The only good thing - location. But there are plenty other hotels at the same area. No hot water and no pressure in the shower (literally needed to cuddle with the wall to be under the water flow), and when a technician came and did nothing, the worker who barely speaks English just say "it's good like all rooms" and walked away. was no safebox in the room initially till I insisted to get me one as promised. Better to pay little bit more for a proper room I would say.

Giving 5 stars because the staff were very nice, I mean extremely nice, read until the end though. Great price for the location, nice budget hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. Location - Beach front, just down the road from bangla Road, surrounded by restaurants. The only negative thing I have to say is that there was construction work on a few shops and a bar located in the hotel complex downstairs which will most likely be completed a few weeks after leaving this review (not owned by the hotel, so out of control of the staff) the bar was very noisy at night, sometimes up until 4am... but my room was directly above the bar because it was the most accessible room because I'm physically disabled. If you're coming to patong to party, this hotel is ideal for you, but respect the staff because they were very respectful to me. This hotel would also be ideal for a short stay to get more familiar with bangla Road or the beach front. The reason for me giving 5 stars is the fact that the staff were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and put me in the best room to suite my physical needs (unfortunately directly above a bar but we'll forget that lol)

Bad experience on check in. An inexperienced and untrained boy was at reception of the hotel at night trying to charge double. He didn't understand English at all. Second water was not available in washrooms most of the time. We had to complain to get water in our taps. We had two rooms. Even when water came it was of low pressure. Shower was practically not working. Do not recommend anyone staying at this place. The hotel staff didn't even have the courtesy to apologise for these problems. Overall it has been our worst experience in Thailand.

Not secure! Bad AC. Incompetent staff. Our room wouldn’t even lock properly and they tried to charge us a full night when we wanted to leave. There are no amenities, and nothing redeemable about this place at all. We’ll be filing a chargeback since they wouldn’t give us a refund.

It was Good stay because of the good location. As it is near to the Patong Beach & Walking Street. I give 4 stars because the toilet flush was not working & when I complaint I was given a different room which is a good thing but it was on the top floor where I didn't want it. However over all room was clean, staff was good. Best of all is it's perfect location.

My cell phone, which I bought as new, was stolen from my room. The hotel does not even have a camera system and they did not help me in any way. I had to return because I had a flight, I couldn’t deal with it any longer. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

I'd say this is a review for tourists..here we go. The staff were very nice but most other things about my experience here were not as pleasant. First off, this is a really great place if you want to be in the middle of everything. It's right across from Patong beach and a 2 minute walk to the famous Bangla Road. But there are many hotels just like that so I would only stay here if its the cheapest option you see or are staying for a short while. The hotel room was maybe a 3/5. It was poorly lit, all of the furniture dinged up and very hard beds. But hard beds seem to be common all over Thailand. You need to be careful with the safe, its definitely not big enough for a laptop and it seems to malfunction often. Though luckily if your valuables get locked inside they have a key, but that kind of ruins the point of locking it up. We figured out how to make it work properly but at that point I lost my trust in it haha. The staff were very jcie and opened it up for us twice. Forewarning that ice trays and microwaves are rare in Thailand hotels. It seems like all of the hotels in Thailand use your room key as a light switch. For some hotels this wasn't a problem as we were given 2 key cards but for here it was one as I wanted to go out but my travel mate wanted to stay in. If I left with the key they would be left with no electricity ..they worked out a solution for me but I would just take note of that. Most of the toilets in Thailand have a bidet which I really enjoy, that's definitely something that some other countries need to catch up on. But everything else in the bathroom kind of sucked, the water pressure was terrible and everything was dingy in here as well. They did have fresh linen and some soap so that was nice. This hotel is also a 3rd floor walk up and we were unfortunate enough to have a room on the 3rd floor. Beware of a 3% foreign conversion fee on credit card transactions. In all I definitely wouldn't say don't go here, it's fine if you have simple needs but if you are staying a long time or can't go with the flow I would say go somewhere else.

A very nice boutique hotel. It is true that the mattress is hard but hey... you are not paying for 5* hotel. Anyway, will definitely come again. Sea view is nice if you have it on 3rd floor.

Amazing location. Right on the beach, and the Bangla Street is just 2 minute walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are average, but service is good.

Room is bad there is a leakage in the bathroom right after i enter the bathroom after check in. Saw 2 cockroach 1 in my bed and other is on the floor of my room. Bed bug on bed. Service is actually zero star. Poor service to the point that my experience from a girl front desk 04/05 humiliate/ nagging with loud voice in front of lot of people. She even shout that she will call police only because a friend of mine was try to visit me cannot present passport. She even shout and disrespect my friend. I understand what hotel policy etc. how ever No people deserve humiliated. my anxiety trigger so no choice but decide to check out at the middle of the night(12 midnight). Location is near from loud music bar in patong night clubs. Even close window and doors still you could hear that so no peace of mind. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone i hope im the last person experience this.
