnt use these at home to wipe a dogs feet. supposed to be white. The breakfast im not even going to comment as was cold and disgusting only decent thing was the orange juice. the main lady on receptionist was rude every day our room card wouldnt work and we had to go every day for a new room card. The hotel is in a lovely quiet area of patong loveky sea and pool views but that is all it as going for it, spoke to other guests who had been pre covid and they were shocked at the decline of this hotel as said in its day it was lovely, my opinion is dont BOOK THIS HOTEL unless it as a major clean up, only 1 bar open the spa and hairdressers were shut but advertised as open very very poor, management get a grip

Location was perfect! Away from the busy Bangla street but not too far away with a 10min short walk to get you there. The breakfast didn't have much variety. We also didn't have hot water for two days which was eventually sorted. The sliding door in our room was also abit damaged. The hotel itself seems to be short staffed after the Covid lock downs and they could've done more to keep guests at the hotel by opening the fire pizza ovens, offering cocktails to guests, creating some sort of vibe to keep your guests entertained abit.. Overall friendly staff and a great location away from the busy streets.

This place was a good deal for us. Its location makes it unique on Patong beach. The hotel is well away from the crowd, clubs and shopping centres. So you can have a quiet and peaceful environment while having a 15ish-minute walk to the busy areas. The pool is amazing. staff bring towels to the pool regularly. You can swim in the pool, take a rest and have a drink on the side and if you want quickly go to the beach and lay down on the white beach sands. We enjoyed our time there. The only down point for us was the breakfast buffet. We did not have breakfast on the reservations. We first wanted to buy but the price did not seem reasonable for 300baht for each person. We decided to have breakfast every day outside or buy things from local superstores.

Seaview Patong Hotel has such great views of Phuket Bay. We received excellent service from Mr Noon, manager, the waiters and general staff. The breakfast was excellent! We will definitely come back!!

The property is at very best location, coast of the Andaman sea. It's big property. Staff is less when we visited. Water only two bottles per day. No room service after 8 pm. Book from agoda for good discounts. Overall good stay. Staf needs to learn English.

Currently staying at The Seaview Hotel in Pa Tong, Phuket, Thailand. As you will see this is a 4 star hotel but it really is extremely good. Muk and Moon are excellent hosts and the staff are all exceptionally good and friendly. The food and accommodation is very good. I hope that my photos give you a feel for the place. I've included some evening shots as well. It is situated on the coast road at one end of Pa Tong beach where it is more peaceful but its only a short walk from amenities such as restaurants, launderette and a seven eleven. A little further down and you get to the main attractions.

Our stay at the hotel was disappointing considering the price paid for the stay. The room was of decent size and included a balcony facing the pool and the sea shore. The furnishing was quite dated and not up to the mark. The size of the washroom and the quality of fittings were not appealing. No locks on the washroom door from the inside and even the washroom door handles were not easy to use for shutting the doors from outside. The breakfast options were limited and barely satisfactory.

Unfortunately our stay weren't very present, checked in at 7pm tired from a long drive, our room were flooded with water from the ceiling. No room available to change so they sent staffs to the room to clean and fixed the leak, over an hour noone inform me if the room was ready i had to go ask them myself, went to the room was still damp and dripping. We were frustrated and just accepted it and went to bed. Nothing compensated or apology offered, no manager on property? We stayed 3 nights and each day we went out and come back our keys weren't working and had to go to front desk to validate again and again. In my opinion, it's very unacceptable.

Disappointed with my stay at this Hotel. Old fashioned furniture, taps and switches. Maintenance is not proper. You will not have a charging socket here near except in bathroom. You have to plug charger in bathroom socket and thats so funny. Balcony door was jammed and its not easy to open that. Everything about this hotel is pretty old and not upgraded with current age, you will get bad smell all time of that old furniture. Breakfast is very average with no live menus. Overall very unpleasant stay. Will not recommend this to my Indian friends. Only one positive we can say is hotel location. Rest is all horrible.

