Beautiful hotel. Great mixture of Thai traditional designs & modern architecture. Excellent variety in breakfast buffet. Had an issue with double booking & had to cancel & ask for refund but the concierge was unwilling to assist. For the pricing of this level of accommodation was expecting cooperation & first class service, start to finish. The staff overall was extremely courteous and helpful but just takes one staff member to kind of ruin an otherwise pleasant experience. Definitely a worth while place to visit. Hope that future staff members (concierge) are better trained in mindfully accommodating their guests.

We stayed at a lot of different resorts in the world and this is definitely one of our favourites. The rooms (we had mountain view rooms where great. Staff wonderful throughout. Buffet breakfast amazing. The Pine lounge bar at the beech is great. The resort is relatively new. 2019, hardly used given covid. Highly recommended

My experience during this stay was outstanding. The property is new, clean, comfortable and kept in an excellent condition. The staff were impeccable and totally working together across different departments. You never had to repeat your request twice and each staff had a basic understanding of English you didn't have to struggle to explain yourself. Food at the different restaurants were also good as with the massage. You literally do not need to leave the hotel if you are here for a short weekend. Places for improvement - it would be nice to have seating areas at the ground floor of each hotel block with a phone service to wait for the buggy or wait for house cleaning to be done. It would also good to have cozy shaded seating areas throughout the estate as well instead just at the reception block or beach side. The property is split between mountain side and beach side with a tunnel connecting the section, this broke up the seamlessness of the property. I think they attempt to be as wheelchair friendly as possible and offering buggy service for those who cannot walk much or climb stairs. However, the strange thing is that though there are handles and steps into the pool, there are steps without handles before getting into the pool area (with the beach side pool only offering a step free access). I totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Beautiful hotel with amazing Spa! The service is outstanding and each and every one from the stuff members will welcome you with a blessing anytime they see you during the day. The beach side had great pool and tasty food at the beach restaurant. The room cleaner notice that my daughter had birthday cause she saw the balloons in the room and at evening time we got special cake to the room - you guys are so amazing, what else you can ask for when any employee is taking care and doing the extra mile for you to have the best time at your vacation!

The hotel is amazing,I loved all the pools and beach area, the staff went above and beyond, especially in the beach /reception and concierge areas, it was so clean and well organised,the food was excellent and of great quality especially the wood fired pizzas,and breakfasts. The hotel made my first trip to Phuket to come back to a beautiful room and air conditioning,the gardens and water areas with the chapel are like a dreamworld,if I had woken up after a coma I would truly think I was in heaven. Thank you so much for an unforgettable life time bucket list experience.

Fantastic resort. Immaculate grounds, clean, comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Amazing staff and service. Extremely personal yet not intrusive service. This is a tough art to master! Wonderful food and beverage, immaculate beach area and many lovely, well-kept pools. I didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to return.

Beautiful Hotel and facilities. The bed is very comfortable, the rooms are big, garden is beautiful, big pools, private pool for the villas. You will find everything you need and don’t need at this hotel. The service is outstanding. I think this is the best place you can stay at when you’re in Phuket. And of course the amazing SPA and our beloved butler - Honey.

Amazing hotel, has an exclusive design, the staff was incredibly kind and hospitable. The rooms we stayed in were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable including a large tub and shower. We had the most stunning balcony montain view. Many cuisine options, but breakfast was a bit disappointing since they served the same menu every morning, we expected more variety. I mostly enjoyed the hotel's beach side and the Pine Bar. Thanks Intercontinental Phuket, we truly enjoyed our stay 🤍

The hotel is very beautiful, rooms are very well designed and spacious also they are very clean. So many facilities at the hotel such as gym, tennis court, kids area and pools are located in both hotel area plus there is a beach access and amazing view. On the other hand, I’m not very satisfied with the food service, for breakfast the only option Available is Asian food and for the whole stay it was the same breakfast menu it doesn’t accommodate for international which I had to eat only fruit and egg every day. Thus, I had a bad experience with one of the restaurants they did not accept to take an order only after 8 min of the last order, even though they are still preparing other’s order, which I had to take room dining which only serve Asian food after 9.3pm Thank you for the experience and I hope you take the recommendations in consideration

