Made my booking online and was requested by the hotel to pay the whole sum in advance by bank transfer to their account. Did as they requested. After two days I sent a cancellation request. The cancellation was registered within the free cancellation period. It took me two months to get refunded. The correspondence with the rude stuff (or maybe it was the owner himself?) turned out pointless as they kept claiming that "they are working on it". Only when booking.com stepped in I was able to get my money back. Can't say anything about the quality of the rooms in the hotel, the pool or the restaurant. My advice is to avoid paying in advance to the hotel by bank transfer.

Super friendly and helpful staff who speak good English. Room is spacious, basic and comfortable. Bathroom is of good size, only problems there is mould on the shower curtain. Air-conditioning works well. Free wifi, tv with international channels.

Great place to stay. ARI the manager is very helpful and friendly. The staff look after you. Food is very good and fresh. The pool is clean and large. Close everything and far enough away its quiet. I will be back.

**ETK Patong Resort, Phuket** I recently visited the ETK Patong Resort in Phuket, Thailand, and I had a great time. Overall reasonable for the price. Beds were uncomfortable. Bathroom was had a sloppy renovation. Insufficient lighting and no outlets by the beds. They replaced the hot water unit (kudos for the service) yet we still only got moderately hot water in the shower.

What's not to like .....? All we could come up with after two weeks is the balcony chairs could do with an extra cushion! Well situated. Comfortable room. Lovely pool. Short walk to the beach. Great restaurant for breakfast etc. Pretty much everything you need for a great stay. The owner of the hotel was as genial as you could hope for one to be. If you don't know Patong - it's busy and lively, but that worked for us as we had teenagers as well as adults.

The Owner is really a gent and kind person. They build up new rooms. Very beautiful room I had. The price is very fair for 1000 baht a night. The staff was not really friendly to me over the 13 days... but only the head of the reception and one Lady at the bar. The others was not even say good Morning or good night... the staff in other hotels are usaly very kind to me too... but who knows... maybe I did something wrong. But the place and the Owner are really the best! Thanks for everything!

Amazing staff and extremely helpful, always there to assist in any request we had. Rooms are brand new, clean and spacious. I will definitly come back again.

The rooms are fine for what you pay, did my day one quarantine and they were super accommodating. Facilities are fine, rooms can be a little cleaner and nicer but fine all around

Excellent stay at ETK Patong for Test & Go. They can manage everything for you: PCR bookings & reports, thai pass, taxi bookings, motorbike rent, & island tour bookings with good price. Location is perfect if you are Muslim, 5 mins walk to mosque & halal restaurant. 5 mins walk to Patong beach too. Room and atmosphere also nice. Might come again during next visit to Phuket

In America I stayed in over 2000 hotels for work in a span of twenty years, so I know customer service. The owner and his staff at ETK Patong would be in the top 1%. I stayed at the resort for a month. ETK Patong had a comfortable king size bed, air conditioning, spacious room, good pool and excellent location. Due to covid, restaurant and bar was closed at resort, but I ate across the street everyday. Extremely happy with my stay at this Phuket Resort. Thank you to the staff! I will be back!

This is a great hotel. Good location, great value and really well laid out. I had a ground floor room looking out over the pool with one way glass for privacy. The bar is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would give this place a 5 star rating if it had better parking facilities for cars but it’s a minor issue as we still managed to park our car. Highly recommend it.

I’ve stayed at ETK many times over the past year. Every time has been great and the Owner is great. But the feeling and experience has changed this past few times. The upkeep of the hotel is terrible. Everything is dirty, rusting, and most of the pool dooors don’t lock and doesn’t seem like that’s gonna change soon. I booked 2 nights for walk in prices and payed with no hesitation, but my flight was moved and needed another night. I asked if there was any way to get a discounted price for 1 more night (the hotel is completely empty except for 2 other rooms). She said it was already discounted prices even though it was more expensive than booking of any website and disrespectfully offered a 100 baht discount that was still more expensive than the basic price on any booking website. The receptionist is sour and unhelpful. I don’t know what has changed in 1 year, maybe the business is a fail but it seems like she is angry at every request and even in light conversation she is not pleasant. Overall im disappointed by how a great hotel turned into this.

Attention linked offsite gym.. The hotel was situated well in patong the staff are all amazing and very good English.. Rooms were clean and tidy.. I stayed here during phuket sandbox and will stay here again next time I am in Patong.. Jed England

Brand new spotless rooms! customer service is VIP, everything we needed was addressed immediately. Not our first and definitely not the last time we visit this excellent hotel, highly recommended
