Booked for 5 days and for some reasons we decided to extend for another 5 days. It is a very well-designed suites in the area. I like that it is not a big hotel, the staff was very helpful, the view made us want to come back soon. Many good restaurants in the area, convenient store, pharmacy, good massage and manicure-pedicure place were all within walking distance. We wish the gym has more treadmill though :) But we will stay here again when we revisit Panwa Beach area

The place is very nice, nice and quiet, the villa is clean and luxurious, the staff is very helpful and I want to thank especially (Jira) who is very helpful and nice, for everyone who wants calm and away from anything .. Must come to this place, note that there is no food inside the hotel. But there is water, coffee and juice..

This is amazing romantic place. Very peaceful, with private and really good beach. This place is perfect for celebrating a honeymoon or relaxing from many people or daily noise . I with my husband love it so much . We will definitely be back

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Very polite staff, rooms are clean and have everything you need for your long stay. The room has an extremely beautiful view. Watching the sunset is an incredible pleasure. The hotel has kayaks that can be used.

Best view in Panwa. Worth every cent. The service is also amazing. The staff are always trying to help. I started my trip with X10, so I set myself up for disappointment at other places 😭. Pool at the bottom is for all guests, and I think it is enough to see the view of the beach. In fact, I loved the privacy at the pool overlooking the waters.

We had an excellent stay at X10. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. All amenities provided for preparing basic instant food. Mr Sajal at the reception provided a good introduction about the place and recommendations for places to visit around. The view from the rooms during the evening sunsets were brilliant. Definitely recommend the place for a couple.

Me and my husband stayed here for 5 nights and our stay was amazing beyond our expectations. I was a bit concerned about few of the reviews I had read before going but it honestly turned out to be our best vacation. The place was quite and serene with an amazing view, just what we were looking for. All the room facilities were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our dip pool. The kitchen was adequaely stocked and there was a 7/11 at barely 3 mins walk and we could get really nice microwave meals and fix a nice breakfast for ourselves to have in the balcony with the amazing view. There are 5-6 nice resturants nearby at walking distance (5-10 mins walk) aswell (I would advise walking by the beach side) so we were able to have good dinners at a different place everynight. The staff was very helpful. I am a nervous traveler and Mr. Sajal from reception was very helpful and prompt in responding to all my queries even before we got there. The checkin was really smooth. Ms. Kung and Mr. Alvin from reception were always very helpful whenever we required assistance during our stay. The housekeeping staff (Ms. Sandy and Mr. Saw) was also very thorough and efficient. I would say that the pictures dont do the place justice and would love to stay here again someday soon. If you are looking for a few quite days with your partner to relax and unwind, this is definitly your place. Huge thumbs up to the staff and management.

I am very fortunate to stay in this suite. They have the most beautiful rooms which are spacious, comfortable with an amazing view. The bathroom is like a room.The facilities and the location of this place is away from the hustle of the city. The staff, namely Alvin, Jira and Sajal are very hospitalable and super cooperative. Sajal assisted us a lot in exploring the nearby places and also in getting our covid test done.

Location and view- best, Pool- good, you can also use hotel’s kayaks for free. Beach- beautiful but unfortunately dirty. It can be cleaned very easily, don’t know why they don’t do it. For families- big no-no privacy in the rooms, one bathroom with glass door. For couples- yes

Great hotel, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly, Jack the taxi driver was very helpful and nice, he drove us everywhere and recommended some restaurants that turned out to be great.

Extremely bad experience ever i had me and my family ! Since we arrived there is no stuff there only one lady to do everything check in , move your luggage and all the services whatever you need at any hotel should promote it as high racking in Phuket, first issue there is no elevator there a lot of stairs our luggage are broken from the moving, the second biggest thing there’s Ants 🐜 in the room a lot of them everywhere, i complained about it as i have allergy problems and also it’s not acceptable thing, she first try to say they are small ants not so dangerous but after that she moved us to other room which there ants 🐜 also so she provided us to doing spray on them to spend the first night as we spend on all this hassles 4 hours since we arrived after that i negotiate with her as we will spend only one night instead of three nights after we knew as all this place have only one lady worker as Housekeeeper so it’s clearly the service how well be there and why there’s ants after we spend more 2 hours on this we still even not change our clothes, we see there the last problem the place is gecko 🦎 farm , there’s geckos everywhere and we shouldn’t surprised that because there’s no stuff there to clean out. i went to the loopy to buy water the gecko stuck on my slippers when i walking, we can’t sleep there we left the place without asking refund or anything i spend that day with same clothes till i went to the next hotel Four points patong.

Beautiful place, quiet, but no restaurant, the market was about a 10 min walk. The stairs are not great forblittle children, or out of shape adults😊

The stuff was great, and Lu from the desk ie really something special! The room, balcony, and actually everything- all was above all the expectations.

Awesome hotel with beautiful view, spacious and clean rooms. Highly recommend. We loved our stay here! It's a great place to just relax, away from the touristy areas. There are restaurants and bars just a couple of minutes away. We ordered food from The Beach Bar, and they just delivered right to our doorstep. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Eugene 😃 Definitely coming back here if I'm in Phuket.

Awesome experience from end to end, absolutely loved it. Everything was sumptuous, in one hand I would recommend it to everyone but in the other hand I even want to be selfish and keep this treasure just for myself :) thanks, my family and I had a beautiful time!

Perfect place for hiding away from chaotic city. Only 10 units with breathtaking view from the balcony and super comfy bed. Staff is very friendly n helpful. Definitely coming back again!

Wonderful Amazing Perfect hotel ever lived ! Beautiful view one panwa beach and Phuket sunset. Super nice reception employees. We enjoyed our holiday from the beginning to the end. I’ll back again. The hotel located in a clam bay so it is a little bit far from old town ( but the view is perfect). You can ask the hotel to help you book the taxi and rent a moto if you want ( but you have to pass the Test in which unfortunately I failed). Hope you enjoy your holiday as I did !
