Recommended, stay at the Partial Sea View Villa. Little higher, super private and no: Mosquito’s. Nice breakfast service, attentive team, gym little small but “acceptable”, beach a bit rocky but the pool makes up for it. Great restaurant choice and food options - international and local inspired.

I'm not even sure where to begin with this review of Rosewood. This was such an incredibly special experience for us, and is a memory we will remember and cherish forever. The rooms are perfectly designed and very fun to spend time in. The hotel pool area is very relaxing, and is a few meters away from the ocean. Usually when we travel we want to experience the local area, but this is the destination. We never wanted to leave the resort because it was such a great place to be. We loved it here, can't wait to return!

Love this hotel. Location is fantastic. It's 10mins away from that crazy Patong Beach but this place is absolutely peaceful and gorgeous. Staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Facility is just so great. Again the rooms ate so beautiful. Nothing to complain.

Virtually no view from the room, just the treetops and tiny patched of sea, I wouldn't call it partial Seaview, all single rooms have similar view here, although during reservation process, website promises upgrade to partial Seaview, ALL rooms have partial Seaview, but it's not a view at all. These are not villas, rather a long building, separated into rooms with tiny swimming pools, size of a large jacuzzi. Our room had a connecting door to the next room, villas would not have connecting doors. Restarnts: Italian food is served only 3 days a week, other days menu is quite limited, and trying to book table at another restraint, Thai, the restaurant was full. Beachfront bar/coffee shop has same menu as the restaurant, just printed on a different paper. I gave 4 stars for these reasons: service 5 stars, quality of food 5 stars, room has no privacy - we came with an 11 year old child and reservations told me during a phone call there is privacy, however, it's just a large room and hotel placed a see-through partition in the middle, although the room itself is very nice, bathroom has no lock and can see somebody showering or taking a bath from a window in the living room onto bathroom, swimming pool in the room is tiny and not suited for swimming because of size, there is no view from the room, just treetops and a roof of a building with other rooms. I'd give room for a couple, or small child 5 stars, with an older child, 2 stars. Breakfast is fantastic, it's the pinnacle of our stay, 5 stars, at least. Staff is very nice, polite and helpful, 5 stars. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Absolutely Incredible. Highest level of service that Rosewood always offers. My family and I stayed 6 nights at this beautiful property tucked away between the trees and the sea. The resort is staffed by truly professional, kind and genuine people, from the hotel managers to the carers at the kids club. The food is incredible. We had dinner at both Red Sauce and Thai Khai and were blown away. Thai Khai is by far the best Thai food we have ever had. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and spacious and everything is taken care of. We did travel in off peak season and at times it felt like we were the only people in the resort, we would probably ensure that in future that it was a little busier, mostly for the sake of our 2 kids who were the only children there. However the little explorers club and all the staff were so good with the kids that they had a wonderful time. It was a truly luxurious experience, and we're already looking at booking our next trip!

We stayed for 4 night, with two kids (2,3). Our overall experience was amazing. The rooms and restaurants were outstanding. The kids club was well equipped and staff was caring and welcoming. The pool has a vast shallow area which is great for kids. The Thai restaurant is a must.

We’ve been to Phuket a few times but this was without a doubt the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Our room was a Partial Ocean View Pool Pavilion for 3 nights and we couldn’t be happier with it. Breakfast had a lot of variety with a superb quality, the team was really nice and always with a smile to welcome us. We loved the amenities that they provided during the whole stay for free (snacks by the main pool, drinks in our villa, etc). The lobby area is one of the most aesthetically pleasing we’ve ever seen, absolutely gorgeous 😍 The main pool area is equally beautiful and just a few steps away from the beach, what else you could ask for right? We also tried the Thai restaurant during our stay and the food was one of the best we had in Thailand, so so yummy 😋 highly recommend you to try the Tom Yum Soup and the Pad Thai. Thank you so much for making us feel at home, we really hope to return one day 🙏🏼

We really enjoyed the stay at Rosewood. All the staff made us feel so welcome, and the attention to detail from the beginning to the very end (even at the airport) was exceptional. Really felt like the local flavors and architectural character made it special. This was our first stay at Rosewood and it definitely won’t be the last.