Absolutely outstanding service and hotel rooms. We stayed for a week and were loved by Intercont staff. Leo and Anna in the Pine restaurant made the pool drinks and swims very enjoyable and our 3 year old son loved them both. It seems the team is working very well together and you never need to repeat your request twice. "Instant Service" in the hotel room is just outstanding! Would love to have it at home too :)

Booking this hotel was the best decision I've ever made. Top of the notch facilities, breathtaking architecture and views and amazing staff. If you are visiting phuket I could not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms and facility as a whole are so well taken care of. Staff members truly go out of their way to give you a 10/10 experience. Also really tasty food and great selection available. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent. The rooms were very comfortable, the staff was always helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and many different choices, although it can get very crowded at rush hours. There are 5 swimming pools to choose (one for members only), all were very nice and spacious. Some rooms have direct access to the pool, and the villas have their own. By the Pine bar, there's also access to the beach. The restaurants were also good. The Pine beach bar was excellent and the staff was marvelous. There is music and event during the weekend. Don't expect too much from the gym, but the spa service is good. You can ask for a pickup with their electric cars.

[Oct-2022] Truly amazing hotel and great beach view. The decorations and design of the rooms is beautiful although it's not that spacious. There three types of views for the rooms , on near the street, one facing the spa and pool , and the last one with beach view. I stayed on first two and it's almost identical designs. The staff are very kind and helpful, especially miss May. She helped us organizing many of our reservation and tour trips. The hotel facilities are top quality especially the restaurants. Price might be high but still its highly recommend to spend a few nights there to enjoy the beach view and great service

The service in the hotel was very good. The staff all have the best manners and can help with what ever you need. I will definitely come again

First of all, I’ll like to start with talking about how this hotel have the best service I saw so far. While I stayed at the hotel, my sister had a birthday and the cleaner in the morning of her birthday saw all the balloons and in the afternoon we got a happy birthday cake to our room. The hotel is located in a place that is not too far from everything but in the other hand not too close to markets. The hotel is separated into two parts, one in each side of the road but there is a tunnel that goes under the road to move between the sides of the hotel safely. In one side of the hotel, there is the lobby, two pools, one restaurant, the spa temple, a tennis court and a gym. In this side there are the regular rooms and the rooms with the private pool outside. In the other side of the hotel there are 2 restaurant and a bakery, one big pool and another pool that is just for the people that are in the club and connection straight to the beach. The rooms in this side of the hotel are the club rooms that cost more money but give you access to things you can’t do without the club like the pool. If you need to switch between the sides of the hotel you can call the lobby and ask for a pick up to the beach or to the lobby. I was in the club room so the picture of the view to the pool is the view that I had in my room. In conclusion, I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel and I think this can be a great choice for your vacation in Phuket!

Great Hotel, lovely location if you want to stay away from the craze of the usual tourist areas in Phuket, great beach with an amazing beach bar (Pine Bar) right on the beach with great food and amazing variety of food and lovely staff.. rooms are very modern and beautifully done, quite spacious too with nice balconies. my room was in the building that is across the road from the beach with a mesmerizing mountain view, it was on the fourth floor where there is an astonishing infinity pool. great staff especially front desk and the Pine Bar staff. We were skeptical at first but blown away when we arrived. The hotel grounds are spectacular,The service was impeccable, the Spa was incredible and the kids club was beautiful. Laundry services were expensive and the kids club is fairly new so no camps yet. Keep note this is not a hotel for kids but it strikes a fair balance. The food was also great.

Amazing stay. The private pool villa was our favourite. We tried 3 rooms due to availability of booking throughout our stay during Thai new year. The staff were so lovely, friendly and accomodating. The grounds and the rooms are very beautiful and new. We very much enjoyed the beautiful spa, the beach, the pools, the bar and the 24 hour menu and buffet breakfast. The fruit is so flavoursome. The air conditioning is very comfortable and the beautiful bath tubs are a treat. Coffee and tea and little treats in our room. Bath salts, bath kits etc. We had the best stay and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you to the wonderful staff who so kindly looked after us. Alethea and Luke Sydney, Australia
