Stayed at Anchan Hotel and got stolen money from my room while I was away. We hid it in a vert specific place and when we were back it was gone, 1000 baht.

I was here for 2 weeks, and everything started off great. Its very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. I really liked my room. Staff was friendly and helpful... untill the last day of my stay when they refused to help me. I tried to do laundry at their facility in the lobby and you need twelve 10baht coins to use the machines. 60baht for each. I asked her for change and she said - no have. (im just left standing there with a laundry bin full of dirty clothes and she didnt offer any solution) I told her, you have 6 machines here, all of them full of coins. You can open one and make change for me. - I even acted it out and said it using simple words in case of language barrier. She just said no no no no no and walked away!! The vibe was rude like she didnt want me doing laundry there. and 711 next door didnt want to give me 12 coins cause they didnt have many on hand. - my point is if you are running a coin laundry, you should have coins, or be able to tell me where i can go get them. I had saved all my coins during the 2 weeks but the machine only accepts 10baht coins. The other thing worth mentioning is You are very isolated from everything. 40 min drive to the tourist area in Patong. So if youre not a motorbike driver you’ll be very bored and isolated. Theres no sidewalk either so walking somewhere isnt an option. I was taking cabs to go anywhere. Id still recommend the hotel. If you can drive a scooter, and you dont do laundry it would be great.

The most convenient for training. A facility where you can stay for more than a month. Modern, friendly staff, pleasant pool, kitchen and bike rental. laundry! I have everything.

have stayed at Anchan multiple times so far for training. Great hotel, right in the middle of the Soi. Accommodating, quiet, has a kitchen. No complaints. Staff is very nice.

Everything was perfect for are family holiday . Nothing was to much trouble for the staff

Accommodation was beautiful and clean from one end of the establishment to the other. The room itself is a little studio apartment with bedroom/kitchenette and small dining table. Separate bathroom and of course, own private pool. The staff were amazing and allowed us an early check-in several hours before time. They also allowed us a late check-out without additional charge, and organised our taxi to the airport. Only downside was that we had the villa at the front of the establishment which meant we could hear the music/noise out of the sports bar across the road until well gone midnight every night. Otherwise perfect 😁

Beautiful rooms with own swimming pool was good. It is an excellent choice for Couple seeking privacy. Also there's dolphin show nearby if you rent a bike or car there.

Not a smooth check in or checkout process. Hotel staff wasn't even present and we had to wait 45 minutes to be checked in. We had an early flight so we wanted to drop the keys off and get our deposit back but had to wait for staff a second time. Two stars only because the private pool was nice