Our stay was perfect. We only stayed for a few days but we really enjoyed every single moment. Every corner of the resort has a crazy view of the ocean, you can breathe calm and tranquility. The staff is always ready to help, friendly and very kind. Crazy room with beach view…. A dream! The attention to detail and cleanliness left us speechless. The breakfast has always been amazing with a huge choice on the menu. We tried both the Italian and Thai restaurants. It was hard to choose where to eat, as both were fantastic! The pool was one of our favorite locations…

We often stay at luxury hotels but rarely are we so impressed by the standard and quality. The service was flawless from start to finish. We ate at the Shack restaurant, the Thai restaurant and had room service; all of which we were served excellently with kindness and attentiveness. All the staff we spoke to seemed really happy and enjoyed their work and the hotel. The grounds of the hotel are magical, and unfold at every turn to delight you. We greatly appreciate the details in the architecture and landscaping, which feels so well considered to keep the feel of welcome seclusion. The experience continues in to your room which feel grand, comforting and elevated. The outside bath was to die for. We were treated to sweet treats in our room, and as it was our anniversary the hotel gifted us a delicious cake and roses. Thank you for a fantastic, unforgettable stay.

We stayed here with our two kids (4 yo and 6 mo) for 8 nights in November 2021 as part of the Phuket sandbox. If you are looking for a luxury family hotel, look no further. We were absolutely blown away by the hospitality and the facilities provided by the hotel. My daughter absolutely loved the kids club which was almost like a fully functional child care set in a beautiful garden. For my baby, freshly made baby food were prepared daily as complimentary, all amenities such as as the bottle warmer and beautiful luxurious cot were provided on arrival. Rosewood took away all the stress and we will definitely be back. Thank you for all the staff who gave their 100 percent during our stay :) and for putting up with us!

I can't recommend Rosewood Phuket enough, we absolutely loved our stay there. The whole team were so kind and attentive throughout - absolutely nothing was too much trouble. We had really pushed the boat out for this trip and it was truly worth every penny - we've never stayed anywhere where we've been made to feel so special. The food was all so delicious and fresh, cocktails were superb quality and the room was kept so lovely and clean the whole time. The concierge Anne was unbelievably thoughtful and attentive too. I actually can't rave about the stay enough - we were gutted to have to leave! If like us you're looking for seclusion and don't plan to leave the resort, the location is perfect, but depending on your other travel plans it might be something you want to take a bit more time to consider.

Overall beautiful hotel and relaxing stay. We went there as a family for a long weekend and booked the garden pool villa. The villa was beautifully designed and fitted out. There was a living area partitioned from the sleeping area and also a small private pool. The hotel’s breakfast was good quality although limited items. Kids club was very big and there were different play areas including outdoor water play zone with a pirate ship. All the toys were made of wood and natural material- absolutely no plastic.

Probably some of the best food we ever had. Both Italian and Thai restaurants are beyond great. Service beyond 5 star, the people are attentive to every detail and happy always. Rooms are very well thought out and spacious, designer did an amazing job from every detail and layout of the interior to exterior. The beach is great and situated just a 5 min drive from town. Can't say a single bad thing

True ultra luxury hotel. Great room&facility and superb staffs. A room design that make you feel like staying in villa. Perfect for a planned holidays especially if travel with small children and love spend time in hotel. However, if your travel plan include going out from hotel a lot, the location might not fit.

If I could give this place 7 stars I would. Everywhere you turn here there is beauty in all its natural glory. I love how the hotel have preserved the element of nature while still ensuring the hotel is contemporary, sleek and immaculate. Beet was our butler when we stayed at Rosewood for several days and he completely ensured that all of our needs were cared for. He is always happy and friendly, very professional and so accommodating. My husband arranged for a private bbq in our villa and Beet surprised us by running a bath in the private outdoor area prior to the meal being served. Everything was perfect. I would also like to thank the lady who oversaw the set up of the bbq and the chef of course who all contributed to one the most special and romantic experiences of my life. I hope that we return to Phuket in the not too distant future to revisit Rosewood and experience some of its magic again.

Don’t usually write reviews here - but wow. Amazing place with great facilities, stylish designer rooms. Staff attentive to details and very helpful. Resort is full of small details that make the stay special - fruits in the room, complimentary small refreshers served at the swimming pool area periodically, impeccable cleanliness. Alessandro was of great hospitality, took us to the swimming pool area and offered drinks while we were waiting for the check-in - great touch and amazing service. Overall - kudos to the Team, I am looking forward to be back. Don’t even mention how beautiful the site is.

