This was such a great experience that it’s difficult to put into words and give a review worthy of this place. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I got the staff members name but she really was great. I really enjoyed the experience but most importantly the elephants are treated very well and seem to be happy. It is 900 baht to feed the elephants but I can think of far less enjoyable things I’ve spent that type of money on and this is for a good cause. You don’t get to ride the elephants but why would you want to anyway if it’s not something they enjoy or benefit from? The only thing I would suggest would be to have a day where Thai nationals can feed them for free since community support is important and 900 baht may not be within their budget. I’ll definitely be back.

You can’t meet or feed the elephants. You have to pay 900 baht to meet them and give them food. It's basically another sales office for the sanctuary, not sure why it exists.

Nice idea of buying your coffee/snacks and every 250 baht buys a bag of fruit for the pacaderms. Nice quick getaway and a good cup a Joe! Friendly staff and easy location make this an easy getaway for a family without breaking the bank. Parking needs some work.

I went to the cafe for a quick nibble and a drink and was blown away by how friendly everyone was, the garden is superb, and the elephant's oh so hungry lol. Definitely worth the ride down and I will be back to see them all again soon. Especially that beautiful lady serving the coffee.

There are no elephants in the cafe. 1 star. Avoid.

Lovely little place. I’m still not sure about the bathing etc. As I’ve been told they do not like it. It was nice to feed them though and the café was nice.

Lovely place where can meet elephants without chains. We were very impressed to see that in this place well being of elephants comes first, some you can touch , some just observe. Prices in coffee shop affordable and thats a plus, especially nowadays. We will definitely come back

I am definitely not knowledgeable about elephants care enough but in general it didn’t give us a very good vibe. For the price we pay I would expect elephants are treated like kings and queens and it didn’t feel like it. We left earlier due to not feeling great there
