I'm still not 100% sure if all the exotic skins in there are real as they claim or fake, because let's be honest, everything is a knock off in patong. Very cool store and great prices.

Decent selection of leather goods and decent prices given quality of products. Limited staff ability to speak english and slow service.

Helpful staff and reasonable prices good that are of good quality

Service is terrible. Told the service girl that there is some defect with the bag and she kept telling me not to complain. Also, I came back to purchase after one day of thinking over, and instead of being friendly they asked me am I serious about buying this time. Terrible customer service.

High quality shoes and very good customer service

I needed to purchase a new large bag, because the one I had traveled to Thailand with had two broken wheels. Findig had decent reviews and I was around Patong so I gave it a try, but I must say that the bags were overpriced and the employees extremely unhelpful. Reviews told me that they would be willing to negotiate and it seemed prior customers actually received pretty good deals, however, when I attempted to barter the employees feigned not being able to speak English. Not to mention the employees I interacted with seemed to walk around in a manner that showed they did not care very much either about helping me out or about their job in general. I would recommend skipping Findig and instead trying another outlet to find a bag.

generally I found many phuket people involve in the services and tourism industry lack hospitality n manners. the cashier here is so fierce, I approach her but remain silence since she looks busy, and she ask "yes?" would that not indicate she is ready for my question, however when I start to talk, she shown her impatient by yelling wait a moment and asked me to leave her alone first. what a ridiculous exchange. n all the goods here one can buy it cheaper from elsewhere or other brand, give this a miss.
