It’s a great place to live if you get the right room. I have signed a one year lease at 6000 Thai baht per month or about $179 US per month. I rented from an individual owner and have a corner studio. Very very clean well provisioned and a bargain for my needs. I see several whiny complaints about rude security guards, much noise at night, and complaints about parking. If you have a scooter or motorcycle, parking is not a problem at all. The whiny prima donnas complain of dirty conditions. My experience has been very friendly staff, very helpful staff and very friendly security guards. So in my opinion great value and great location. And I pay far less than the complainers in these reviews. So obviously they didn’t do their due diligence and a little research Before paying twice as much as I do and renting a poorly maintained room or studio. They can only blame themselves for their poor attitudes and over paying for their accommodations period. But I’m glad they are not here on the property anyway, who needs whiners who are never satisfied. Now I’m off to go for a swim in the beautiful huge pool.

D-Condo Creek. If you own a car you don't want to live here!!! Parking is a MAJOR problem with 1/2 the parking spots required. Double and triple parking is done which means that you have to physically push cars out of your way just so you can get your car out. Often there is a festival in the field where the overflow parking is. So during any festival you need to find street parking and there's not many spots along the road. Get ready for a long walk from your car. A few times a month this happens. And if your in the red zone expect a parking ticket. Car parking is on the outer sides of the complex and the units facing outwards have constant noise from cars, bikes and noisy inconsiderate people as they park at all hours. Units facing inwards have the pool noise of short time tourists that sit and drink and smoke around the pool. And all units have the excessive road noise of the two main roads. Many laud motorcycle drive by at all hours and at 4am makes for a poor night sleep. Mosquitoes were very bad around there and none of the units have window netting. So you risk getting bit all night if you want fresh air. But if you want to contract Dengue fever or Malaria then MOVE IN. The local Kathu Ambulance parks across the road at the Tessabaan so when the ambulance goes out the sirens are very distracting. The local street dogs are constantly barking at night. Laundry facilities are dirty and poorly maintained with no coin change provided. D-Condo is just a glorified 2 star hotel that is getting rundown very quickly. Not a place that you want to stay for an extended period and certainly not a wise income investment. I'm glad I've moved from there.....

A lot of noise during the night by Russian drunk people (90% here are Russian). Hard to sleep and have relax time here.Security doesn’t exist , tonight , during a lot of noise by Russians guys that no respects the rules , no one from the security is step in to regulate that problem . Not for us.

Swimming pool is amazing. Parking is big, and guards help you to park when needed. The condo is in the very center of the island, so you need a car to reach any beach. But you need a car on phuket anyway, there is no infrastructure for walking there.

Good condo with lots of amenities, but very rude security. I've never seen such a rude security guard like this before in my life. The suggestion is to replace them.

Several places to eat within walking distance, pool area is beautiful. No food or drinks in the pool area so your not going to find a party here, more relaxing poolside. Beds are hard, which seems to be common. Nice air bnb pricing for short stays. Nice little gym.

It's very small houses. 1 bedroom and hall. Very small kitchen and bathroom. Only 1 person can stay in kitchen at a time. But the surrounding is beautiful. The pool is pretty much huge and clear water. The entire place is very tidy. This locality is very calm and more like residential. There is 7eleven just at the entrance and considering Phuket is a small town, every place can be easily accessible. Just be aware when we opt for package outing, they charge additional price for kathu for pick up and also if we choose mini bus there is no stop at kathu. So we have to relay on Taxi.

Very small apartments and even though there is a small kitchen and bed/living room are separated, I have stayed in cheaper hotel rooms bigger than the apartment. Gym, pool, laundry machine, RO water machine, parking is good.

Nice and secured place to stay in Phuket Kathu District. Service apartment next to 7 to 11 stores in near farmers market. Well designed rooms, with pool facing for most of the rooms. Good facilities provided inside the room like amenities and kitchen support. I recommend this place for tourist staying for a month or so. Good experience not to be missed.

To stay there is a good choice thanks to the huge swimming pool And fitness room. If you want to buy ..avoid due to poor quality of the construction. Just visit dcondo close to this one to be see the construction in the next 5 years . Small rooms but for a short time in phuket it is a nice choice. 10 minutes of Patong by car and 15 minutes ok the center .