One of the worst hotel I have stayed in. It’s a waste of money. They are not equipped for sandbox. The food take 2 hours to come and quality is terrible. They don’t have good chefs. They mess up the orders. They charges me 50000 for RTPCR and I did not get the result for 2 days. It was time to take an RTPCR at the government facility which cost 2000. And there is no reply from the hygiene manager or the butler. It’s a total waste of money.

Another day in paradise. This is not the Patong experience you're looking for if it's loud music and street stalls you're after. We were concerned of the semi-remote location of the hotel at first but after the first 12 hours we really had little desire to leave the peaceful bliss of the secluded beach brave the chaos of Patong beach. The property is absolutely expansive for the less than 80 rooms that are here, it's a quiet tropical escape from whatever you're looking to leave behind. The property is absolutely stunning, the service impeccable and attentive, and all the staff are professional and kind. The breakfast is not to be missed, the dishes are not only delicious but also very inventive; something of a rarity for hotel breakfasts of any caliber. I would eat at the breakfast restaurant if it were a standalone place around the corner in NYC. Don't forget to get a cocktail while at the pool bar, some of which have won awards and were created by the hotel bartender. I'm convinced there is no better place to stay on all of Phuket. If the Rosewood figured out how to have the sun set over the water in front of the bar, then there would be no better place to stay on this planet.

Thank you for all Hotel staff, you made my days! The service is excellent all around the resort. The sea is nice. It’s a great place for water activities, which are all free of charge and you don’t have to wait. There are also sand sneakers for you, so nice. The food is so delicious and fresh. Breakfast is superb, especially Kao Tom Pla (Boiled rice with fish soup) For me personally, the best thing is the kids club. The staff are so kind and the activities are well organized. Definitely want to be back again & again. The only not-so-good, but acceptable, is it takes about an hour from the airport. That’s it.

Another fantastic stay. Nor and Beet absolutely went above and beyond. Nor remembered our wedding anniversary and made it very special for us. We had a bigger group stay at the same time and everyone had a blast and only good things to say about Nor and the team who helped organized everything. Can’t wait to be back.

I cannot say enough how much we LOVED our stay at the Rosewood Phuket. The service and attention to detail were impeccable, from the moment we got into the private car at Phuket airport to the moment we departed at the airport once again. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and we enjoyed spending our time at all parts of the resort. And the property itself was so gorgeous and breathtaking. We'd love to come back!

The resort facilities are extremely nice and new. We enjoyed laterally everything from the breakfast to the pools to the spa to the dinner at the delicious Thai restaurant. Everything was very clean and luxurious. The staff delivered an amazing proactive service. They facilitated our visit from Fang arranging our schedules in Phuket to Mr Aum offering us a complimentary very late checkout (without us asking) because our flight was light at night.

Had a great stay in Rosewood Phuket. Special shout-out to Anne who was attentive to our needs.. and gave us recommendations when we asked for it. Reminded me of a 6* stay at Maldives I had a couple of years ago. Also Nancy was a very informative and talented yoga teacher which helped me stretch the stubborn back of mine for 2 occasions. A lot of privacy, warm tones to the room - will be back someday I hope! See you :))

If you want a peaceful stay, you must choose. If you are going with family or kids, you must choose. You don’t have to wait in line for check in and check out. Just go and relax, enjoy welcome drinks with amazing lobby and sea view, check in is done. While in breakfast, it is so well design that you will never here a sound of a cutlery. Rooms are very spacious, well maintained and well designed. Staff is just amazing, quick and kind. Location is great. Near famous paying beach. Highly recommended.

This was by far, the most amazing stay I have ever had. The Rosewood property was exceptional. It was gorgeous. Every detailed paid attention to. Most importantly, the service was impeccable, but most of all, the staff were SO FRIENDLY. This place is simply wonderful and Thailand and the Thai people are so special.

This was by far the best hotel experience my partner and I have ever had. The architecture is phenomenoninal! The staff are all incredibly kind and their attention to the smallest details is incredible. Cannot recommend it enough.

Room was fantastic, staff was friendly but the resort overall had a dead feel about it. Restaurants weren't functioning and the bar also had a depressed and deserted feel. It was practically isolated.

Look no further. Enjoyed every minute of Rosewood stay. Fantastic staff, gorgeous room, really nice food. The ambience of the whole resort is also to die for. Special shout out to Jenn. Extremely helpful and attentive. Will return for more.
