We practically live here every weekend as it’s a great escape from the island heat and the beach. Plenty of good restaurants and shops and the place has revitalized itself a lot since we came here in the middle of the pandemic. It’s more lively and alive now and more shops and places reopening.

There are a lot of shops and restaurants here. It's nice to shop here and I love the food court. Many delicious thai food, recommend the pork leg rice. There are many banks in the mall and they are even operating on weekends.

Beautiful mall. A lot of stores, dining places, picturesque lots. Enjoy being there, just scrolling and window shopping. Although we didn't need to buy anything, we liked walking around and got to know the place.

We were in the aquarium in this shopping center. The mall itself is large and has an interesting interior design. The food court is original, they give you a piece of paper with the amount, you go to the cashier, put money on a special card, then give it to the food seller. You will take the order 5-7 minutes. Lots of free space to eat. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, it was not possible to walk here longer, for health reasons I had to go home

Absolutely amazing mall two sections one side is your general run-of-the-mill stores, HMS, Zara HMS good C.p.s coffee shops food the other side is high-end brands. Like Gucci Louis Vuitton Prada all the big brands. Immaculate location summit for everybody. Easy access super super super clean coffee shop. CPS coffee shrine in the middle. Very friendly, great coffee, different flavors. They do have a couple of Starbucks in this mall, but they are priced very very high compared to everything else.

This mall is a fun place to check out. It a bit overwhelming because there are so many options, but it's fun to visit. It's very nice inside, very clean and neat. There are tons of restaurant options, lots of food carts, a grocery store, liquor store, jewelry shops galore, and so much more.

We have visited it for several times, a lot of shops, all brands, you can find everything’s there, a lot of quite cheap cafes for eating, can drink coffee in Starbucks, eat in McDonalds, just walk, enjoy noisy atmosphere with a lot of different people of various nationalities, I got 2 pairs of Adidas sneakers for the price of 1, very pleasant, easy to transfer between floors, fine location. I think you will be totally satisfied with it. Thanks for reading my review 🙂 Check photos down there 👇

The best mall on Phuket Island. Plenty of indoor parking. Good shops and dining options. The cinema is on the top floor. Also has a marketplace on the ground floor. The Royal Thai Passport office is now located there. It is next to Office Mate.

A nice mall with everything to need in Phuket! — a cozy mall with all types of things you can buy from luxury to affordable. The supermarket also has some nice restaurants where you can sit and enjoy drinks from the supermarket.

Decent mall with everything you would expect from such a place from high-end fashion boutiques to a Starbucks. A great way to escape the humidity and beat the heat. As with many of the malls in Thailand, the food court is excellent with a wide variety of local dishes to choose from. Delicious Hainan Chicken and Rice for just 90 baht! Bargain.

An average experience for the average consumer. If you're looking for typical, run-of-the-mill clothing and don't mind splurging on overpriced luxury items, then this place will suit your needs. The mall boasts a variety of stores catering to the basic and less adventurous shopper, but unfortunately, it lacks that special something to make it stand out in a crowd of similar shopping centers. While there are occasional sparks of creativity in the mall's visual design and a commendable effort to embrace modernity, the touchscreen maps seem more like a hindrance than a help. Navigating the two buildings requires a fair amount of walking, and the somewhat unintuitive maps can leave you feeling a bit lost. On the bright side, there are convenient pickup locations for ride-sharing apps and taxis, making transportation a breeze. However, the outdated bathrooms are a disappointment, and the prevalence of knockoff goods vendors and poorly managed stores is hard to ignore. The absence of gaming shops, modern hobby stores, and a dedicated electronics store adds to the overall sense of mediocrity. This mall has its merits, undoubtedly, but they come at a (high) cost. It's a decent place to shop if you have no other options nearby, but the lack of uniqueness, coupled with a less-than-stellar ratio of quality offerings, leaves much to be desired. If convenience is your main concern and you're willing to overlook some drawbacks, then this mall might just do the job for you. Or if you just don't care and only want to consume, here is the perfect place my consuming friend. Be a consumer to your heart's desire.

Nice mall with everything you need, Plenty of clothing shops and food to explore. Located across the road from the luxury shopping centre with big name brands like LV and Hermes. There is a connection overpass within the shopping centre itself.

A very nice shopping mall where you can buy practically anything. Huge choice of food, great rates in the money exchange. Luxury brands and you can store your luggage for 3 hours at no charge. There is a taxi outside too.

Really beautiful and large mall with two wings - one containing all the big luxury brands, and the other which was more affordable. The toilets were also really nice and there was even a baby toilet for little kids!

Nice mall for shopping but the main highlight for me was the aquarium, and the variety of marine life, my kids had a ton of fun and learned so much about sea life

  • 5/5 William L. 2 years ago on Google
The more accessible part of the mall, this section has a wide variety of food options, affordable clothing stores, a movie theatre, and an aquarium! Would recommend this mall if you need to pick up some goods to being home to your friends and family. The Floresta side is more expensive than the Festival side. My partner and I loved it here.

Very big mall - with 2 connecting sides. Loads of shops and eateries. You can easily spend a few hours here walking around. There’s also indoor playground and the aquarium. Parking is free. Don’t expect things to be cheap, the same thing elsewhere will be cost about 10-20% less.

OMG....a place where you can find the top brands and at the same time buying street foods and KFC and McDonald. Supermarkets, souvenirs and many more.

Lovely place to shop. I find authentic restaurants like Golden Chicken fledgling with pride inside the mall. Marvellous to see the mall connected through a fly over across the two sides of the road. Not to be missed mall in Phuket.

The Biggest Mall in Phuket. Actually two malls in one, with Central Phuket Festival and Central Phuket Floresta malls being interlinked with a skybridge. Ample shops catering for every need and spending brackets. Lovely delicious foods, at the food shops, food stalls or food halls. The Floresta mall also has some great food offerings. Be sure to check it out as well as to cover all areas of the malls, including the basement shopping section. Pop in regularly as the promotional exhibitions, changes regularly, offering great bargains and sales.

The most stunning of all the Centrals with one side dedicated to luxury brands (Central Florista) and the other side the standard mall outlets (Central Festival), but actually, a joy to go around with a wonderful atmosphere created by the unique landscaping, lights and general design.

Modern mall which provides lots of shopping, entertainment and eating. I was quite impressed with the food options here and very few chain brands. There is regrettably a Starbucks and a McDonald's here. There is a supermarket with a great imported section. Cinema with modern releases. Massages. Art classes. Language centre's. Banks. They also have a prayer room. Lots of parking and convenient public transportation pickups

Very big mall. Must visit with time if you really wanna see and enjoy your shopping. Far from beaches. Public transportation other than taxi are not frequent. Worth visiting.
