We were staying here for 3 month and I can not even describe how good was that experience. Everyone was so nice with us and treated like a family. If we have some problems or requests it was settled in couple of hours. They even provide us a baby crib which belongs to hotel owner. Pool is very clean and without chloride. Cafe is super cheap and very tasty. Views are amazing and they also have a lot of recreation and working areas. If I can rate it with 10 stars instead if 5 I would do it for sure. HIGHLY recommended.

A bit off the main road, but that’s what this place is- a quiet, peaceful retreat by the lake! We felt really rested in our time there. Ms. May the receptionist was really helpful and kind during our stay, a pity we couldn’t say goodbye to her before we left (we checked out early in the morning). Beautiful swimming pool and amazing view of the Chalong Lake. The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped!

The food at lake chalong cafe was extremely reasonably priced and tasted fantastic! Good selection of local food and service from the staff was fantastic! Rooms are reasonably priced as well.

This place is absolute trash, do not waste your time.. super ghetto

Nice friendly staff, good pool, really cheap restaurant attached. We took a room with garden view and in the outside is an extremely bright street light. The hotel provides good curtains to cover it mostly, but it still ruined the room feeling.

Awful support and customer service, I booked the wrong dates by mistake and when I tried to contact the hotel through Agoda 3 days before the booked dates they waited until the day of the booking and told me I can't change the dates.

Working crew is great super great,from recepcion to room cleaning. Right now they are washing stones in garden,one by one ??? Also breakfast great and tasty .. there is also caffe restaurant with very affordable prices ... facility is little bit took by covid Time but nothing bad. General impression is that place is great and we will come back ❤️

We spent 10 nights at this hotel and we had a great time. The reception staff were very approachable and helpful and the restaurant staff were very acommodating. The food was absolutely delicious. The room was well equipped and house keeping always kept it very clean. The pool was empty most days so we had it to ourselves, which was great as the water was so warm.

The hotel is new and beautiful, the pool and the lake are wonderful, everything is modern and decoration is tasteful. People are friendly and everywhere is spotlessly clean. However, there are some serious design flaws. No outlets by the bed. Windows that don’t close 100% (a few mm open) so mosquitoes can come in. The bathroom door doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling and does not block anything, it is glass. It doesn’t really make sense. Also, the shower and toilet had glass doors and behind them glass windows that could not be covered so the light from the street lamps shines into the room at night and you can’t make it dark. Also, many times we went to the front desk and we had to wait because there was nobody there. If you are in a hurry it’s not good. Breakfast was included but unfortunately we didn’t get to eat it because they didn’t have any vegan options. Overall, it is still a nice hotel, but if those things were fixed it would be nicer.

Could be much better , love the design small boutique hotel , only one staff at front desk per shift , and no one help with bags , we booked long time ahead the price is high but and when the hotel is not full they drop the price like half of what we paid for , so u dont need to book ahead in high season , some rooms got noisy air con and some room air con doesnt work properly , they dont have engineer stand by also , only 2 stairs , you need to help yourself on everything , quite hotel , no deposit , fit 6 cars for parking , if the service is better it would turn out great !

Beautiful tucked away gem right by the lake! Stunning modern delux boutique style suites. I loved our stay here. Such a relaxing treat. Attention to detail and super comfy bed. Loved walking into the room seeing the view of the pool in the background through the windows-very surreal! The couch was surprising soft i didnt want to get up..haha! Definitely will be back!

We just went there for lunch cuz pool is included when you eat for 500 baht or more. But it's quite cheap to eat there. Nice view over the lake as well... Great deal

Exactly what we needed for our fitness week in Chalong, 5 minute ped ride from Unit 27 / the strip of Gyms, rented a ped from reception which was nice and easy too. We had a room with a pool view, it was lovely and spacious, had everything we needed!! Clean towels daily, Super clean room daily, fridge, microwave, good shower!! The resort was very nice and super clean, all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Great location, easy to reach all the main tourist destinations too (Big Buddha, view points, beaches, we even went to the cinema)