The hotel is run down. Needs a refresher. Rooms are mediocre, not 4 star. We booked via an agency and we're given 6 x THB300 Spa vouchers. The hotel says the Spa is shutdown. No alternate was given. The pool Bars and restaurants never operated for the 7 days we stayed there. The Breakfast is standard everyday no creativity in menu. The dinner restaurant is understaffed and nobody understands English. Nobody knows when the restaurant closes, but when you order and wait for 30 minutes after 9pm, and ask for your meals, we were told the restaurant is closed. Rooms are not priperley cleaned or only cleaned when you get back at 5pm, ready to relax in your room. Then the room is cleaned in 5 MINUTES??? The hotel ran out of bath towels. The poolside lights are switched off by 7pm. There is no Xmas ambience in the hotel. The only good thing I found was the location. It is placed at the right spot away from the hustle & bustle but vlose to the swimming beach.

Good location, hotel was nice. Our room backed immediately onto the pool which was a little bit loud. Food room service was expensive and strange flavours to the dishes

We travel a decent bit and a hotel room represents just 2 things - a place to sleep and shower. We are not too fussy and our expectations are a clean room, with a comfy bed, decent pillows, a shower with plenty hot water and water pressure. This hotel has unbelievably clean rooms - they get clean d every day - but there is almost no water pressure and hot water is a pipedream. The service at the bar was slow, but then there are so many bars around you... Breakfast was included and exquisite. More food than what anyone can eat.

I had a balcony with a beach view and it was wonderful waking up to the sound of the waves crashing. In the morning, people would sell newly caught fish at the beach. Bangla Road is a 15 min walk. This place is quiet and far from the partying. Walk 5 minutes to mini mart, currency exchange, several restaurants, inexpensive spas, bars, laundry. The bed, pillows and room were comfy. However, the heavy rains were not good to Phuket and rain got in the bathroom. I was quickly moved to a first floor room that walked out to the pool, hence, losing my beach view. The staff are very nice. The bkfst buffet is plentiful for 300 bht. Walk 10 minutes and you can find other options. For the price and location, this was a very feasible choice for me.

The hotel is in front of Patong beach, great location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Nice pool. I stayed 4 amazing nights in this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped with many facilities (air conditioning, umbrellas, beach bag, beach towels, water, coffee, tea etc). Perfect location with the sea view, only a street separates the beach. The hotel is also at the end of the main street so noise does not reach it. Large pool with comfortable sunbeds. Restaurant also with a large selection of dishes and reasonable prices (for guess without a meal purchased). And the most important - the most kindest service, always smiling and very helpful. We are very happy to choose this place!

Let me share all the pros and cons of this hotel which I felt during my stay there: PROS - Neat rooms with amazing view of Patong Beach - Quick Service (unlike other resort, in this resort the receptionist shared her whatsapp number with me and whatever I need, I just had to message her and thats it) - Very helpful staff - Beach View(Look at the pictures) - Bathtub - Chocolate milk was the best in Breakfast buffet - 20 Mins walk and you will reach Bangla Road and enjoy the Nightlife of Phuket. CONS - Bit far from Bangla road (Holiday Inn in that case is the better option if you are looking at a 4star hotel near Bangla road) - No Jet in Toilet (all you have is toilet paper which I am OK with, but some of you might not be) - Very limited option in the breakfast buffet. Conclusion If you are looking to enjoy your trip at a peaceful place which is not very close to bangla road(night parties) then this is the best hotel in Patong. (have a look at the pictures)

Perfectly located, this hotel was really my best choice. Its in the hub of everything. The staff really is the cherry on top. Most friendly and genuine people. Amazing service, very attentive and always happily helpful. Best service from Muk, Noon and Apon. Always going out of their way to ensure we have the best time. Thank you Seaview Patong. You guys rock!! I will definitely be back!

Feel at home Hotel on the beach. Equipped rooms with balcony, good overall service, prestige view of 3km Patong beach with variety of water sports and lots of Thailand ongoing in traditional day-to-day activities. Value for money, dont miss this one.

This has to be the finest hotel in Phuket. An amazing seaview facing property with great staff. I would highly recommend to take a Grab from the property to visit the Night Market open over the weekend. You get the best stuff. We also happened to visit the Monkey point which gives an amazing view of Phuket. The breakfast at Seaview was good. Bangla Street, about a km away is a place to visit. Do not get carried away by the people approaching to visit the shows. The vibe is brilliant. The roadside stalls adjoining the beach is good.

Great place with a view. If you want a place of solitude then this place is nice. The hotel is just a walk away from the local public beach. The room albeit small is rather cozy so it’s better for staying with a partner. And the breakfast there has a variety of selection. Tours can also be booked at the hotel so it’s highly convenient. All and all a memorable place
